Overall, the wine storage area feels like an afterthought rather than something that was intentionally designed and properly managed for wine collectors. The tasting room was also disappointing. While you're shown a tasting room, members apparently don't have access to actually use it, and the overall setup is strange and not very inviting. For a facility specifically offering wine storage, I expected much better attention to the practical needs of wine collectors.
