I WAS UNLOADED IN LESS THAN 25 MINUTES!!! JOB WELL DONE!!! DA DONE, DONE!!! It Pays to be ready when your movers arrive peeps! Help them make the move easy! Remember a few of these tips and your next move will be your best move: 1. Plan your move route to the shortest amount of footsteps! (Long hallways, stairs, elevators, line up your stuff for easy pickup) 2. Tailor your move to light traffic times and try to avoid congested intersections if at all possible. Sometimes the scenic route reduces stress, and gives your movers time to rest. 3. Rent or utilize hand trucks (1 or 2 dollies, furniture dolly, rolling suitcases, chairs with wheels, etc. Make the move breezy. 4. If it is too dang precious, move it yourself!!! a scratch or scrape is par for the course...Grow a pair and consider the scratch or scrape to your precious whatever it is, a love tap. 5. Get out of the way! Yes You! You do not have to worry, these guys care! I had also texted them to confirm that if they have space left they would pick up the extra boxes (of clothes and miscellaneous items) . When they arrived they packed all items really well but started loading the small boxes and miscellaneous items first. They randomly started throwing things in there as if this was their first gig. In the end they didn't have space for the items they were hired to move. They told me it would take a second trip to pick the remaining items. When they dropped off the furniture I saw that they already had some furniture in their truck which is probably why they didn't fit my stuff. In the end I paid 400 dollars more because they packed their trucks like an amateur and had other furniture loaded before they reached here. The guys were hard working but because of not knowing how to load a truck I ended up paying 400 more dollars. Wouldn't recommend these guys. Maybe this is their strategy to lie to customer and do multiple trips to cheat them..

At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.
