Life isn't easy when you have to take seven years worth of life and cram it into a storage unit just to try to figure out the rest of life. Some storage places make their specials super confusing while they have someone from a callcenter follow up with you just to nag at you more and more. This is not the case with Stor Self Storage. I doubt they see many happy people here who need to store their belongings so props for being coolheaded the whole way. Our lease is wrapping up soon and I admit, I'm going to miss the random bantering each time I went into the office to ask Nathan for my access code. I went almost 6 months without going there so yeah, you can insert a brain fart there. I should've added the code to my notes rather than take a picture of the card and then let it disappear into obscurity. Elevators went out last fall but was quickly remedied within days. I won't miss going into a storage unit and spending half a day moving boxes just to look for important items. In the end I had a great experience with this place and would recommend them.

I told her that I need minimal time to load the stuff into the lift before closing the door but she was adamant and went to the office to complain about me. By that time I came one level up and unloaded the stuff. After sometime a lady (seems the security) of the same community approached me and told me that I should not keep the elevator door open. I told her that this is required naturally to load and upload your stuff but she said I have to use a push cart (that I did not have that time) and threatened me to terminate my lease if I do not comply.
