I own a small remodeling business and have used other trash removal companies over the last 5 years or so. I have an enclosed trailer and used to load trash from jobsites and haul to trash/recycling center to save some money and it was foolish of me to think that taking me away from selling and managing more projects would be worth saving a few bucks on trash removal. Also I'm not getting any younger and don't need that kind of exercise any more. When I used other companies in the past the pricing was at their discretion, the timing was only when it was convenient for them. When I tried Junk360, they were responsive, pricing was clear up front, kept in contact with me regarding pick up time. They are able to work with me by my texting them them job address and I usually also text them a photo of the pile of debris and estimate size of the load for them to plan an empty truck or pick up on top of another partial load. They have been fantastic compared to other services. They also make it simple as a repeat customer to email me an invoice that I can pay on line with a paypal account. This review is long overdue. My wife and I came to St. Paul after my father died and our objective was to clear out the house and put it up for sale because my mother was coming to live with us. My Dad was a hoarder and the house was full of stuff. I choose Junk 360 because they hired vets and that felt good to me but I was amazed with their level of service. We never would have been able to complete this task without their help!! There were there every day for 4 days and always went above and beyond what required. For example, numerous times things went into the truck that were not supposed to go and they went and retrieved it without attitude or grumbling. They helped us break into file cabinets that were too heavy to move. Also, we had a moving pod for things we were going to keep and they loaded that for us which saved a lot of time and effort. They were clean, pleasant and positive and made a very difficult situation bearable. I want to give them a sincere thank you because at a time it was emotionally traumatic and they made it bearable. I was moving from my apartment last August and needed reliable haulers to junk around half the things I owned. I called Junk360, and Andre was incredibly helpful. We scheduled their visit, and the haulers (Ken, JJ, Tony, and Jeff) did an AMAZING job. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism as well as their friendly demeanors, and Junk360 charged me less than any of the other (many) estimated quotes I received. Two months later, my sister was moving out of her apartment and had even more items to junk than I had, so since I praised Junk360 to her, she had them haul away her junk too. She called me and said they did a fantastic job, so she had them return after she later needed to have her garage cleared of junk. I called late on a Friday around 5:20pm and they actually picked up the phone! I was so glad not to have to leave a message. I described what was to be picked up - a couch up in the attic, a dresser, computer table, a couple of large paintings, & various other small items in the basement, like old trim, wood, grout and tile. I also had a pile in the garage, an old exterior door, an animal cage, some old rotting cedar trim, and various other smaller items. He gave me the price for either a 1/4 or a 1/2 truck and I thought it was reasonable. We scheduled for the next Monday, and 4 guys with their truck arrived at the appointed time. I didn't have to lift a finger. They were respectful of my property & very pleasant as they quickly went about loading everything up. They offered to take more when they were done & looking around now, I wish I had taken up on their offer! It felt really good to get rid of the stuff that was cluttering everything up, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. My only regret is that I hadn't called them sooner! read more

Searched online for a good company to work with and found Junk360. The rates are real reasonable for truck sizes and recycling fees. They showed up on time and ready. I organized what I wanted to go so all I did was tell them "all that over there goes", they worked fast and efficiently. As they worked I kept finding more to throw away and they took them no problem and always asked "what else would you like to go?" Turned out I had a lot more than I expected, the guy (I forget his name) said they are going to pack that truck full and get as much as possible but turned out I packed that truck. lol. But he said that he would go and empty the truck and come back, which he did a half hour later and took the rest of the things. They were really cool and I am glad I found them. Excellent service! I called to schedule and they gave me an appointment for two days later when I had the day off. That was great! On the morning of the appointment they called 30 minutes before arrival and were here right on time as they had promised. All three men were very polite and kind. I took them down to the basement where everything was, and when I showed them the three sofas, heavy table, huge dog kennel filled with stuff, a recliner chair, king size mattress, box spring and frame, they enthusiastically and efficiently lifted and maneuvered everything up the stairs or around the back from the basement door to their truck. I will definitely call them if I need anything else done, like wall-to-wall carpet removal. I really love that they are veteran-owned. They did a fantastic job! What drew my family to Junk360 was that they try to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. We called them to clean out my grandfathers basement. His basement was full and I mean FULL of old junk, and wood working tools (none of which were light). Shaun, who was incredibly kind, came and gave us an estimate. Which for the amount of stuff in the basement, and all the labor was an OUTSTANDING price. We had four workers who were so kind, and they all laughed and had a great time with each other. While on a break they were telling us about how much they love their job, and Shaun. After they finished taking everything out of the basement they swept every inch. I highly recommend Junk360. I've used other services, but this topped them all. I called on Friday, and they committed to an appointment the next morning. Ron and Tom arrived promptly, and did in approximately 30 minutes what I thought would take 1.5+ hours. The scheduler was courtesy and quick. The onsite team were also very polite, and on task. The owner and crew who came out to remove the items that I needed removed were all fantastic. Andre the owner was so helpful with advising that he could give me a firmer quote if I wanted to set up a time to look at all the items that I needed removed. I didn't need that as the estimated quote they gave me was very helpful with the large item that I had. As the items were in a senior living facility, they were so respectful of the foot print they were making as to not disrupt the residents. They were kind and respectful to me. Moving out of our apartment has been such a hassle but junk 360 made my life so much easier. Like it wasn't bad enough putting my Dad in assisted living, JUNK 360 made emptying his house easy and reassuring. They took awkward items, a light pole, and a old heavy safe, effortlessly. They offered advice as what to maybe leave, screens, drainpipes etc. Ron and Tom were super courteous and thorough, always asking what was next, and if they got everything. It's a rarity any more when ANY service company actually exceeds expectations, but I must say, I'm IMPRESSED! It started with the phone call. To my amazement, they were able to schedule the pick-up the very NEXT DAY! Reasonably priced. Friendly, efficient, and fast. They were amazing. I had an old pool table that needed to get hauled away. They came the same day I called, in less than a couple hours. They were cheerful and efficient. I think the pool table was disassembled and in their truck within about 15 minutes. They were careful to pick up all the screws etc, and were in their way. I will definitely call them again if I need their help. Mostly I just want to say the three guys who came were a delight. They were friendly and didn't act like their work is a drag. They gave a very fair quote, remained patient when I had hold off on immediately scheduling, professionally performed the job (even when it was one of the most disgusting they've ever had), and were FAST! They did an excellent job of actually clearing the trash and cleaning up the mess. They also went above and beyond trying to gain access to the garage to take care of that mess as well, when I thought they wouldn't be able to gain entry.
