I was guaranteed 2 guys to show up from 9-10am yesterday. Only Michael showed up 3 hours late due to an issue from another move (which I was fine with). I only had one water hardly drank from and told him he can waterfall it because he was dying of thirst and spits it all back up on my floor. He proceeds to work. I see him doing push-ups in my apartment. He had his shirt off most of the time even though I had my AC at 68 and both of my fans on. I had my door open because I didn't want to be in an apartment alone with one dude I didn't feel comfortable with. He asked me for my help 3 times, which when you get a moving company, you shouldn't have to do their job. I'm standing outside and hear a big crash and see him picking up my TV. Then he proceeds to lie about "the wrap hitting the fan and knocking my tv over slightly". He made a few comments to me saying "you look hot in that outfit" and proceeds to shut my door. I reached out to multiple guy friends because I was so uncomfortable. So finally, I got one to come down. He starts having a conversation with me about how if he looked like me he would be fine with taking compliments and that he was just trying to make small talk. I finally decided to kick him out and helped him unwrap my things. He continued mumbling, saying I'm not humble. Goes into my fridge, takes an energy drink. I told him he could pay me for it so he opens his wallet and takes out 2 condoms and says, "I need a girl friend". I'm absolutely furious. The fact that he's the owner/manager (whatever he is) of the company and has little to no respect blows my mind.

DO NOT USE: They need 100 NEGATIVE star rating…read more DAMAGES TO PROPERTY: They damaged BRAND NEW furniture, dining room table, bedroom furniture and other things and just advised me to call a number to file a claim to a number that no one answers. PRICE GOUGE - Adds RIDICULOUS trumped up fees that are not in the contract. They have generic contract without any totals on it except the cost for that agreement we initially made. However, they charged me an addition $500 extra. and wouldnt take my most valuable items off the truck until I paid. Threatened me with storage fees and drove off with my valuables for 12 hours forcing me to pay the trumped up charges. When they returned, they would not deliver the heavy items into the home. The police had to them move it upstairs. CUSTOMER SERVICE - The people who do return your a call eventually are skilled scammers, and professional liars. One of the movers who is the owner of the fraudulent business denies accountability. POOR MOVING WORK ETHIC - Movers was an hour and thirty minutes late. Complained they were tired the whole time becuase this was there 5 move. They took smoke breaks, and was very, very slow. One guy stood around and waited for orders from the lead mover who is the owner. One bedroom apartment took TWO trips because they didnt pack the truck up. I later learned this was part of the time scam. I do NOT have a lot of items that would taken 6 hours to move. The mover gave me a generic receipt that looks a waiter could of written up in restaurants. In my opinion, don't think this company should be in buisnesd and should have their licenses to move people revoked. Location: This company is web based. They don't have a physical address, but there website provides a suite number. There is an apartment building at that address. I just had an incredibly respectful conversation with Mr. Will G, customer service means everything…read moreto me and this guy was absolutely amazing and respectful and even gave me an incredible discount on my upcoming move. i came into this a little frustrated due to my previous movers canceling on me and i had called around to other companies and their customer service was just not it at all. as soon as all my sons picked up i was greeted with an amazing attitude from Will and even expressed some empathy about my previous situation with my past movers. super happy i was about to reach him. i may not agree with the price but with the customer service i received im more than happy to invest!
