I've been to the Willow Bend location several times over the course of the years whenever I needed…read moresupplies to pack things up and store them. This was the first time I needed a hitch and trailer service from UHaul. While there was a missed step for a part to install, the team there helped me locate the missing part and quickly and effectively installed the hitch and had the van trailer reserved ready to go! They did everything RIGHT! My entire experience from start to finish with the GM and the staff (full time AND part time!) were so very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I cannot say enough how wonderful they all are! Thank you very much for being the great team that you are!

The man at the front desk tried to call around to the neighboring Uhaul to see if they had any dollys available but none were. All of this was incredibly time consuming after standing in line for a long time. This incident ended up ruining my moving experience. After the store was unable to resolve my issue I messaged Anthony Summerfield the Uhaul General Manager but he replied with a very unhelpful response. This is the worst service I've ever had from any business during a move. Stay away from this company, Anthony Summerfield does not value his customers as you can see in the screenshots!

I really hate to leave this review but I feel like I'm being ignored and have no other options. I…read morehired them for a move Friday morning and it has been a nightmare since. At the start the guys seemed cool, but as the move went on their attitude changed. They started complaining about how much stuff I had even though I did a full intake with them beforehand and we already agreed on a price. They even started insinuating I should go to an ATM to pay them more money, which made me feel uneasy and was unprofessional since the rate was already set. I moved into a brand new building where I'm only the 3rd person on my floor. A hallway light fixture was broken during the move and they told me they didn't do it. However, management knocked on my door later saying they have them on camera breaking the light and damaging the walls. On top of the building damage, my vanity was broken, some furniture was scratched, and the monitor for my work computer is broken. I've asked repeatedly for their insurance information so we can resolve this, but they aren't responding. I believe I've been blocked now because my messages are no longer going through. Please reach out so we can resolve this.

The movers packed our business equipment, apart from our household items, so it would be easier to unpack later. We were scheduled to pick up at 10 am, but there was another resident temporarily on the freight elevator. The crew started packing loose household items until the elevator arrived and they could get on. One plastic container arrived with a loose lid, but its contents were undamaged. The crew knew what they had and what they didn't, and they made the best of it by suggesting practical solutions that saved us a few pennies on keeping our valuables safe. In fact, Paige called to let me know that my account was not on auto pay (I thought I had set it up but that was something else). I was so happy she called!! After that it was plug and play. I ended up doing the unit longer and when I came out I was half expecting to maybe have some type of issue with maybe bugs or you know just regular stuff it was inside and air-conditioned but I figured there's gonna be some thing you know since it has been so many months.
