I wanted to comply with the request of removing all items within 3 feet of the entrance or lease would not be renewed. I had a concern about shelves that had been installed in my unit prior to me renting the unit that were built in. Since they were wanting me to remove them prior to installation of new doors. I did not want to remove shelving that did not belong to me. I had several questions and requested that he meet with me. Mr. Martinez was yelling at me like I was not going to comply, and how I have known about the project of the unit doors since June...ect..... His reaction was disrespectful to a good Tenant that had called with concerns. I will NOT meet with him, because he scares me. I requested to speak to the owner and left my name and number.
