It is at the top of the hill with parking for cars and they also have Penske trucks to rent out. Teri, the manager, is one of the sweetest people you may ever meet. Always smiles and ready to help and she will do anything she can to help you. The facility is always clean and well maintained and the trucks that she rents are always at top notch condition. Different sizes of units available and they also have outside RV parking covered and uncovered. The prices are compatible and the service is awesome so what else can I say that will make it easy to understand that this location is great. Call Teri at Aloha storage for all of your storage needs and for truck rental too (Penske) and you'll be happy that you chose them. Caution, I unfortunately cannot recommend this company…read more The company changed ownership in January 2026, which is important context when reading older reviews, as our experience was very different from what we expected based on the company's previous reputation. During our local Texas move, several items were missing or damaged, and three holes were made in the walls of our home. The owner was personally at our home and saw the damage caused during the move. At the time, he was apologetic and passionate about making things right, including addressing the damage. Unfortunately, after communicating with us initially following the move, communication suddenly stopped. We requested a claims form for the missing and damaged items both verbally and in writing, but our requests were never acknowledged and no claims form was provided. We also contacted the company's support line. The representative did not have information about the claims process but said our information would be forwarded to the owner. Again, we received no response. Ultimately, we had to hire and pay a contractor ourselves to repair the damage to our home. We have moved several times and have never experienced this level of property damage combined with such a lack of follow-through. What made the situation especially disappointing was being assured directly by the owner that the issues would be made right, only to have communication stop entirely. Given the ownership change, I would encourage prospective customers to focus carefully on reviews reflecting experiences after January 2026. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.

This is more of a review of the company rather than this one particular location…read more We have been renting the same unit for several years now, but in the last few years, and more so since Public Storage took over the location from All Storage, our rent has more than doubled, from the original $199 to now $450 per month. The property manager acts as if her hands are tied, except for putting in a REQUEST for a temporary rate reduction to the previous amount, with no guarantee that it will be approved. The company has no centralized customer support, as their multiple phone numbers we have found all automatically refer you to the phone tree for the location of your unit, and the only option to speak with a person is to speak to the property manager, who may or may not be available to take your call. Bottom line, I will NEVER rent a storage unit with Public Storage again, no matter the location, and if they take over a property where my stuff is stored, I will relocate it again.
