Due to this and every other issue that could possible go wrong, I was at the end of my rope... That's when I opened my Yelp ap and started to look for places in area. Several didn't have 10x15's, and one had no climate control at all... Then at 5:15PM, I got beyond lucky!!! The phone was answered by a friendly, helpful woman named Virginia! They had one! ANNNND the price was $50 lower than any other place I have looked!!! She told me they closed at 6:00 but would love for me to come by if I could do so within the hour- i told her I would be there in 10 minutes! She asked my name and gave me great directions (she said I would need to turn into the same parking lot as Sonic.) Due to this, they are not highly visible from the road- this is why I have never noticed it there. The moment I walked in the office she smiled and identified me by name! She took me to see the unit and told me all the benefits of storing there! I don't even know where to start... She and her husband live on property, the facility is immaculate/clean, cameras, normally climate control is not exactly cool- it was here!! Roof leaks are a concern I asked about- I was told they just had a new roof put on! The entire time, we chatted like old friends. What a lovely lady! We then returned to the office so I could fill out paperwork and pay. Her husband Chris walked out and introduced himself. He started telling me additional information about the property. All I can say is this couple is such an asset to this property! How rare to find people so professional, friendly, and have a sincere passion about their job/the property they represent! He went to my unit right then to take the temporary lock off. Keep in mind it is now after 6:00- that didn't seem to bother Virginia, she told me we needed to go put my lock on and test my code to the security gate to ensure it worked- I felt bad and suggested I come back but she insisted! All I can say is WOW! Amazing how the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of these two individuals turned what was becoming the move from Hell into such a great experience!

I have requested the corporate number twice and still haven't received it. Recently, someone tried to use my card to pay Netflix & I had to dispute charges. This has me thinking maybe this is how my card keeps getting hacked. I hope corporate or the owners read the review so I can get this resolved expediently. I'm contacting my bank to let them know this is FRAUDULENT . Today I logged and and Taylor has reversed the payment that was taken out of my account And added a late fee. Yesterday, my balance was 0 because the payment was taken out on the 4th. Today is the 6th. If YOU rent here ... u might want to Monitor your debit and credit cards.

I've had a unit at Extra Space Storage for years. There were some rough spots at times with…read moreservice. Tara Anderson was able to redeem the company with her caring personable service. She's the epitome of going the extra mile. I had a major injury last summer, spent 7 days in the hospital, and couldn't walk or work for six months. During that time, my rent was raised. When I called, the young man I spoke with was cold and abrupt. Now, less than a year later I'm still trying to get back on my feet financially. I'm a teacher and my summer pay is being impacted by my temporary leave without pay from the accident. I owe thousands of dollars in hospital bills and my storage unit rent has been raised yet again! It's gone from 70 something to $113 per month in a year! If I were able to clean it out and get out, I would. In fairness, the facility is nice and secure. The elevators are big and make it easy to move things up and down the levels.
