WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!!!!! and I've moved 6 times to four different counties, so I know what I'm talking about.If you are looking for a company that breaks 40% of your stuff and looses 30% of the rest, this is the company for you!!! Awful service... they did not even show up the day that they were supposed to... My things didn't fit in the truck they sent, so they put part of my furniture in someone else's truck (which of course got lost)... And other stuff I had to leave behind. My boxes arrived all smashed, furniture broken, and after a month waiting for them to respond for the damages, they came up with $186 to pay me back!!!! Why can't i rate a ZERO?!?! Booked my move for June 27th on May 6th. Movers were suppose to be there between 8-9, which was one of the options that Anderson gave to me when booking the appointment. Move was confirmed with Juan on Thursday the 25th. At that time he said Omar would be doing the move and he sent me Omar's number. The next day, Friday the 26th of June, Omar calls me to confirm and even says the guys will be there pretty close to 8. Moving day.....June 27th. We are ready to move, everything has been confirmed. Shortly after 9 when I haven't heard from anyone i start calling. Evidently AP Moving (iwantmovers.com) overbooked that day and sold my job to Omar. Omar tells me his guys have a flat tire on the way and sell the job to Amazing Moves. Amazing Moves were just that. They were professional, quick, courteous and enjoyable to work with. The get there at 1:30 and get started. Through all the confusion on my end, I call Juan (iwantmovers.com and AP Moving) tells me he's too busy and hangs up on me. I try calling back and he's blocked my number. Anderson, who owns AP Moving and is associated with iwantmovers.com doesn't respond to any of my calls or texts to find out what's going on. I called Anderson as he was referred to me by a friend. She's mad as it makes her look bad. She won't use him anymore and won't refer him anymore. read more

I am really thrilled with the moving services provided by iwantmovers.com. My son got a job in Austin and we had a very short time period in which to move him from Dallas to Austin. We were going to rent a U-Haul and hire movers in Dallas to load the truck and movers in Austin to unload the truck same day. But when I spoke with Juan about what I was trying to accomplish, he gave me a flat rate to do the whole move. It might have been slightly cheaper to do it my way, but not having to go through the process of renting and returning a U-Haul and driving the truck and another car down to Austin made it all very much worth it. The movers were very experienced and very careful with everything. They showed up when they said they would and loaded the truck quickly with no damage to his apartment or belongings. There were no hidden fees either. Juan quoted me a flat rate and that was what I paid. These movers are very professional, reliable, and trustworthy. And no, I was not asked to write a review, as is so often the case with movers who have hundreds of reviews. These guys are great and I highly recommend their services! read more

Anderson, Jonathan and crew were wonderful!They were flexible and able to get my move done a day early. We had them set up in the wrong rooms initially, and were even able to get them back in at a nominal fee a day later to switch our office/bedroom arrangement around. They were courteous, hard working, diligent, very careful with our things, a joy to work with, and helpful! We used them for packing services as well (I will never pack myself again - ever!), and while I don't think they pack as often as others I've used, they took very good care of our things, and we didn't have anything broken or damaged. Best movers! Responded rapidly as I had an urgent need - my movers had cancelled on me, and "I want movers" (Aka AP moving) came to my rescue. They sent 2 guys who did what 4 guys from other companies couldn't do. They were very nifty, and cooperative, and helped us completely set every piece of new furniture in the new place.
