Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Lorenzo and his team showed up early, communicated clearly, and holy wow did they work fast. In less than 90 minutes they moved what took our team 6 hours to do. AND they moved a fireproof safe by hand, with sheet strength and a good knowledge of physics. The cherry on top is the value - super-fair, plus a discount for booking through Yelp. I used 4 different companies because none of the first three were compelling enough to use again. I won't have to search for another one now though. I'll spare all the details, but they went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly and when things didn't (we had a lot of moving pieces with multiple stops) they made it right. The crew that actually did the move was respectful, clean and careful with our things. They weren't the cheapest, but they were competitive and worth every penny.

Eva handled the contracting, and the value was really good compared to quotes from other nearby moving companies. I contracted Out of the Box Moving and requested a 2-man team to move a 3 bedroom house. Donald and his colleague were efficient between moving out of my old house into my new house. They took care of the cushioning and wrapping for certain items such as the sofa, dining table top, and filing cabinet to prevent damage during transport. They also disassemble and reassemble any furniture that requires it. Everything went smoothly from contracting through final payment for services.
