The SAD news is today we all got notes stating they will be closing because the animal clinic next door wants to buy them out and the owner of the buildings won't allow them to renew lease. So we'll all have to go to another location. Sad. I really, really love this place. It's very clean. They are super professional and you can count on them. Disappointing policy change that penalizes small resellers…read more I've used this pack-and-mail location regularly for my reselling business, typically dropping off 15-20 packages per week across multiple carriers. One of the main reasons I chose this location was convenience: they have pickups from all major vendors in one place and it's always been a pleasant experience up until recently. I print my own labels and pack my own items, which I'm fully aware they offer as paid services. However, doing that work myself is how I keep costs down for my business. Despite this, comments have been made in the past implying that by only using the drop-off service, I'm "not making them any money." As of January 1st, I was informed that if I drop off more than three packages, I'll be charged $2 per package just to drop them off. That means a quick, one-minute interaction to scan packages and provide a receipt now comes with a fee. I understand the economy is tough and businesses are trying to increase revenue. However, this policy feels especially frustrating when every other pack-and-mail store and all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) offer free drop-off, with USPS even providing free at-home pickup. This change feels less like a reasonable adjustment and more like being penalized for doing the work myself and using what was previously a free, basic service. While the cost itself may be small, it's the principle that matters. For those who rely on this location solely for high-volume drop-offs like I did, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I'll be doing in the new year.

We are a small business Farnsworth Collectibles which uses this location. You can and will never use a postal service with such care and value. We use them for a PO box and drop off service. In the past we have used Notary, Fax and Computer services. They are all very reasonably priced and they will never do you wrong. I have used a lot of these Pack and Mail stores in the past. I know there are users that will drive here, and I would too. Everyone here cares and are super friendly. Do yourselves the favor. Drive past any other provider and come here. It's worth it!

I took a packed to their location on 7/30 at 3:53pm It did not arrive at the Shady Oak location (5 minutes from their store) and scanned in until 24 hrs later. (See the tracking) I called to ask Ulises what happened. He would not allow me to speak. He was accusing me of saying things I did not say. He offered no explanation.
