So, for over an hour, she did NOT even know where her things were!??! They didn't have the decency to tell us where they were going for lunch. We were so relieved when they finally got here and the move went okay, rather fast. They were cheerful and had a good attitude. On top of that, they even charged her for the lunch break. The "lead" guy was okay, but the other one was not so friendly. The lead guy was kind enough to take a queen-sized bed that I no longer needed, though, which really helped. We will not be using this moving company anymore, and do not recommend them.

I spoke to my lawyer and since I did not have auto-pay set up and I did not authorize the charge, this is a possible criminal violation. I will be contacting my bank and the BBB today, then possibly the Dallas Police Department after that. There are also homeless people living up and down the street because there are vacant lots next to the business. I have caught them looking in my car windows and would not recommend any female to go here at night if you are alone.

This is my second theft, management does not get the gate repaired on a timely manner, the gate has been broken for over a month, before that it was broken for two or three weeks. I've had two major thefts. I would not recommend this facility. They have major ongoing theft and management does not care. I've made multiple complaints. It's a complete joke. Choose wisely for a company that cares about their clients, respects their facility, maintains and cares about the safety of their clients and what they're storming.
