I own a small remodeling business and have used other trash removal companies over the last 5 years or so. I have an enclosed trailer and used to load trash from jobsites and haul to trash/recycling center to save some money and it was foolish of me to think that taking me away from selling and managing more projects would be worth saving a few bucks on trash removal. Also I'm not getting any younger and don't need that kind of exercise any more. When I used other companies in the past the pricing was at their discretion, the timing was only when it was convenient for them. When I tried Junk360, they were responsive, pricing was clear up front, kept in contact with me regarding pick up time. They are able to work with me by my texting them them job address and I usually also text them a photo of the pile of debris and estimate size of the load for them to plan an empty truck or pick up on top of another partial load. They have been fantastic compared to other services. They also make it simple as a repeat customer to email me an invoice that I can pay on line with a paypal account. All in all, I'm impressed with the quality and consistency of their service. read more

This review is long overdue. My wife and I came to St. Paul after my father died and our objective was to clear out the house and put it up for sale because my mother was coming to live with us. My Dad was a hoarder and the house was full of stuff. I choose Junk 360 because they hired vets and that felt good to me but I was amazed with their level of service. We never would have been able to complete this task without their help!! There were there every day for 4 days and always went above and beyond what required. For example, numerous times things went into the truck that were not supposed to go and they went and retrieved it without attitude or grumbling. They helped us break into file cabinets that were too heavy to move. Also, we had a moving pod for things we were going to keep and they loaded that for us which saved a lot of time and effort. They were clean, pleasant and positive and made a very difficult situation bearable. I want to give them a sincere thank you because at a time it was emotionally traumatic and they made it bearable. I strongly suggest you use these people you'll be very satisfied! read more

If you need something picked up and hauled away in an affordable, inexpensive, professional manner, I would highly suggest Junk360. Their online quoting service was extremely easy and Andre's follow up by text/phone was stress free. I work with a high profile retailer and needed to have some old samples/prototypes picked up from their back dock at one of their corporate campuses and disposed of. It wasn't a big job, but it is something we don't handle and I definitely needed assistance. I contacted Junk360 on a Friday afternoon and within an hour, I had an appointment set up for the next Tuesday. The best part of it was that I didn't have to be there, they handled it all in an amazingly professional manner. My client was extremely complimentary as well, They were on time, quick with the pick up, professional in appearance and demeanor and took care of everything as promised. If you are ever in need of having anything removed from your personal property or a professional business location (this was a business HQ/office location), don't hesitate to reach out to Junk 360. Great job! read more

I was moving from my apartment last August and needed reliable haulers to junk around half the things I owned. I called Junk360, and Andre was incredibly helpful. We scheduled their visit, and the haulers (Ken, JJ, Tony, and Jeff) did an AMAZING job. I was particularly impressed with their professionalism as well as their friendly demeanors, and Junk360 charged me less than any of the other (many) estimated quotes I received. Two months later, my sister was moving out of her apartment and had even more items to junk than I had, so since I praised Junk360 to her, she had them haul away her junk too. She called me and said they did a fantastic job, so she had them return after she later needed to have her garage cleared of junk. She said their 2nd trip was as flawless as the first, and she said after they cleared out her garage, it looked BETTER than the condition it had been in when she first got the key to rent it. I seriously can't praise Junk360 enough. They were the only positive element of both my and my sister's stressful moves. SO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

I called late on a Friday around 5:20pm and they actually picked up the phone! I was so glad not to have to leave a message. I described what was to be picked up - a couch up in the attic, a dresser, computer table, a couple of large paintings, & various other small items in the basement, like old trim, wood, grout and tile. I also had a pile in the garage, an old exterior door, an animal cage, some old rotting cedar trim, and various other smaller items. He gave me the price for either a 1/4 or a 1/2 truck and I thought it was reasonable. We scheduled for the next Monday, and 4 guys with their truck arrived at the appointed time. I didn't have to lift a finger. They were respectful of my property & very pleasant as they quickly went about loading everything up. They offered to take more when they were done & looking around now, I wish I had taken up on their offer! It felt really good to get rid of the stuff that was cluttering everything up, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. My only regret is that I hadn't called them sooner! read more

I was literally thinking about cleaning out my basement and garage when I happened to drive by the Junk360 office on Cleveland Ave in St. Paul, and I immediately thought "Wow - wouldn't it be great if *someone else* cleaned out my garage and basement?". So I checked them out and that is EXACTLY what they'll do. I had them take away 10 years worth of junk from my garage and basement and they were friendly, efficient (and non-judgmental) and did a really nice job. They even swept up a bit afterwards and I now have more usable space than I've had since I moved into this house. Literally, all I had to do was say "Please take all of this" and they hauled it out and took it away- and they will recycle your junk whenever possible, too. I worked with Ron and he and his crew were very friendly and professional and this company supports our veterans, which is important to me, too. Overall, 10/10 would use this company again. read more

Searched online for a good company to work with and found Junk360. The rates are real reasonable for truck sizes and recycling fees. They showed up on time and ready. I organized what I wanted to go so all I did was tell them "all that over there goes", they worked fast and efficiently. As they worked I kept finding more to throw away and they took them no problem and always asked "what else would you like to go?" Turned out I had a lot more than I expected, the guy (I forget his name) said they are going to pack that truck full and get as much as possible but turned out I packed that truck. lol. But he said that he would go and empty the truck and come back, which he did a half hour later and took the rest of the things. They were really cool and I am glad I found them. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and easy and affordable hauling company. read more

