    Rats

    INFESTED with rats!! Beware, I just moved my stuff out and found dead rats in my things and rat feces and urine everywhere. My stuff is ruined. See picture attached. I had no food or anything in my unit, just couches and beds and other furnishing that are now useless...and of course they refuse to take any liability.

    Three days later the bill was increased by $115 and obstacles to make payment were included and my property scheduled to sell.

    Current date: February 7, 2022 Prior to the last 2 months I have made all payments to CubeSmart on time. January and February rent payments of $130 per month are due. Today is February 7th. On January 10, 2022 I received an invoice for $270 with payment due on January 31st for January and February rent. On February 5, 2022 I received an invoice from CubeSmart for $395 which included additional fees, a notice that my property is pending sale, and underlined text stating "All payments must be made at the Store in the form of cash, certified check, or money order." This all occurred after missing the January payment and February's payment being 5 days past due. When I rented the unit I paid online and checked in using their touch-free service. We are in a pandemic and they have not had any return checks from me. So, the only logical explanation is they are hoping I am out of town and can't make an in-person payment so they can sell my property. Two more days have passed and on February 7, 2022, I received another invoice. This one is for $585. This company has questionable practices. They aim to extract as much money from some customers as they can and then sell their property hence the rapid application of excessive fees to make payment out of reach. Penny wise and pound foolish. Because these very customers won't give them repeat business or referrals. I have a much larger storage unit with another storage facility chain in a nice area that is truly temperature-controlled, costs $25 more per month and not once have they pulled anything like this. I've been a customer of theirs for over 5 years. If they were in the same area of Dallas I would have used them again. Ethical business practices matter. Buyer beware.

    Wow... THE worst customer service. The manager was always gone, and wasn't helpful at all. The whole day felt like a nightmare.

Completely dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful from start to finish. I referred Donnie a long-distance move for my clients, and from the very beginning it was a mess. He rushed through the phone call, failed to gather basic and necessary information, and quoted my clients $1,500, which turned out to be wildly inaccurate. When the movers actually showed up, the price magically jumped to $2,300 -- and even after paying that inflated amount, they still didn't move everything. My clients were forced to rent a U-Haul themselves just to finish the move. Absolutely unacceptable. Communication was nonexistent. At pickup, the movers couldn't even give a rough estimate of when the items would be delivered. My clients' belongings were left in limbo for days, and it took countless phone calls just to get a vague update on where their items were and when they might arrive. This level of disorganization is shocking for a company that claims to be professional. On top of all that, Donnie personally put in writing that I would receive a referral fee. When I followed up to resolve the issue professionally, he completely dodged responsibility -- ignoring messages, blocking my calls, and refusing to communicate at all. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about his character and how this company operates. I was told my concerns were "escalated to customer service," yet I've heard absolutely nothing since. No follow-up. No accountability. No resolution. This company is misleading, unreliable, and operates with zero integrity. They bait customers with low pricing, change terms last minute, and disappear when problems arise. PLEASE BEWARE -- save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and stay far away from this company.

The movers who came to do the move were excellent. Polite, professional and positive. They are true ambassadors of excellence. They moved quickly, efficiently and carefully all at once. Unfortunately, they do NOT get a bonus each time we give a good review. That was a LIE and what I was told which is what sold me on the entire EXPENSIVE move. The ONLY reason why I didn't choose a less EXPENSIVE moving company or just snag some TaskRabbit movers was BECAUSE I was told I did NOT have to tip BECAUSE the drivers earn a bonus ON MY GREAT REVIEW. So when the movers came I had bought them some bottles of water each and had a $20 bill for each for an extra lunch tip. I had NO IDEA they worked for tips until later. I was SO ASHAMED that NONE of the $990 cost for 4 mile move was NOT being shared directly with them. I thought the bonus was the sign of a great company caring for their people. It was a blatant lie. At this point they have cheated my pocketbook or the movers with this deception. How many times have these excellent workers not been given better tips because we were told we didn't have to?! I am still outraged over this weeks later. Update: I have JUST gone through the reviews! I really wish I'd seen them BEFORE I scheduled the move! I was checking out Google reviews .. which turned out to be on THEIR website.

I learned about peerless precision through word of mouth from a good friend of mine. She informed me that she had used this company twice . And because of her recommendation, I was excited to use this company. A few days before moving I reached out to ensure the company would still be meeting me on my moving day. Also, they only communicated with me through text messages. t The day before I received a text letting me know movers would be there between 8 AM and 10 AM. My moving time was 11 AM. Around 1145. I was contacted by the company to let me know the movers were running behind. I gave them, Grace I just figured that They were doing another job. No worries However, I was informed that the moving truck was out of commission because someone had stolen their catalytic converter over night. I felt like that was a made up story . I asked for a follow up call in the next 45 mins. When a woman called back she told me they had just got a tow truck to take their moving truck to a mechanic, and it would be an additional hour before they could get to me. I asked if I would be receiving a discount due to the inconvenience the woman then got an attitude with me and got snappy. as if my inconvenience did not deserve a discount. Within the next 45 minutes. The owner called me back with a list of excuses to add on to the unprofessionalism. It was not sincere at all. He was informing me that they were at the mechanic getting their truck fixed, but it actually sound like he was moving. I'm not sure if they forgot about me if they overbooked me or if they just did not care. Either way, I would never recommend this company to anyone. What moving company chooses not to show up for people the day that they move. Then lies about the situation and continues to give their potential customer. 100 excuses. I ended up getting a U-Haul truck and moving with the help of close friends and that ended up being the cheaper option.
