Phillip and Corbin were the movers and they did an exceptional job being careful from beginning to end. They padded everything down in the home and all the furniture was wrapped properly. I had few items needed to be reassembled which they did perfectly!! They were attentive to detail and careful to not ding or scratch any of furniture or the area of the home. I had just got new carpet and paint and they left it flawless without any issues. Meghan that answered/ coordinated move was very helpful and responsive to questions! No wrapping, no care shown to avoid dirty shoes rolling around inside of the coats. It's a friggin' mess. And I have a nice collection of silk ties; these were all balled up and thrown in a box. My wife also cut her hand on an exposed screw, because the wall fixtures we asked to be packed had the screws left in them. I hope she doesn't need a tetanus shot.

When the movers arrived 20 minutes late, I was informed that the cost would be based on square footage instead, increasing the remaining $835 by over $1,000. The mover refused to give a final quote until everything was loaded and was rude and careless, damaging my apartment during the process. He held my belongings under duress, demanding an additional $850, claiming it was a "deal." After paying, I discovered he left items at my old apartment and poorly reassembled my dresser, using my tools to fix it. A week later, he called accusing me of lying about the apartment damage, despite my photographic evidence, and offered to "fix it" so I could drop the matter, also refusing to share his name or company address. The owner, Olvin, was also rude and unprofessional, dismissing my concerns with profanity. Their conduct throughout the move was unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful.

The problem was one of the movers wasn't helping very much and kept wanting to take take a cigarette break every 5 minutes... So the other two were upset. The Yelp and fought when each other threw my stuff down the stairs. Multiple times on a galley bang bang bang bang.. Damaging everything is it comes down. They had no clue on how to stack the truck.. Everything was thrown in upside down sideways. I ended up having to get a third truck because they did not pack the other trucks properly.. There was so much room to be filled up to the ceiling. These guys made me feel completely uncomfortable in my own home. The way they fought and yelled at each other and screamed. One of them even called his mother and had his mother come pick him up and she left early.. This was worse than Jerry Springfield show on TV.. They probably caused over $20000 worth of damages on all the furniture..... Be aware and stay away.. I was left scrambling trying to find. Help to finish packing our U-haul trucks late at night in the dark. Because they said they had to go home..
