They also erased the video footage so they wouldn't get caught. The garbage insurance policy they sold us on didn't cover the loss because of the way the sneaky scumbag staff was able to enter my unit, by using the lock code assigned to lock , that was available to staff on the iPad. This is where things go from very good to very NOT good. As with so many similar experiences talking to almost anyone on the phone these days, the representatives: 1) Talk extremely fast, much faster than necessary and certainly far too fast than a normal conversation between two people 2) Their accent is so thick, it is VERY difficult to understand exactly what they are attempting to say. 3) They do not listen carefully to the question(s) that I am attempting to ask. 4) They are compelled to repeat everything back to me in a robotic-like fashion. 4) They repeat their answer to me 4-times over, even if I clearly understood what they said the first time.
