The staff here is always cordial and professional and they always show care and concern for clients. Unfortunately, I am recently disabled making it very difficult for me to accomplish. I can say that my belongings have always been safe, climate controlled, the property is very well managed. My ONLY complaint is it's overpriced.

I secured my truck online. I came in dressed to move, even I thought I looked sketchy lol... I was greeted, accommodated and even guided away from options I thought I needed, he wasn't trying to up sell me, which was appreciated. Mindset: I had retired, sold my home and made a temp move for 30 days, then I was leaving the country. So my brain was puddy... I gave away and then had to move my living room furniture and dining room furniture (I know, I know - give it away and have to move it yourself - lol). I was worried about leaving my car parked so close to the trucks. The owner assured me it would be okay and it was. What really impressed me when I returned the truck it was late and dark, they were closed. The husband and wife aka the dynamic duo came out and helped me bring the truck in after hours (behind the locked gate), and even helped get the moving blankets out the truck, it was cold, very cold and did it all with such a pleasant attitude. Over the years I've moved to several cities and there is something different about the customer service at Uhaul, not that I ever had a bad experience, but now the customer service is memorable and personable. My review was way too long I know, but gratitude - I have so much gratitude for the help and service from those two.

Then the manager said that it's 54$ with no contract to sign she just gave me the key and that's it. Long story short, I bring it back before noon and only drove it for 13 miles yet they charged me 120$ for no reason at all. Horrible explanation, Bobbi Harper didn't even mention there are free blankets in the car and she even charged us extra for blankets we didn't know already existed. She also didn't even give us the receipts, she charged us an extra 25$ for not folding the blankets of the U-Haul like that's my problem or chores. If you are looking to move make sure Bobbi Harper isn't the one helping you out because you will be scammed.

This is my first time using storage and I didn't have to haggle. I didn't have to double check on charges or deal with any drama! In fact, Paige called to let me know that my account was not on auto pay (I thought I had set it up but that was something else). I was so happy she called!! After that it was plug and play. I ended up doing the unit longer and when I came out I was half expecting to maybe have some type of issue with maybe bugs or you know just regular stuff it was inside and air-conditioned but I figured there's gonna be some thing you know since it has been so many months. Everything was great for him as far as what I can tell if anything changes I will come back and update. This was one of the most positive experiences not only from calling around other places, but pricing, location and cleanliness. The biggest and most impressive part was when they cut the lock for me because I had left the keys in another state. They were able to give me a very good price for the extra work and I was incredibly grateful rather than having to call a locksmith! Dana is amazing! I absolutely love these three ladies! Great work! I moved them out today, the 6th, and they won't prorate the month. This seems a bit unfair. I have been with them for 5 years or more, enduring numerous price hikes. I was told that if I had called and informed them I was leaving, they would have prorated it. What's the difference? That was never said to me in the beginning. I appreciate the convenience of the place, but some of the staff in the past have been extremely rude. Not today, but I think the prorating policy is so wrong. It's the first week of the month, and things were closed most of the time due to the weather. It was just disappointing!

I was assured when choosing Public Storage that if I would be willing to move/transfer units I would not experience such drastic increases. Recent meeting with Heather gave me no such option. I was willing to move units and was not offered a better rate. Unethical and unreasonable business practices. I would also mention gate damage and lack of security.
