The staff is very nice no telection on them. however for my rate to go up more then 50 percent is corporate greed. The cost of living didn't jump that much. Please take into consideration price hikes if you need storage for extended times. It was also Mandatory to purchase a special lock for my unit which I was told they'd refund that's not happening. Draw you in with a good rate and when asked about rent increase claim they usually don't happen until you have been renting for a year. But with no advance notice or warning raise rates 35%. I have had increases of 10-20$ before but believe an increase of 36$ from 99 to 135 is unreasonable. Guess I will finally build the shed in the backyard because of what I believe to be the predatory pricing practices of this provider. read more

The customer service here is amazing. Mason and Ashley helped me today and they are great. They made sure I had all the moving supplies that I needed. They showed me a couple of storage units to make sure I got the appropriate size. Mason showed me the lift and the carts I will use when I move in. Ashley was very patient is registering me for my account. They have two carts and two dollies that you can use while moving in. Very helpful. read more

Since my last review, I submitted a report to their corporate office regarding the 22% rate hike in 9 months and they lowered my rent almost back to the original amount I was paying. Very nice. It was a hassle to have to complain but it's nice that they lowered my rate back to $47. read more

Best experience ever. Seriously. The staff went above and beyond at helping us feel secure and comfortable with storing our belongings while we were in transition. ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On 11/9, I rented a storage unit from your facility in Euless Texas. I went out of town before I could move into it. Yesterday I received a curt-sounding call from Katherine at that facility (I could not answer because I was on a plane). She left a message asking me to come in and put a lock on the unit. She said that I had til SATURDAY or they would put their own lock on it. I thought that was odd since I had paid for the space, but, whatever. This morning (FRIDAY) before work, and before the office opened, I came with a car-load of belongings to put in the unit. I brought them all upstairs only to find out that my unit had not only been LOCKED, but there was also a hang tag indicating that my unit was ready to rent as of 11/17 ... only 8 days after I paid for the first month and set up automatic billing for subsequent months. Since the office was not yet open, my only option was to reload everything back into my car, and leave Katherine a message asking that the lock be removed today. I asked for a return call betting me know, this had been done but I never received the call. I cannot emphasize what an unhappy customer I am right now, and this has certainly made me feel like any future dealings I have with this company will be unpleasant. I will not hesitate to share my experience with others. read more

They don't care about the customer. They only seem to care about how many units are rented. I was to move in on 8/30 but when I went to move in my items around 9:00pm they had not removed their lock so I was unable to move in. I had to go back and unload all my items back home. I called the next day and the employee (Sandra I believe) told me why didn't you call 800 # so they could remove lock but I didn't know since my partner had been the one to sign the lease for me. Why didn't they go remove the lock once the lease was signed? I was told do you know how many units we have rented this month basically letting me know they forgot and didn't care they made a mistake. Your stuff will also probably not be safe there gate was broken for 2 days (haven't been back to see if it's fixed) so anyone could go in so probably best to get insurance. When I let them know they said they reported it but there was nothing they could do which I understand but they don't have to be rude about it read more

The customer service to earn my business was great at the beginning. We had a short time frame to find a storage unit and they worked diligently to meet the needs of my family. However, I went to the unit randomly to get some belongings a few months later and there was standing water in the front half of my unit soaking into boxes. There were buckets in the hallway and the AC pans were overflowing. The front office did not call to notify me of the issue after they mopped up the water in the hallway in front of my units door. They also could not provide an ETA of when the issue would be corrected because of the management approval process to address the issue. I got a trailer and moved all of my belongings out including wood furniture that night (to prevent further damage) as water continued to leak out of two AC pans. The lack of notification of the issue along with the failure to correct the problem in a timely manner is the reason for my 1-Star rating. It was apparent my personal belongings inside a climate controlled unit were not important to them....... Very disappointed. read more
