From the moment I walked in, it was crickets. Both employees working at the time ,Veronica and another girl, have absolutely zero customer service skills. I went in to get 5 pieces of paper printed and notarized. The first girl whose name I did not get told me to email what I needed to the ups store email which I did. She printed 3 sheets of paper front and back and told me to go to the other girls station for the notary. She told the girl 5 sheets and told me the price per sheet. She asked for my drivers license which I provided then asked for my phone number. I began telling her my phone number at what I thought was a sufficient normal speaking voice and she stopped me halfway through the number and asked again. She was wearing one headphone in her ear so I assume that was part of the issue. So I spoke louder and she seemed to become irritated with me at that point. I mentioned the fact that she was charging me for 5 pieces of paper yet printed front back equaling to 3 sheets of paper. She said well it's per side. I said well that contradicts what was just stated. So she told the girl to print single sided. This is a legal document so that is why I brought it up. I asked if once notarized is there a way I could have that emailed to me. Without saying anything, she just got up and walked over to the machine behind the desk. At that moment I realized I gave her my old drivers license so I pulled out my new one and mentioned that I gave her my expired one. She again didn't hear me bc her headphone was in her left ear which was facing my direction so I said "excuse me ma'am" and that's when she said "ma'am I didn't write the address down in the book, YOU DID." I said, but that's not what I'm referencing, I didn't know if you needed my license to take note of the exp date or something because you had asked to see it. She repeated herself again and that's when I finally asked her if she has a problem with me. She was sarcastic, condescending and rude. Plain and simple. I said y"all are really not personable here. She said "so we are not personable enough for you ma'am?" I said no and I said "well I guess you are just here to get a paycheck huh?" I encourage you to really evaluate the people you have working for you and check in on them. Every time I've come in here it's always the same. This is just the first time I'm writing a review about it because Veronica's attitude was not necessary. I encourage you to review camera and audio and ask your employee Veronica who is on the receipt if she is okay. I really think she must have some deeper personal issues effecting her so it might be worth just to ask if she needs a day off to reflect on how she treats people. A BIG ZERO is my rating for this location. ULISES is very helpful until there is a problem and then you get to see the other side of Ulises. Believe the previous review...he is rude, unprofessional and does not listen. I took a packed to their location on 7/30 at 3:53pm It did not arrive at the Shady Oak location (5 minutes from their store) and scanned in until 24 hrs later. (See the tracking) I called to ask Ulises what happened. He would not allow me to speak. He was accusing me of saying things I did not say. He offered no explanation. He would only say he does not know what UPS does with the packages once they leave HIS store. I will NEVER visit HIS location again. I took a package to the Shady Oaks location in Denton. Stay CLEAR from this UPS. Ive never been treated kindly or with respect. Complete attitude from the front desk. Don't dare ask to borrow a small piece of packaging tape, they will charge you $3. They will not print your label for free either. They will haggle you when returning an Amazon package. They will claim that they aren't responsible if the package is lost. Basically they say this to scare you into purchasing a box from them. I recommend the UPS in Flower-mound. Great hours, great customer service, never an issue. shipped 5 boxes Saturday with the manager Ulises with no issues. I show up today with 6 packages and am told they have to have an ECT rating on the box. I went home, grabbed the boxes and came back to show them the UPS website showing it does not state this. I asked why he let me ship them Saturday and today his employee is telling me different. He said he made the change today and became confront when I pulled up the website. He didn't like someone calling him out about the website not showing the rule he just put in place on his own. He's just trying to up his sales by making people buy their expensive boxes. I will not be shipping UPS anymore. Taking my business to FedEx and USPS. read more

