They charged me 600 plus for a move , i was scheduled at noon-3 as window, they didn't arrive until 6/7 pm as sun went down, now they're rushing to get everything on the truck in the dark, didn't finish my move until midnight , used 3 guys, in a 20-25 mile radius - i will never ever, again. To make matters worse all day i had to call to even confirm that they were still coming once at 3 pm they never showed, i started moving items myself between the two places. Transparency is key to professionalism. While Jimmy was polite, they missed my original window to move me. And it took several phone calls to get a true answer from them on whether they were able to come at the agreed upon time-- even after rescheduling it was hard to get a response from them. I understand over booking and running behind schedule but being forthcoming about it is helpful to be able to plan better on the clients side. They did a good job once they arrived and were pleasant and relatively fast however I would not book again. Work on your service because that's 50% of keeping your clientele happy too. read more

Marcus and Alex were great when they arrived. They were both friendly and professional. However, can't say the same about the person in charge of the move. They did not show up during the time gap they promised. I had to call them several times to be able to get a hold of their manager and get an update. At this point, we had to reschedule for the next day since I had a commitment. They need to improve on timeliness and communication with their customers. This was my first move and I have to say... I couldn't have asked for better service. Their price was more than reasonable and if I may add definitely within my budget. I moved from the first floor to a second floor apartment with no elevators and they did the job so quickly. The movers arrived and were very friendly and professional. They got right to work - they uninstalled my washer and dryer and took apart my dinning room table as well as my king size bed. They made sure to cover all furniture including mirrors and mattress. They worked so fast... I couldn't believe they finished loading up the truck within the hour and came to my new apartment and went right to work again. They installed my washer and dryer as well as put together my furniture which was an added bonus for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. They started at 6:50pm and finished at 8:15pm. The movers they sent out took six hours to move items from one storage unit to another, just 5 miles up the road. I specifically told them everything might not fit in the truck they brought, but they insisted it would. It didn't. They ended up having to take some things back to my other storage unit. They also took 20 minutes to drive between two units that are only 7 minutes apart, which made the job drag out longer and cost more. What should've been a 3 hour job turned into 6 hours, and I feel taken advantage of. I wouldn't recommend this company based on my experience. read more

Do. Not. Use. Setting up the day was easy, but they switched the times on me after I confirmed a morning time. Originally we agreed on an arrival window of 9-11, then they tell me they can do a 1-3... I accept. It's the day of, and I don't get any communication from my team at all. I reach out at 1:26 to inform them I'm all set and their only reply is 'Yes.' What? so I call at 2:10. They tell me they're 41 minutes away due to traffic. 3:24 comes along and theyre still not here so I call again. They tell me they'll be about another hour... Absurd. I wait anyways, because it's the one day I have off to move and none of my friends/family's schedule lined up to help me out like usual. 4:30 comes along and they're still not here. FINALLY, at 5:30 they show up. I inform them they are late by almost 3 hours, to which the younger man, Marcos, starts aggressively arguing with me how 1-3 is 'just a window' and that he tried to call me 10 times and leave voice messages. I tell him I believe him as I'm trying to work with him because I don't want to start the actual process by arguing. So, I try to show him my phone log which shows zero calls/messages from him, but he 'tsks' at me and doesn't even look at my phone. The older man, super kind guy, gets the paper work started. He mainly organizes the truck cause he's older and I was super fine with that because I was also moving stuff down. The younger guy proceeds to scrape my wall with my bed post, stack delicate boxes under heavy boxes, use the word 'shit' in every sentence, and be on a phone call almost the whole time; meaning, he tried to carry most things down 3 flights of stairs distracted and with a phone in his hand. As I mentioned, I'm helping move because I want it to go by faster and I was already planning to move with/without hiring anyone. If ever the younger guy saw me carry something he would try to take it. I REPEATEDLY told him, 'it's ok, I'm already carrying this, please go get something else.' He also left many heavy stacks/items for the older man cause he 'has more experience and knows how to move it better', which may be the case, but also he's old and clearly told the younger man to carry heavy stuff, which he was seemingly very capable of. Where's the respect??? I ended up carrying one of those stacks, and when I got downstairs with it, he called me a lifesaver and then took it... the remaining 20 feet. Anyways. The truck finally gets loaded. The younger man jokes he's going to smoke weed on the way to the new apartment?? My new place is tricky to get to, there's a lot of one way streets, so the young man calls for help. I see him on my street so I start guiding him, but he ignores my initial guidance and I can't see him anymore and he repeatedly starts asks where to go after I tell him I have no idea where he is. Finally, I pull out a google map, ask him where he is, and start guiding him again. At the new location, the older man and I l somehow do most of the work. After opening the truck door I discover most things were improperly strapped down. Dressers had fallen over and drawers were out, boxes had fallen / broken apart spilling their contents. It looked like a storm hit the truck. No one acknowledges or apologizes for that despite me being very upset. The young man starts to unload items and leaves most of them at the doorway, like hello? you can move things all the way, not just halfway. The older man ends up breaking a mirror, but he's very kind about it, picks it up, and informs me he'll compensate it. No worries there. The older man instructs the younger man to move all the bed pieces to one side of the room and he completely does not do that, despite me agreeing that this placement is ideal. Finally, it comes to pay for the move. At the beginning of the day, I had planned to tip, but after them being late, and the young man being rude/unprofessional, and making me and the older guy do most of the real work, I feel defeated. The man I need to pay over the phone asks how much the total will be, and whether the total will change because of a tip. The younger man looks at me and asks 3x about the tip in more of a demanding expectant way rather than a question. I took stock of the day and remembered that earlier I offered to give him an item of mine, worth some money, and I decide that that feels like enough of a tip. I work in the food industry and tips are the main way I make my money, it takes a LOT for me to decide not to tip. This experience did just that. For the hassle of communication, quality of work, attitude throughout this process, and the price, I cannot recommend enough to anyone to choose any other company. read more

