This was the most important thing I asked for as not having power would make the storage completely useless to me. She said they were going to fix it and never did. They have tons of electrical problems at this facility to a point where their gate actually stopped working late at night while I was in there and I actually got trapped for a long time, had to jump the fence, had to have my wife wake up our kids to come get me out of there since the general manager wasn't answering her phone. She finally answered after like 3 hours to just ask "were you able to get out?" What a joke! She didn't apologize or take an ounce of responsibility. Like no big deal... I just got trapped inside your storage facility due to your power issues that they refuse to fix. They sure will ask to raise your monthly rent though. They bumped mine by 50%! Crazy place. Public Storage has raised the rates by more than 25% twice in the past 3 months. I missed a few items when moving out and I'm threatened with a "dumping fee". Compared to other storage places I have used this has been the better one so far. And everything is very secured, you don't have to go home wondering if your things will be stolen.
