Unfortunately, I am recently disabled making it very difficult for me to accomplish. I can say that my belongings have always been safe, climate controlled, the property is very well managed. I secured my truck online. I came in dressed to move, even I thought I looked sketchy lol... I was greeted, accommodated and even guided away from options I thought I needed, he wasn't trying to up sell me, which was appreciated. Mindset: I had retired, sold my home and made a temp move for 30 days, then I was leaving the country. So my brain was puddy... I gave away and then had to move my living room furniture and dining room furniture (I know, I know - give it away and have to move it yourself - lol). I was worried about leaving my car parked so close to the trucks. The owner assured me it would be okay and it was. What really impressed me when I returned the truck it was late and dark, they were closed. The husband and wife aka the dynamic duo came out and helped me bring the truck in after hours (behind the locked gate), and even helped get the moving blankets out the truck, it was cold, very cold and did it all with such a pleasant attitude. Over the years I've moved to several cities and there is something different about the customer service at Uhaul, not that I ever had a bad experience, but now the customer service is memorable and personable. My review was way too long I know, but gratitude - I have so much gratitude for the help and service from those two.

Hands down this was the best experience I'd had renting a truck from Uhaul. Scott (the new owner) was in the restaurant business prior to owning this Uhaul and what ever restaurant he worked/managed, I'm sure it was a well oiled machine. We arrived early at about 6:50am to get our truck. I really didn't know what time it was but one we stood at the door, we saw someone at the desk actually motion to us that he saw us, and he quickly moved to the front door to let us in. When o found out is was then 5 minutes early, I apologized for arriving early and he said it was no big thing as he was there for hours working on cleaning up and taking care of matters. Every aspect of the rental was flawless and the store was spotless During the afternoon, we sensed our day was going slow and called Scott to ask if we could keep the truck a few hours longer. He checked the schedule and since no one had it rented, said they closed at 7 and we could keep it until then if we needed it. Upon our return at 6pm, we were worn out due to a day of lawn work and returned the truck to the gate as requested. James Gay was the person who checked me in and was as friendly and nice as could be. We will do all of our Uhaul needs here from now on, even if we have to go out of our way. You should too! This is my first time using storage and I didn't have to haggle. I didn't have to double check on charges or deal with any drama! In fact, Paige called to let me know that my account was not on auto pay (I thought I had set it up but that was something else). I was so happy she called!! After that it was plug and play. I ended up doing the unit longer and when I came out I was half expecting to maybe have some type of issue with maybe bugs or you know just regular stuff it was inside and air-conditioned but I figured there's gonna be some thing you know since it has been so many months. Everything was great for him as far as what I can tell if anything changes I will come back and update. This was one of the most positive experiences not only from calling around other places, but pricing, location and cleanliness. The biggest and most impressive part was when they cut the lock for me because I had left the keys in another state. They were able to give me a very good price for the extra work and I was incredibly grateful rather than having to call a locksmith! Dana is amazing! I absolutely love these three ladies! Great work! I moved them out today, the 6th, and they won't prorate the month. This seems a bit unfair. I have been with them for 5 years or more, enduring numerous price hikes. I was told that if I had called and informed them I was leaving, they would have prorated it. What's the difference? That was never said to me in the beginning. I appreciate the convenience of the place, but some of the staff in the past have been extremely rude. Not today, but I think the prorating policy is so wrong. It's the first week of the month, and things were closed most of the time due to the weather. It was just disappointing!
