We felt really good about the security and cleanliness of the units (all climate controlled) and the facility overall (the Plano location was only built a couple of years ago and it's super clean). Plus the ease of being able to drive up so close to the units. We worked with Wendy and she's been so kind and helpful and informative through the entire process. I did a lot of research and this place was definitely the right choice. We really appreciated that All Storage had a great intro special but that Wendy was also super up front about what the pricing would be after the special ended. Our close friends had a horrible experience with one of the bigger chain storage places hiking their rent up by insane amounts after the initial first month offer, and that's why we wanted to find a more locally run place. Wendy walked us through everything and went over what we could realistically expect in terms of pricing and it was all very reasonable. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to and we really apprecaited it. It ended up being harder than I thought it would be to find a clean, secure, affordable and trustworthy storage place, and so I wanted to make sure to write a review for All Storage in case it can help out someone else who's in the same boat. While there was a missed step for a part to install, the team there helped me locate the missing part and quickly and effectively installed the hitch and had the van trailer reserved ready to go! They did everything RIGHT! My entire experience from start to finish with the GM and the staff (full time AND part time!) were so very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. The property is well maintained and clean (unlike some other companies). This place still looks new. I am greeted by my name every time I come visit my belongings. As far as I know, there have never been any security issues. The managers live on the property, and there are cameras "everywhere." If you want a top-notch storage experience, you need to come here.

No updated gate code on the app. Do better, Public Storage. This is the worst first day to get things done. Update: called customer service again as the app still does not have an updated code. Was told to wait 72 hours for an updated code. Seriously??!? Advised rep that is unacceptable and rep said best she could do was call to see if property manager was on site. When I talked to Brittany the manager of the store she rudely told me they are allowed to do what they want. They have a clause in the contract that says they can change without my knowledge and its my problem not hers. A loyal customer of 5 years and two different units she refused to give me a waiver for late fee. They inconveniently has to change the door to my unit because they had to do a repair to the door. I received notice for that but never for a late fee. We also received steep increases in the actual rent price. Be prepared to pay double your initial rate at some point.
