I had been on vacation for a month and came home to various emails about changing the unit doors. I wanted to comply with the request of removing all items within 3 feet of the entrance or lease would not be renewed. I had a concern about shelves that had been installed in my unit prior to me renting the unit that were built in. Since they were wanting me to remove them prior to installation of new doors. I did not want to remove shelving that did not belong to me. I had several questions and requested that he meet with me. Mr. Martinez was yelling at me like I was not going to comply, how I have known about the project since June...ect..... His reaction was just off the CHARTS ....he was so disrespectful to a good Tenant....he must be "on" something to behave so irrational. I will NOT meet with him, because he scares me. I requested to speak to the owner and left my name and number. Mr. Martinez replied, "he will not call you". So if you want to deal with an ASSHOLE like Martinez, rent from The Attic Self Storage - Addison.

We felt really good about the security and cleanliness of the units (all climate controlled) and the facility overall (the Plano location was only built a couple of years ago and it's super clean). Plus the ease of being able to drive up so close to the units. We worked with Wendy and she's been so kind and helpful and informative through the entire process. I did a lot of research and this place was definitely the right choice. We really appreciated that All Storage had a great intro special but that Wendy was also super up front about what the pricing would be after the special ended. Our close friends had a horrible experience with one of the bigger chain storage places hiking their rent up by insane amounts after the initial first month offer, and that's why we wanted to find a more locally run place. Wendy walked us through everything and went over what we could realistically expect in terms of pricing and it was all very reasonable. She went above and beyond in ways she didn't have to and we really apprecaited it.
