Hundreds of items damaged and destroyed, most of which were new. Rodent droppings and urine on and in hundreds of boxes and items, some which were chewed through in mutiple places. Facility was negligent in responding to rodent problem which went on for months. This was not isolated to certain units, or one area of the building, it was throughout. I spoke to other tenants who also had similar rodent activity and damage, so I don't understand why this is the only review posted. I ended up spending over $100 on baits and traps myself, trying to help control the invasion. Add to that water and mold damage from water seeping up through the floor in several units. Posted in the hopes that others will avoid the regret and expense of storing here. Note: Facility name was recently changed to Keller RV West.
