At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

They admitted fault. Initially only offered $150 for compensation. To date still have not resolved, they are not responding to emails and now having to go to small claims court. I did report them to the DMV who investigated the case and found that the carrier was NOT compliant with contracts, timelines, and rules and regulations set by the state. Worst customer service, just fix what you broke! Beware !!!

One day for packing and one day for moving, the day of packing they ran out of packing material after doing half the house (how does a moving company run out of supplies??) then they asked us if they can continue the packing on the morning of the moving date even when the rate is doubled on that date and we still agreed. The day of moving, they called and let us know that they would have to buy packing materials and their vendor is closed so they would have to go to home depot and they claimed it would be triple the price. We told them, we will pay you for packing and they don't need to move us anymore, but they decided to get mad with us and showed up at our door with 5 people and said they needed to pick their packing supplies and my dad let them in, they started grabbing boxes with our belongings in it which led us to call the police. DO NOT USE THEM TO MOVE, I have also heard they tend to damage a lot of things.

Workflow: - straightforward online form instead of trying to make a phone call during business hours while at work - email confirmation right after submitting form and again two days prior to the move - as described in their email, on the morning of, I received a phone call within an hour before, informing me that they were on the way - they arrived just before the scheduled time (I was their first move of the day) - I had packed the things I wanted them to move in advance, so I showed them the piles of things I wanted them to move - we signed the contract (all the things I expected + insurance option, with the default basic option as a price per weight reimbursement for any damaged items) - without even having to say much to each other they knew where to start - wrapped all the big furniture in blankets and duct tape - couch cushions were temporarily a little squished as they do during a move, but there were no damages to anything - after the move, I verified that everything had been moved and signed the post-move part of the contract Pros: - perfect workflow for a zellenial who's used to ordering things online and they magically appear - the team understood that my goal was to stay within the 3h, told me it was definitely reasonable, and were ultimately able to accomplish it - paid in cash and exactly as quoted (minus the $75 deposit) with no surprise fees and no extra charge for supplies or gas or stairs

Beau, the owner, visited us and gave an estimate that was very competitive. Throughout the move process they had very good communication. Before the move, we packed up most of the things ourselves, but Phoenix offered to have some of their office staff pack up the fragile items like dishes and art work on an hourly rate. This really helped! On the day of the move, they were on time and they brought in 10 people to pack the van and get us on our way quickly. When they moved us, they did not consolidate and transfer our things to another van, our things stayed in the same van until it reached its final destination. Great communication, quick with quotes and quick to make any adjustments according to our situation. Scheduling was smooth. We were working a very time sensitive situation. We had contractors scheduled and this company worked with us to pack AND move BOTH tenants out the same day when we had discussed it would be two separate days for each unit. They worked until late to be sure it was all done and moved into storage units. They came back to unload the storage units and unpacked everything. They were even good to schedule on separate days to accommodate both tenants schedules. We would definitely use them again in the event we needed to pack and move.
