These people are con artists. 95percent of anything they told me was the opposite of true. They got a kick out of constantly lying setting me up for failure. These are people who introduced themselves to me as "leaders" who don't like to tear others down to control them but instead positive "leaders" who like to have confident informed well treated people as their customers. I soon learned how fake these wolves are. They kept badgering me to write an amazing review. I decided not to at the time. I like to wait and see how people are for awhile after move in so I really know the manager's service and how they maintain the storage facility. I discovered that Jacob will lie and say he will fix heavy old broken storage doors but never will. When I could not close my hasp and couldn't get Macho to answer their phone I was forced to leave my unit unlocked. Then Crystal threatened to evict me for calling her after 6 p.m. and then she immediately posted a don't forget to put your lock on at the key pad. It's disturbing how Crystal twists the truth around. I didn't forget my lock; her old door hasp was stiff and wouldn't close. Typical narcissist "leadership." I kept finding lots of roaches and an extreme amount of spiders in all 4 of my large units scattered across aisles so the infested is all across the property. I had to do my best to keep all my stuff airtight so the extreme spiders and roaches would not saturated my belongings. I am walker dependent and have trouble with certain activities. I noticed Jacob would tell me to ask other businesses but would refuse to drop me off at my unit when he was in a golf cart. He was obviously afraid of his wife flipping out like he was having an affair. It was very tense and so far from reality. However, Jacob was delighted to assist a thief in loading his property in my property that he stole at the front gate. It's so backwards that Crystal the managers is so suspicious that her husband is cheating that she is happy for him to help thieves load their stuff in my property as they steal it on Macho Property front gate. This is not delivering service to your customer but instead to thieves. Why are the managers in agreement with thieves? It's also good to mention the ground is raised very high and very uneven so it scraped the bottom of cars. The back property perimeter is a chain link fence. If you back you vehicle up too far, there is a very deep wide concrete ditch. There is no restroom on property so if you are moving a lot of stuff you will have to interrupt and leave the premisses with you and your movers. Disabled males are talked to very nicely while me as a disabled female was lied to, tricked, bamboozled out of expensive property by the managers including them stealing $1,000.00 in shelves. Jacobs response was to tell me to get a man if I need help with anything. That was exactly what the thieves said just before Jacob helped them load their stuff in my stollen property at the one and only exit/ entrance gate. Again, why is manager Jacob and Crystal in agreement with thieves who robbed me? Apparently, because they are that themselves. Afterove in Crystal also boasted to me that she and Jacob robbed a Ram 2500 gold truck from an elderly man's property. Jacob uses this truck for his under the table move company that he run on Macho Property. I noticed a pattern of theft and abuse for the Waters Managers. They are opportunistic and unsympathetic and quite proud of abusing and robbing disabled people. That sounds pathetic to me. There boss is totally complicite with his managers horrible behavior. He will never return a complaint phone call. Anytime their is a complaint he instructs his managers to bribe the OTHER customers to write raving reviews so they can win a $1,000 or get a discount on their rent. With $$$$$$$bribes it's no wonder with content Jacob and Crystal feed to their $$$ hungry customers ends up in manipulated positive reviews. The boss has any negative reviews of criminal activity removed so unsuspecting customers are walking into an ambush. Crystal & Jacob the managers give their young sons age around 5 years old and 10 years old real hunting rifles and instrument the kids to do real military marches around the perimeter of Macho Storage property while firing a real bullet every minute to to humiliate and terrorize a known disabled female customer as she is trying to move her property from her unit to move out of this facility. Crystal and Jacobs sons continued conducting real military marches firing their real hunting rifles for 45 sold minutes until their disabled female customer left the property to flee to a safe place away from Macho Property. This is domestic terrorism and exploitation of children. The female customer called the FBI, CPS, and Irving police to report Crystal & Jacob Waters militarizing and weaponizing their grade school age sons to terrorize a disabled female customer that is largely walker dependent. Jacob & Crystal created an terrorstic storage environment with the intent to cause extreme emotional distress, PTSD, and fear for one's life for absolutely no justifiable cause against an unarmed peaceful customer trying to move out of her storage unit. Crystal & Jacob are on an out of control power trip and their boss is all for it. CPS records are sealed. Hower, a police report was made with Irving Police Department. Crystal also sends fake "service" dogs to chase, lunge, aggressively bark, snap, and terrorize the same female customer when she is trying to enter her own personal vehicle during storage hours. Crystal does this terror because the clock just turned to 6 p.m. and it's party time for her. She calls all her kids, friends, and relatives to blast loud party music, smoke marijuana, and turn the entire front lawn, customer parking lot, and only entrance/ exit gate into a private park for them. Crystal brags about constantly misleading her unsuspecting customers into what they believe is a safe professional physical location, but is actually her personal home and/ or playground. Crystal says she has worked storage for many years and it's unavoidable to create misleading situations and then use her covert attack dogs A.K.A. "service" dogs to chase, lunge, bark, snap and terrify her unsuspecting customers when they are simply conducting normal business activities. No amount of cheap storage rent could make any of this terror worth it. It's love bombing to get moved into Macho Storage facility, but then everything becomes irate after move into. The trap is set and it's hell to be there and hell to move out. Crystal gets her party friends to turn in their vehicles high beams while Crystal waves her fist at her disabled customer driving through the front gate. When the customer pulls her camera out to record, Crystal hides and turns her back, facing her marijuana smoking husband, Jacob. Jacob turns on the sales charm mask saying, "Have a good evening" to the customer's camera recording their abuse and terror against a physically disabled woman. The manager Crystal conveniently got married literally just before she interviewed and got hired the work for Macho Storage because they only hire married couples. That interesting because Jacob constantly complained to tenants that Crystal is a mean angry abusive alcoholic. Crystal and Jacob love to go around robbing disabled elderly and/ or injured vulnerable people that that see. Crystal bragged that she and Jacob robbed an old man of his gold 350 Ram truck. Then they conned an injured female customer out of $9,000 while lying to her giving intentionally misleading recommended in exchange for advisory payment. Shortly after Crystal made up fictitious reasons to have her victim evicted in hope to rob her of her storage contents while laughing about causing her to waste $9,000 with her completely malicious ill auto inspector advice. Then Jacob tried to rob an elderly disabled veteran male customer of his trailer. After the bad reviews came out on Nextdoor app, Yelp, and Google Crystal conveniently became more escalated in her alcoholic irate binges. Jacob divorced her. The fake marriage over. Crystal pinned the auto crimes on Jacob. However, was a willing participant and enjoyed all of Jacob's theft committed against vulnerable people. The boss doesn't care. All he cares about is the status quo. He never responded to an complaints about Crystal and Jacob's behavior. I guess that what to expect from a company priding itself on "Macho" behavior.
