Apparently, the national number gets kickbacks when they circumvent the phone calls to them, and they charge significantly more than Alren at the Plano office charges. Like a LOT more. So, if you call their local number, make sure to ask the full name of the representative and where he/she/they are at the moment. Or just ask for Alren. He will take good care of you. The place is SO clean and new and climate controlled. It's the nicest storage center I'd ever seen, and the local staff there is exceptionally nice and friendly.

We felt really good about the security and cleanliness of the units (all climate controlled) and the facility overall (the Plano location was only built a couple of years ago and it's super clean). Plus the ease of being able to drive up so close to the units. We worked with Wendy and she's been so kind and helpful and informative through the entire process. I did a lot of research and this place was definitely the right choice. We really appreciated that All Storage had a great intro special but that Wendy was also super up front about what the pricing would be after the special ended. Our close friends had a horrible experience with one of the bigger chain storage places hiking their rent up by insane amounts after the initial first month offer, and that's why we wanted to find a more locally run place. Wendy walked us through everything and went over what we could realistically expect in terms of pricing and it was all very reasonable. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to and we really apprecaited it. It ended up being harder than I thought it would be to find a clean, secure, affordable and trustworthy storage place, and so I wanted to make sure to write a review for All Storage in case it can help out someone else who's in the same boat. I was guaranteed 2 guys to show up from 9-10am yesterday. Only Michael showed up 3 hours late due to an issue from another move (which I was fine with). I only had one water hardly drank from and told him he can waterfall it because he was dying of thirst and spits it all back up on my floor. He proceeds to work. I see him doing push-ups in my apartment. He had his shirt off most of the time even though I had my AC at 68 and both of my fans on. I had my door open because I didn't want to be in an apartment alone with one dude I didn't feel comfortable with. He asked me for my help 3 times, which when you get a moving company, you shouldn't have to do their job. I'm standing outside and hear a big crash and see him picking up my TV. Then he proceeds to lie about "the wrap hitting the fan and knocking my tv over slightly". He made a few comments to me saying "you look hot in that outfit" and proceeds to shut my door. I reached out to multiple guy friends because I was so uncomfortable. So finally, I got one to come down. He starts having a conversation with me about how if he looked like me he would be fine with taking compliments and that he was just trying to make small talk. I finally decided to kick him out and helped him unwrap my things. He continued mumbling, saying I'm not humble. Goes into my fridge, takes an energy drink. I told him he could pay me for it so he opens his wallet and takes out 2 condoms and says, "I need a girl friend". I'm absolutely furious. The fact that he's the owner/manager (whatever he is) of the company and has little to no respect blows my mind.
