This storage unit and location is the worst in communication and customer assistance I have ever received. They are rude and don't return phone calls. I was going to deal with it but after 8 months they are now raising my unit cost by 60% ! Ridiculous. AVOID this location . It is much better to find another location. I am not sure if its even worth using Public Storage. Bait and Switch . Get you in for super low then they jack your rates up so quickly. read more

Your stuff is secure but it's like trying paying a non existent person. If you have any problems here you'll wish you didn't even book. Trying to reach staff is just not going to happen... I've even left 5 voicemails at this point read more

They are family I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for immediate storage. All shapes all sizes. What is the affordable price?

Loved my storage unit, however, the 38% rate increase killed all desire to continue my tenancy there. Sadly, I cannot afford the ridiculous increase in rate. Otherwise, it was a good place to store my goods. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Super clean facility. Would definitely recommend to others!

WARNING! DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE. BAD COMPANY. The company just doubled my rent price several months in and now I will have to go move everything out as I will not be paying double. There are lots of other good storage facilities charging lower rates. This company just cares about their bottom line and doesn't treat their customers right. read more

Do not rent from this place! I have had my storage since December 2020. They have decided to up my fee from $15 to $51. This is what was told to me: When the storage facility becomes full, it is at their discretion to increase the rental fee. This was not indicated in the contract I signed. This company is a waste. read more

Joann, the manager, was a pleasure to deal with. Love this place!

A clean place but don't expect any service. trying to reach a human is a hair pulling event. I'm trying to pay my bill and Public Storage can't seem to combine my 2 units into one account. I'm trying to talk to a humanm. I spent almost an hour trying to get through the phone tree. Finally got a live human and will have to drive to his location. Very very poor customer service. read more

Very nice and clean. Customer service is excellent and very friendly. I chose the right place

Joanne is awesome manager, that is very knowledgeable about the business. Always willing to assist with a positive attitude. Has always shown awesome customer service. I will recommend this location because of Joanne. read more

Moving is always chaos but they made it super easy. Especially when I didn't complete the online move in forms and I had movers about to head that way with a truck full of furniture. She quickly found me a unit and it was on the first floor up front. Definitely made that part of the move easier. Would definitely recommend this Public Storage to anyone looking for one! read more

Went to get a storage had a difficulty with online price but they agreed to take the online price Very verbal and easy to understand with fees, elevator is at the entrance, many carts to take stuff to the storage unit All in all I was in and out in 5 with my set up read more

What was originally Cube Smart is now Public Storage. The customer service went down tremendously. And.. after promising me they wouldn't raise their rates, they did so. The ladies in the front office are not friendly at all.Very unhappy with this place and will be moving my stuff out as soon as I possibly can. read more

I was given 3 of those circulation keys. I haven't been able to access my unit in 2 months now! Yet still being charged! The local agent knows I can't access yet said in my face " don't have time for this". Called customer service and the agent "ha" in a sacarstic I don't care manner when explaining my situation with no solutions but to pay for a lock Smith! Why would I pay for a lock Smith for keys that I was supposedly provided. I've called the local manager left voice-mail yet no response! I'm about to seek legal help to get my shit out and money back! read more

I highly recommend this location. Taisha was amazing and extremely helpful! Her and the general manager for very helpful and accommodating. They made my move less stressful! Thank you Taisha for being so professional and providing outstanding customer service! read more

terrible - don't rent here. said I would get half off of $169 my first month - which was July 1. I moved in. instead of charging my card like $85 dollars - he said Oh it's actually $109 for some nonesense. then another OH! you have to pay $15 for insurance- which is not true- so he charged my card $124 plus. on july 2- one day after renting the unit- they hit my card again for $23.45- does that sound like half off of $169 which is what I was told going in. bait and switch or false advertising for sure. and I just received a message my AUG. bill for $176 is available to pay!!! I'll be out of there by Aug. 1. the lady there is super nice - Joann I think. but as my first experience renting a 10x10 space- terrible. go to another location. still waiting two weeks later for someone to reach out to help me with this. DONT ENROLL IN AUTO PAY - read more

Amazing customer service. Have been customers since February and have never experienced an issue, despite other reviews. 10/10 recommend! And the playlist here rocks! read more

The move-in process was so easy. You can do it completely online. In fact, you get better pricing if you do. They'll send you an access code to the building on the day of your move-in and you just go straight to your unit where your lock and keys are waiting for you inside the unit. You pay $15 for the lock but it's yours to keep when you move out. Facility is clean and well protected. Carts available on first come first serve basis. The office staff is friendly. They'll let you check out larger carts free of charge at the office if you don't want to have to share. You can move out at anytime. No contract. Month-to-month. read more

This place was originally cube smart and was bought now by public storage. I was provided a code to access the storage when I signed up with cube smart but now my code doesn't work and there is no way I can access my stuff after their business hour. They now have different hours and not very convenient to access the place. read more
