When he moved out they charged him for another month even though he gave them notice and was out before the end of the month. He was confused about the lock but she didn't want to hear anything about it! Everything is monitored and they can see he never returned or entered.! There is zero tolerance. Their company rules are absolute with no room for the customer. The female manager is has the personality of a porcupine. She threatened to tow my vehicle once even though I had permission from the manager at the time. WUWT?

The facility is very nice, and the owners/managers take a lot of pride in the facility, which is obvious upon driving up to this location. There are cameras throughout the premises, which made me feel very confident leaving my belongings behind. My customer service experience was top-notch, as well. Not sure what others charge for storage in the area, but whatever I spent it was well worth it just to feel secure in knowing what I left behind was in good hands. Lone Star doesn't have a good mobile website or much information online, so I called. This business is family operated. The owners live upstairs. Their level of service was excellent and they were easy to work with. They have lots of smaller units. The place was clean and well maintained. I would recommend using them, especially if you need a small unit and do not care about making payments online. You can pay over the phone. So far, it has been a good experience with The Flanigans!

It was a little busy when we got there but other people must have been waitng on something else because we got hooked up (pun intended) and were out of there in no time. Originally I set us up for a hitch rental but we bought one before we got there so we got a refund for that rental, so that was nice! Phillip and Corbin were the movers and they did an exceptional job being careful from beginning to end. They padded everything down in the home and all the furniture was wrapped properly. I had few items needed to be reassembled which they did perfectly!! They were attentive to detail and careful to not ding or scratch any of furniture or the area of the home. I had just got new carpet and paint and they left it flawless without any issues. Meghan that answered/ coordinated move was very helpful and responsive to questions! As we're unpacking more, we're finding that many things were done poorly. For our front hall…read morecloset, for example, it's just one big box with all of our coats and shoes thrown together. No wrapping, no care shown to avoid dirty shoes rolling around inside of the coats. It's a friggin' mess. And I have a nice collection of silk ties; these were all balled up and thrown in a box. My wife also cut her hand on an exposed screw, because the wall fixtures we asked to be packed had the screws left in them. I hope she doesn't need a tetanus shot.
