The same day, she dropped them of at the hotel for their recommended dry cleaners to clean. The pants came back clean but the shirt and jacket still had the stains. They were unusable Evan after paying over 60 pounds. I convinced my daughter to let me bring them back to Valet for them to attempt to clean. Amazingly they got every single stain out! Michelle went above and beyond to give me great customer service! I rented a Uhaul here ofor a move…read moreto New Orleans. After I picked up the truck I noticed it made a very loud squealing sound. I don't know much about engines, however I assumed that it would be fine and went ahead and met my husband at the storage facility. We loaded the truck and then my husband heard the noise coming from the engine. He was deeply concerned that the truck wouldn't make the long drive to Louisiana. I called Chapel Creek and asked them what to do. Michelle answered and told me to call the 800 number on the keychain. So I did and they sent a mechanic out to look at the truck. The man arrived about an hour later and he then proceeded to diagnose the truck with 1 of 4 possible issues. At this point I was really started to suffer from anxiety, as I couldn't get stranded in the middle of the bayou for an hour if the truck broke down! I then asked him about getting another truck and he said he would call it in to the Home Office and they would need to make the call on how we should proceed. By this time it was 4pm and we were leaving the next morning at 5am, I didn't need to deal with red tape I needed a solution! So I called Michelle again at Chapel Creek and voiced my frustration to her. She immediately called her Area Manager and he contacted me within 10 minutes. He said Michelle had called him and told me of my problem. He had gone ahead and secured another truck for me and told me it was very close to where I was located. He apologized for the inconvenience and said there would be no fee because my issue was considered an emergency. My husband and I drive to the other location, unloaded and loaded the new truck and they expedited my paperwork so we could get out of there quickly. We drove it to New Orleans in the other truck and actually made great time! And I didn't have one worry the whole way! Michelle even called me the night I got home and made sure I was safe and sound! What great service and follow through! Very impressed with the integrity of the folks over at Chapel Creek!! Thank you very much!
