My Move was orchestrated to PERFECTION!!! Thank you Richard! Thank you and your team for working with me and my very particular needs, wishes and wants! I was so in their way...lol. Like I knew something about moving...lol...I am a Leasing Professional who actually likes my job...go figure. Therefore, I assist with moves for a living. I like to think I know an ittie bit about how moving and moving companies can really take a turn toward the WTFs! Trust me when I share this, This team of professionals are worth more than the work they do! I had a team of three and they simplified my move like none other! I WAS UNLOADED IN LESS THAN 25 MINUTES!!! JOB WELL DONE!!! DA DONE, DONE!!! It Pays to be ready when your movers arrive peeps! Help them make the move easy! Remember a few of these tips and your next move will be your best move: 1. Plan your move route to the shortest amount of footsteps! (Long hallways, stairs, elevators, line up your stuff for easy pickup) 2. Tailor your move to light traffic times and try to avoid congested intersections if at all possible. Sometimes the scenic route reduces stress, and gives your movers time to rest. 3. Rent or utilize hand trucks (1 or 2 dollies, furniture dolly, rolling suitcases, chairs with wheels, etc. Make the move breezy. 4. If it is too dang precious, move it yourself!!! a scratch or scrape is par for the course...Grow a pair and consider the scratch or scrape to your precious whatever it is, a love tap. 5. Get out of the way! Yes You! You do not have to worry, these guys care! Instead of getting in their way, like I did, get the old spot clean and get ready for brand new beginnings in your new home!!! spoiler alert www.ModeraHallStreet.com yes, this is a shameless plug! lol... Seriously Speaking, these guys were awesome!!! Thanks again!!! JBrooks

I've used AB moving several times over the past 6-7 years or so. They were recommended to me…read morethrough a friend. This is my 4th move with them and I am beyond disappointed. I spent over $600 on a move for a one bedroom and some kitchen items. Nothing else. The damaged my furniture, they didn't wrap everything nor handle it with care. I watched them drop a new tower fan in front of me and pick it up like nothing happened, not even an apology. They were given instructions on what to take from my garage. All bedroom furniture. I pointed it out and I told them, we are not taking this twin size mattress or that recliner. All the other furniture is going. I had some monitors attached to my desk. They removed it without saying anything and placed my monitors still attached to the stand on the floor. When they said they were done I did a quick sweep to make sure they got everything. I asked about the monitors and they said they couldn't take them, understandable but they had no intention on letting me know? Towards the end of the move one of the movers asked to use my restroom I said it was fine. He was in there 15-20 minutes. While the other 2 movers were still moving. Once he left the restroom there was another 20 minutes left of work he disappeared. So I'm not sure why I even the paid for a 3rd worker who did partial work. I tipped them anyways because it was hot and I lived on the 3rd floor, I felt bad they had to move me even though I was paying for the service. They left everything seemed okay at the time. I had a mirror that went with my dresser and they didn't install it. I couldn't find the mirror anywhere. When I went back to my old house a few days later they conveniently tucked it behind the twin size mattress I asked them to leave. Which it had not been there when they arrived. The pieces to the mirror to install they HID under my bed after putting it together, which is still there! I'm so upset about my dresser and the damaged they caused to it and they didn't even bother to tell me. They told me there were already scratches at the beginning of the move which there were but they were minor and faint. The damaged they caused was not minor. For $600 and the small amount of furniture everything should have went by like a breeze. Also when I initially scheduled the movers I told them I am a repeat customer if they could offer a discount. The lady quoted me 158 an hour for 3 men. She said they could charge me 138 since I was a repeat customer. She sent me an email/contract on the phone and told me to sign. I said the rate says 158? She said oh yes I'm going to have them apply the discount, I'll let them know. Me working with them in the past I took her word for it. When it came time to pay the movers, they told me the rate was 158 an hour. I explained they told me the rate should have been applied. The movers told me they can't apply any discounts, so.. I took his word and paid the rate and said it's okay I'll call customer service to have to fix the situation. I called and they said they were escalating my issue and would have someone get back with me. Well it's a month and a half later and I've heard nothing. I'll be searching for a company who's a little more honest and reliable my next move. It's extremely disappointing because I've used them for so long and given business through family and friends. This is a terrible way to run a business.

Terrible experience. Do not use. They packed up dirty sheets and my stuff has mold. They charged me…read morefor paper to wrap things like my dog's rubber balls but didn't wrap actual valuables. I was recovering from hip surgery and had limited oversight. I was overcharged and taken advantage of.
