Workflow: - straightforward online form instead of trying to make a phone call during business hours while at work - email confirmation right after submitting form and again two days prior to the move - as described in their email, on the morning of, I received a phone call within an hour before, informing me that they were on the way - they arrived just before the scheduled time (I was their first move of the day) - I had packed the things I wanted them to move in advance, so I showed them the piles of things I wanted them to move - we signed the contract (all the things I expected + insurance option, with the default basic option as a price per weight reimbursement for any damaged items) - without even having to say much to each other they knew where to start - wrapped all the big furniture in blankets and duct tape - couch cushions were temporarily a little squished as they do during a move, but there were no damages to anything - after the move, I verified that everything had been moved and signed the post-move part of the contract Pros: - perfect workflow for a zellenial who's used to ordering things online and they magically appear - the team understood that my goal was to stay within the 3h, told me it was definitely reasonable, and were ultimately able to accomplish it - paid in cash and exactly as quoted (minus the $75 deposit) with no surprise fees and no extra charge for supplies or gas or stairs

Before moving day, they had the opportunity to assess the size of our home and determine what equipment would be needed. Despite that, they arrived with a truck that was too small to complete the move. Instead of having a second truck available, a large portion of our day was spent searching for a U-Haul. The U-Haul they eventually rented was also too small, and the movers repeatedly pressured my husband to transport our belongings in our personal van because they didn't have enough room. What should have been a one-day move turned into a two-day move because AB failed to arrive properly equipped. The problems didn't end there. The movers lost the hardware needed to reassemble our refrigerator, leaving it unusable until the end of the second day. As a result, the refrigerated and frozen food we had carefully packed in coolers spoiled. We submitted receipts documenting our loss. Our Lovesac AnyTable was gouged and chipped during the move, and numerous other items were scratched or damaged. Instead of placing boxes and furniture into the correct rooms as we paid for, many rooms were simply filled with random stacks of belongings. Even worse, the garage was used as a dumping area, with heavy boxes, furniture, and miscellaneous items piled together. We have had to move many of those items ourselves just to unpack and determine what else may have been damaged. After I submitted a formal claim, AB did send a representative to inspect the refrigerator and the other damage. He looked everything over, told us the necessary refrigerator parts would be ordered, and made it seem as though he would be back the following week to complete the repairs. That was more than two weeks ago. Since then, we have repeatedly called, left messages, sent additional photos, and provided everything they requested. We have received virtually no communication, our calls have not been returned, and we have since learned the refrigerator parts were lost. We were never proactively informed of that or given a timeline for resolving the issue. Mistakes can happen during any move. What has been the most disappointing is the lack of accountability, communication, and follow-through. We paid for professional movers so we wouldn't have to finish the job ourselves or spend weeks chasing the company to honor its commitments. At this point, I cannot recommend AB based on our experience. I sincerely hope they will finally complete the repairs, resolve our claim, and stand behind the service they promised.

This was my third time using their service to move a 1B1B apartment. The first two times went fine…read more-- each took about 3 to 3.5 hours, and that's why I trusted them again. But this time? Total disaster. They charged me almost 8 HOURS for the exact same size move. From 9 AM to 4:45 PM -- are you kidding me? They didn't even start moving until around 9:20 or 9:30, and then moved like they were taking a casual stroll in the park. I asked them why this time was so ridiculously slow compared to the last two. Their excuse? "No elevator" at my old place and "your stuff is in small boxes and bags." That is complete nonsense. My new place has an elevator, and I used larger boxes this time to make it easier -- unlike the last move where neither location had elevators. And yet, that move only took 3.5 hours. There is no possible reason this one should take nearly EIGHT HOURS unless you're deliberately dragging your feet. And get this -- I even helped them move! I literally carried stuff myself while they moved slowly and inefficiently. When I brought this up to their supervisor, instead of acknowledging the poor service, he blamed me and said I had "too many things." Give me a break. It's a 1B1B -- and you guys have moved it twice before in half the time! I even attached a photo comparing the invoices from both moves -- one was 3.5 hours, this one nearly 8. Their supervisor had the audacity to say he'd refund me for 1 hour if I didn't leave a bad review -- that tells you everything you need to know. He knew it was shady but just wanted to shut me up. Avoid Leader Movers at all costs. They've clearly gotten lazy and greedy -- working slow just to pad the bill while pretending everything is normal. I'm furious and disappointed. Never again.

This is my first time using storage and I didn't have to haggle. I didn't have to double check on charges or deal with any drama! In fact, Paige called to let me know that my account was not on auto pay (I thought I had set it up but that was something else). I was so happy she called!! After that it was plug and play. I ended up doing the unit longer and when I came out I was half expecting to maybe have some type of issue with maybe bugs or you know just regular stuff it was inside and air-conditioned but I figured there's gonna be some thing you know since it has been so many months. Everything was great for him as far as what I can tell if anything changes I will come back and update. This was one of the most positive experiences not only from calling around other places, but pricing, location and cleanliness. The biggest and most impressive part was when they cut the lock for me because I had left the keys in another state.
