The rent goes up fast!…read more The facility was clean and easy to access. The rate for the 5x10 unit was $51/month in August 2024 (after a $41/month introductory rate for three months). They increased the price quickly. In May 2025, they raised the rent to $66/month, and they just notified me that on February 2026, the rent would increase to $86/month. That's a 30% increase every 9 months, a 70% increase in a year and a half. I'm moving my stuff out before the next rent increase goes into effect. If I were to do it again, I would only consider Public Storage for short-term rental (less than a year).

The place is SO clean and new and climate controlled. It's the nicest storage center I'd ever seen, and the local staff there is exceptionally nice and friendly.

We really appreciated that All Storage had a great intro special but that Wendy was also super up front about what the pricing would be after the special ended. Our close friends had a horrible experience with one of the bigger chain storage places hiking their rent up by insane amounts after the initial first month offer, and that's why we wanted to find a more locally run place. Wendy walked us through everything and went over what we could realistically expect in terms of pricing and it was all very reasonable. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to and we really apprecaited it. When I got my unit in 2014, 10 years ago, I was told to pick out a lock and leave one key with the…read moreproperty manager. Fast forward to June 2024 I am told they don't have keys and I'd need a locksmith. I decide to try to remove the lock myself first, and buy bolt cutters. I arrive at my unit to find my padlock isn't there and the lock looks different. I call and I am told they haven't changed the locks, and again I'll need to call a locksmith. $250 later a locksmith tells me he was just out the week prior and was told a similar story by that customer.. he drills through the lock, opens my unit, and there's the old lock with my padlock on it in my unit!! They DID change the locks! Wow.. We empty my unit of everything but a TV and table. I had paid the month of June so I had time to remove it. I get a call from the property manager Tish, or Trish, and she says if I'd like, she can leave the dumpster unlocked for me to dispose of those items. Wow, awesome, okay. So we show up and it isn't unlocked. Okay, no biggie. I'll stick to the original plan. So we put the TV and table back in my unit. I call and I'm assured by some guy that I'm paid through June, so I have a week before July to figure it out. The next couple days go by and I'm hit with a $250 abandoned items charge. I log into my account and it shows I no longer have a storage unit. I call and leave a message and no one will call me back. I call customer service, explain all the above, Tish/Trish calls me back and says she's going to have the DM remove it, and it was a misunderstanding on their end. I'm so grateful, and think this is all behind me. Even accept that they threw away the table I planned on keeping. A week later $250 is deducted from my bank... I call and no one calls me back. A few days after that, a months charge hits my bank and all the sudden I have the same storage unit under my public storage account. I have called the property manager probably 15 times. I have called customer service, who by the way, told me they be pissed if this was them. They gave me the district manager's, Jesse, phone number. Who also won't call me back after 3 attempts. We are nearing Aug and I need my money back and this account closed. I need someone to call me back!! I can't go anywhere to speak to anyone in person. This experience has been terrible, and I'm out almost $500, really $740!! I have never been even a day late, and I've never complained. I expect someone to reach out to me.

I secured my truck online. I came in dressed to move, even I thought I looked sketchy lol... I was greeted, accommodated and even guided away from options I thought I needed, he wasn't trying to up sell me, which was appreciated. Mindset: I had retired, sold my home and made a temp move for 30 days, then I was leaving the country. So my brain was puddy... I gave away and then had to move my living room furniture and dining room furniture (I know, I know - give it away and have to move it yourself - lol). I was worried about leaving my car parked so close to the trucks. The owner assured me it would be okay and it was. What really impressed me when I returned the truck it was late and dark, they were closed. The husband and wife aka the dynamic duo came out and helped me bring the truck in after hours (behind the locked gate), and even helped get the moving blankets out the truck, it was cold, very cold and did it all with such a pleasant attitude. Over the years I've moved to several cities and there is something different about the customer service at Uhaul, not that I ever had a bad experience, but now the customer service is memorable and personable. My review was way too long I know, but gratitude - I have so much gratitude for the help and service from those two.

Hands down this was the best experience I'd had renting a truck from Uhaul. Scott (the new owner) was in the restaurant business prior to owning this Uhaul and what ever restaurant he worked/managed, I'm sure it was a well oiled machine. We arrived early at about 6:50am to get our truck. I really didn't know what time it was but one we stood at the door, we saw someone at the desk actually motion to us that he saw us, and he quickly moved to the front door to let us in. When o found out is was then 5 minutes early, I apologized for arriving early and he said it was no big thing as he was there for hours working on cleaning up and taking care of matters. Every aspect of the rental was flawless and the store was spotless During the afternoon, we sensed our day was going slow and called Scott to ask if we could keep the truck a few hours longer. He checked the schedule and since no one had it rented, said they closed at 7 and we could keep it until then if we needed it. Upon our return at 6pm, we were worn out due to a day of lawn work and returned the truck to the gate as requested. James Gay was the person who checked me in and was as friendly and nice as could be. We will do all of our Uhaul needs here from now on, even if we have to go out of our way. You should too!