The system will not let me modify my prior review or comment on their response. Now Ulises narrative has changed from yesterday. Yesterday he was arguing with me about the ECT graph on the UPS website and how that mandates his changes he put into place. Today his new story is that it's due to overhead expenses, expert labor (you have to be kidding me), etc. He can't even keep his story straight! Take your business to Daniel at the UPS Store off University! He is amazing! He had no issues with my packages, was actually shocked at what Ulises had put in place. I forgot to add yesterday that when I asked Ulises why he didn't post anything on the door on inside telling all of us about the changes his remark was "I don't have to post anything, I can change the rules if I want to". You would think a business with UPS in the name would actually accept a UPS package for delivery. Not this one. They refused to take a bulky, bit heavy item because "it may crush my other boxes". Well, as an authorized UPS drop location (one UPS sent me to) I think maybe acceptance of a package would be your job. Not sure what other services this place offers, or is supposed to offer. The guy working behind the counter entered the wrong address but reassured me that the guys delivering my package would understand and make the correction. The manager this morning, whom I spoke after my package was not delivered but yet being sent to who the heck knows where, said that the guy should have overridden the address and put in the correct one. This was supposed to be a birthday present with goodies and a plant inside... I'm almost certain that all is ruined and the plant is dead because tomorrow marks a week that it has been shipped (not water plus heat). The manager told me she couldn't do anymore and the package couldn't be expedited, but yet I could make a claim after the fact ‍. Ridiculous. You guys are horrible. This place is more expensive than Joe Biden's gas prices! For real, $3 dollars to print out a single black and white page is HIGHWAY robbery! I think I could buy toilet paper on the black market during the height of the COVID pandemic cheaper than printing here. I had to print 2 pieces of paper which is a 10th of the way to buying a brand new printer with enough ink to print at least a 1,000 Amazon return labels. I was told that I had to tape up my Amazon return (never been told this before) & it would be over $3 to put a single strip of tape on top. Then I mentioned that I've never heard this before from any other UPS location & the response was "well then don't come back here." I went in to return an item from Amazon and they asked for the packaging I tried to explain to them that I had received the item without packaging from Amazon and the label was barely attached to it and they said I was a liar and that I needed to bring packaging form Amazon and I told them several times I didn't have it cause it didn't come with any the manager said it couldn't have come this way and that proceed to imply I was lying and told me bring packaging or we won't accept it. When I walked in to this place there really weren't many people in line. There was an employee sitting on the stool behind the counter just watching the two male employees at the counter who were assisting the customers. But as the line increased she seemed to linger on her stool until the line grew until it was practically out of the door. Then the young man who assisting me as I was sending boxes of items back to my home state, was unable to finish packaging my last bag because the line had grown to practically outside the door. I wasn't comfortable really leaving my bag to strangers, but there wasn't anything personal ie. paperwork or private items to be stolen. I had a feeling that someone would probably go through my things, and my inclination was correct, there was a boxed facial tool that was in it's own box, when I arrived home and received the box, I open my received luggage bag to find the items there, but moved around and the facial tool box torn and placed in it's box in reverse. My recommendation to ANYONE is to NOT LEAVE ANY ITEMS to be boxed there unsupervised. I wish I'd placed a lock on the luggage item. Next time I will box all items myself and PLACE A LOCK ON ANY LUGGAGE ITEMS that need to be sent in the future. Any future issues, I will just go to the post office to send items. read more

I have shipped from this store twice and won't do it again. They do not box your shipment while you are there. That is not comfortable for any shipper. They set your order aside and tell you they will package it later. I do not like that. Also, it seems their prices are higher than other brown stores I have used. I have no way to verify this but their prices run 20-30% higher. I'm sure they run a good shop, but I am not happy with their services. read more

The notary does not know what she is doing. I went in to have a document "properly notarized" which the other UPS Store didn't know how to properly notarize either (I had to send it to the Secretary of State for apostille then have it sent back to find out it had been done wrong), and she told me it was my responsibility to know how the notary is supposed to properly notarize it. When calling the Secretary of State to find out how the notary is supposed to properly notarize it, I was told by the staff at the SoS the notary did not know what she was doing and this information is in the documentation for notaries sent from the Secretary of State. Pack N Mail in Corinth knows how to do it properly. Use them. read more
