I'm so annoyed with people constantly looking to take advantage of people that are trying to survive in this Gruesome Grumpy world that we've succumb to. This review is LOOOONG overdue. I've been contemplating on this since the first sneak of the PRICE GOUGE. Here I go dammit!!! I've had this storage unit one of the smallest I should add. When I opened it up April of last year the prices were pretty decent. I could swing $35-45 dollars a month. Then about 3-4 months later the prices increased. The market in the prime area changed. That's what I was told went to $68 I flipped out and complained so out of hospitality and they understood where I was coming from and I made sense (but that's a SUPER POWER) now. Thankfully I was able to keep my original storage price. Now I just saw a NEW CHANGE from $68 monthly to $84 WTHell??? I'm livid, for one you can't come to your storage unit without the allotted time frames that are implemented (9p.m.) You'd think for all this money you'd have accessible use until midnight on Friday and Saturdays'. They've promoted the mobile app so I downloaded it meanwhile my IPhone 13 is being drained from all these cockamamie apps that work whenever the heck they choose to. Just now, I tried getting in by using the access gate without having to get out my car, punch in codes, and numbers . The signal ALWAYS buffering or offline. I'm so over businesses attempting to bamboozle and hoodwink people without consequences. I'm not sure what other states are doing whatever, whenever they feel like it. This has to STOP, seriously. Everybody isn't walking around with a money tree in the trunks. I'm so over it. read more

I received a call that my lock on my storage had been compromised, I went to my Public Storage and was assisted by Alex, Alex was very sympathetic to my situation and was very polite as he escorted me to my unit and made sure I was positive nothing was missing, he was very relieved for me, I steady of treating me like it wasn't his problem, he was very sweet, after we inspected my unit, we went back to the office and called his supervisor when he was done, he surprised me with a new lock as a courtesy for mine being damaged! Again how sweet! I was very appreciative of Alex and Public Storage caring about their customers. If you're looking for a place to store your stuff this is the place! read more

Clean and friendly reception. Unit in good shape. The door entry to units was not working, but was able to use further door to gain access.

I purchased a unit online but once on site realized it was not big enough. I went to the front office for help. I was helped by a wonderful staff member named, Ashley. It took her less than 5 minutes to find me an upgrade and get everything transferred over and set up. She was very helpful and provided fantastic customer service. read more

First time here...Excellent service. I always thought the prices of these places Are too high, but they were surprisingly reasonable. But besides the pricing , they were a huge help to my grandfather (who is in a wheel chair) . Young lady,( think her name is Ashley?) came out smiled and just made him feel comfortable. He is very proud and irritable old man . I was impressed that her demeanor and kindness . Her extra service helping open the door and just smiling made his day. When I called to reserve they were very helpful and made it easy. When I arrived they required me to go physically look at the unit, which was the furthest unit from the office so that was a little bothersome having to walk all the way there and back to the office. I was in a hurry and there was a long trail of paperwork that had to be completed so the actual securing of the unit was not very easy. I also dont like the fact that they force you to take their insurance even if what you are storing is not valuable. My home insurance covers things I store in storage units so that is not really fair. They should not advertise a low monthly price and then tack on those extra fees. In general the place looked old and dated, but everything appeared to operational and the people are nice. read more

I went to get some stuff out of my storage room at this location four weekends ago. I came to discover that there was a leak in the ceiling of my unit and it was directly over a bin that just so happened to have a crack in the lid. Water had been sleeping into this bin over an extended period of time because it had considerably molded. This bin had no monetary value, but had very high sentimental value to me. It contained keepsakes from when my son was an infant. They were all completely ruined. I immediately reported this to the front office. The girl working there came and inspected my unit, identified the leak, took a copy of my key for access to repair it and said I would receive a call on Monday, September 30th. I still haven't received a call. I emailed the corporate office concerning this matter almost two weeks ago. No response. Great customer service! read more

It was so easy to obtain a space that I needed. Ashley was so helpful in the whole process I could not have done it as stress free as she made it with out her.The space was amazing clean a little paint on the walls but hey,I'm a painter to. There are lights in my space,what a great surprise. If you need a storage space your wrong if you don't give them a shot i highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage. No lights inside the space. No power outlet to plug in a light. They don't tell you about the mandatory insurance until you are signing the contract. Rates go up shortly after you move in. They put a Public Storage sticker on the lock that I bought at Home Depot. They charge a $20 late fee if you pay after the 2nd day of the month. They kind of suck. read more

If you're not in a pinch, you'd be smart to rent a unit at the beginning of the month. i rented my unit on the 24th (not prorated) and got a bill on the 1st for another month. the "rent for $1dollar" promo somehow isn't. oh, and bring your own lock. one of those circular ones. otherwise, it's $19.99. don't bother checking w your insurance company if this is covered on your policy. it's mandatory through Public Storage. $15/month. keep in mind the 9 o'clock closing time doesn't just apply to entrance. it's exiting, as well. so if you wanna try one last haul and it's 8:45, you have 15 mins to get there, unload and get out. or you will get a text and a warning not to violate the rule again. not sure what happens after that? probably a charge on your account? if you can, bring a battery powered light. i got one of those switches with a magnet so i can stick it to the wall. bc it is DARK! but, setting up the reservation online was simple enough. and access to and from unit are a breeze. just, make sure it's during normal hours of operation. read more

The staff was very friendly. Getting my storage unit set up and moved into was a simple process to begin online and finish in person. The Items I moved here in Dec 2020 were moved from another state where I had stored my items in my then garage. That being said the items had no damage, mold or bugs before being moved to this location. Last week when I went to access my unit to get summer items out I found my unit infested with bugs and clear looking spiders. Somehow pollen and dust is getting badly also because my items that have been here barely 6 months were coated since i checked on things mid March 2021. My wood based furniture and a few wooded cases I had stored items in have mold growing in them as if they got water damaged. Where the door sits shut moss is starting to grow in the cement. My unit is pretty large and very full. Lots got damaged by what seems like water damage seeping in from a nearby unit along with the bugs that go with that sort of issue. Don't rent here. read more

Brandi was absolutely amazing. After I had made a reservation online, I got a call from Brandi within 5 minutes. Brandi was great on the phone, set up an appointment the following morning and it was even easier from there. I went in this morning and Brandi was expecting me. She went through a couple of additional options to better suit my needs. She then walked me painlessly through the rental process, showed my the unit and we were then done. This is by far the easiest rental experience I have ever had. Brandi is easy to deal with, very professional and I could not be more pleased with my experience. read more

I found a discount online and tried to book but it required 2 weeks. I called and this location honored it with 4 days advanced notice. Within minutes, Brandi reached out to me to get me acquainted with the process, and setup an appointment to walk through the units. She was flexible on schedule and extremely professional....with personality. Rare find today. Definitely would recommend. read more

Lots of problems with this location...rat infested (reported twice and not fixed), leaks (reported 3 times and not fixed)...so if you care about your stuff, put it somewhere else. We will be moving. read more

The facility is well kept and the manager was very nice / helpful with discussing options and assistance. I stopped by (unknowingly) before office hours and their regional manager happen to be there. He let me in the office and sign paperwork I needed. I highly recommend. read more