Beware. Honestly, I wanted to like these guys. They were really nice humans, truly. However, that doesn't change that I'm paying for a service and the service needs to be fair. After reading all of the negative reviews where customers contacted the manager after a bad experience and he did nothing, I don't think it's worth trying to get my situation remedied. Calling it a loss and warning others. I hired 2 movers for a 1 bedroom apartment move. Yes, it had a decent number of items and yes, the elevators were farther from the apartments. However, when you Google average time to move a 1 bedroom apartment with lots of stuff and 2 movers, it's a 2-3 hour window. My delivery spot was 15 minutes away. Let me also note, my fiancé and his dad were both actively moving items and did the most work out of everyone and we still paid the company for 3 hours of work. So, if on average 2 workers take 2-3 hours and fiancé/dad are working hard (that makes 4 movers) then it should have taken about 1-2 hours tops. Also! we sent them home early. They didn't even finish the job in 3 hours. In my many moves, 2 movers have moved my 1 bedroom further in 2 hours WITH stairs instead of elevator and no help. They showed up with a smaller truck (their cleaning companies truck) which meant that they would have to Tetris items into the truck meticulously. So, because they brought a smaller truck 1 of the 2 men was in the truck the entire first 1 1/2 hours. I have never seen this and I've moved like 5-6 times. Usually, both movers are constantly moving between the apartment and truck grabbing boxes. The 2nd mover was just someone who tagged along and did not work for the company. It became clear when he had a casual pace and didn't know how to move the couch downstairs (he made 3 trips upstairs before moving it even though it was the last item). Yes, again, lovely people, but we ultimately paid for 2 movers and did most of the work. I planned to have a negotiating conversation with him because they didn't show up with the proper truck (which they apologized for and weren't even sure it would fit the items--hence the man playing Tetris). To me, it was ok that they needed to pivot since their big truck was down. However, it's not ok to charge me an extra hour for not having the right moving truck and not having 1 movers help for most of the move. read more

This is my 2nd review. It's taken awhile for me to calm down enough to post. In Aug, they moved our office and it was great. End of Aug my MIL passed away. She was in assisted living, was well prepared, but we needed to move fairly quickly to avoid being charged another month. I said no problem, this company was great. Appointment set up went well, just needed to move furniture to storage as my SIL had a friend who needed furniture after the floods down south. Turns out they were able to salvage most of hers so I called back and changed storage to my house and rest to donate. That is why they get 2 stars, not 1. When I set it up, I told them that I needed to be done by a certain time, for the service and he said it would be no problem to finish in time for the service. Day of, I was supposed to get a call once they were on the road. Time passed, Hubby & son head over while I wait. I call the office, find out they have truck trouble, but should be there in 1/2 hour. More time passed, they message that they still have issues. I should have called it then and set it for another day, but they assured me it was all good, plenty of time. They finally get to facility well past the stated time range, about 1/2 hour before the service (the time I expected them to be totally done). By that time, I'm back in regular clothes, resigned to missing most of the service, but there will be a family one later in the year. Hubby gets them started, they finally make it to my house, unload the two pieces (and pick up 1 item), (which they did well, no scratches or dings) and I find out I have to go with them to the donation center to do paperwork. Hubby had already paid them after they got clearance to take a check from the estate. Actually, they wanted me to lead them there, but I showed them where it was in google maps, even zooming in to the entry they needed to take to the drop off area. (And these are not long driving distances once they get to the facility-2 miles to my house, then 6 miles to the donation center. Not sure where they were driving from, but if it was their stated location of Carrollton, that is less than a 30 minute drive.) So it all gets done and I meet the family back at home and find out my son gave one of the most moving memorial speeches they had heard there. AND I MISSED IT. I should have listened to my gut and cancelled it when they were first late. Not the worst day of my life, but I was Pi****. Yes, maybe I was too ambitious scheduling it the same day as the service, but the team was so wonderful the first go round-even finished earlier than expected. And to be clear, this was a different team of guys. And no apologies received either. We won't be using them on our next move. read more

Very unprofessional, took double the time they should have, took a 45 min break on the clock when they were suppose to be driving to the 2nd location, damaged furniture, left furniture behind, and tried to intimidate for a tip. I hired 3 movers on 3/17/25 for a short move from a 2-bedroom apartment to another 2-bedroom apartment 5.8 miles away. Took them 6 hours to move with minimal furniture. Let me start by saying the movers were great and everything was done in a timely fashion, nothing damaged, etc. The reason for not having a 5-star review are because I feel there are some practices of this company that aren't fully transparent. For instance, I was not told until the movers arrived that 1) they do not pro-rate, if you go over the hour by a minute, you are charged the additional hour, and 2) there is an extra fee of $30 to pay by card. I move around quite a bit and a full hour non-prorate is unique. This did not impact my move, but it is the reason I won't use them again. Additionally, had I known about the extra credit card fee I wouldn't have used them at all (this fee also applies to Zelle payments so it is not simply covering fees.) If they were to change those two things, I would use them again, but as it stands there is something that rubs me the wrong about the lack of transparency. read more
