Their lack of consideration and respect for customers, and the fact that Barrett didnt even bother to call back, is a horrible reflection of this company. The technician who came to our home was Chris Garcia. He was incredibly professional, thoughtful and took time to teach me about caring for the treadmill. He talked to me about long term wear and tear on our treadmill. I mentioned my family's long term plans and he was really helpful. When he lifted the hood to the motor I was embarrassed because there was so much cat hair that we could have made a second Fluffy, but Chris was kind and professional.