Excellent service! I called to schedule and they gave me an appointment for two days later when I had the day off. That was great! On the morning of the appointment they called 30 minutes before arrival and were here right on time as they had promised. All three men were very polite and kind. I took them down to the basement where everything was, and when I showed them the three sofas, heavy table, huge dog kennel filled with stuff, a recliner chair, king size mattress, box spring and frame, they enthusiastically and efficiently lifted and maneuvered everything up the stairs or around the back from the basement door to their truck. I will definitely call them if I need anything else done, like wall-to-wall carpet removal. I really love that they are veteran-owned. They did a fantastic job! They also charge a VERY fair fee for all their hard work. I strongly recommend Junk 360! read more

I have never used a "junk" removal service before, but after moving to a new home, we had a few junk items that apparently no one wanted (but felt compelled to destroy) so I went on the search for a "junk" removal company. Andre was so very responsive and provided me a very reasonable rate, with same day service. Before I was even ready to leave my house, I received a call from JJ who was on his way to my old house! They were there when I arrived and helped me bring a few items out of my house and loaded up the junk in about 5 minutes and voila!! We were all done. I received an invoice in my email and got it paid! Easiest junk removal EVER and I would highly recommend their services! A+ all around! FYI...I had requested another quote at a much higher rate than these guys and the customer service was awful! So glad I went with these guys!!! read more

I cannot speak enough volumes to just how remarkable this Junk 360 company and Team is. I did a major renovation on my office and, needless to say, there was a hefty amount of old office furniture that I needed disposed of and in a timely fashion. I called and the ownership, Andre and Dominique, were exquisite! They had me booked within the next business day, and the process of setting up the appointment was a breeze. The Team that hauled off my equipment could not have been more professional and easy to work with. They called both upon leaving their headquarters and then again upon arrival to my office. They were down to earth, explained the process, took care of the job, and even stayed to make sure all my questions were answered. Hands down recommend this company to anyone looking in need of a great service for the job! Dr. G read more

What drew my family to Junk360 was that they try to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. We called them to clean out my grandfathers basement. His basement was full and I mean FULL of old junk, and wood working tools (none of which were light). Shaun, who was incredibly kind, came and gave us an estimate. Which for the amount of stuff in the basement, and all the labor was an OUTSTANDING price. We had four workers who were so kind, and they all laughed and had a great time with each other. While on a break they were telling us about how much they love their job, and Shaun. After they finished taking everything out of the basement they swept every inch. The basement hasn't look this nice in literally 60 years. I can't even explain how incredible this company is. read more

We called Shaun to help us clean out my grandmother's apartment after she passed away. He was able to meet with us to provide an in-person estimate and assured us they would donate/reuse/recycle as much as they could. That was important to us and was a big reason we went with this company. Additionally as a proud advocate for veteran's rights, I know my grandmother would have been so happy to support a veteran-owned business. Shaun and his crew couldn't have been better. They were kind, courteous, and respectful during what was a very emotional and difficult time. They treated me, my family, and my grandmother's belongings with respect and dignity. It was truly exceptional service above and beyond what we expected. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I had to for Junk 360. I need five more stars because 5 is not enough to review how awesome these guys are 10 STARS!!! I called up Shaun about our office and told him we had multiple rooms of junk we needed hauled away. He offered to come out there that day which is amazing customer service in itself. He came out gave us the quote and had his guys out there the day after the quote. The guys were early to the appointment very kind, professional and polite. Our whole office was impressed with them. These were the most hardworking and detail oriented group of guys I have seen in a long time. For all of our junk needs Junk 360 is the only number we will call. read more

I highly recommend Junk360. I've used other services, but this topped them all. I called on Friday, and they committed to an appointment the next morning. Ron and Tom arrived promptly, and did in approximately 30 minutes what I thought would take 1.5+ hours. The scheduler was courtesy and quick. The onsite team were also very polite, and on task. The onsite team was thoughtful about my home being careful to not nick walls as they carried items on narrow stairwells, etc. I love that they truly recycle everything possible, and donate usable items, and re-purpose the rest. Thanks Junk360, and thanks to Ron and Tom! read more

The owner and crew who came out to remove the items that I needed removed were all fantastic. Andre the owner was so helpful with advising that he could give me a firmer quote if I wanted to set up a time to look at all the items that I needed removed. I didn't need that as the estimated quote they gave me was very helpful with the large item that I had. As the items were in a senior living facility, they were so respectful of the foot print they were making as to not disrupt the residents. They were kind and respectful to me. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat just from this experience. read more

Moving out of our apartment has been such a hassle but junk 360 made my life so much easier. They called me up and asked how much I wanted to throw away and made sure to have enough space for my junk, they came in and did the job super quickly and were very polite and accommodating when I asked them if they could possibly add extra junk that I decided last minute I did not want to keep. Compared to others, they really charged me a very reasonable price especially for the amount of junk I wanted to get rid of. I highly recommend working with them to get rid of things plus they genuinely were very nice guys. read more

Like it wasn't bad enough putting my Dad in assisted living, JUNK 360 made emptying his house easy and reassuring. They took awkward items, a light pole, and a old heavy safe, effortlessly. They offered advice as what to maybe leave, screens, drainpipes etc. Ron and Tom were super courteous and thorough, always asking what was next, and if they got everything. It was also nice to know some of the items would be donated back to veterans. They kept to their quote on the phone and probably took more than what I said I had. I would recommend them to anyone going through such a tough situation. read more

It's a rarity any more when ANY service company actually exceeds expectations, but I must say, I'm IMPRESSED! It started with the phone call. To my amazement, they were able to schedule the pick-up the very NEXT DAY! Reasonably priced. Friendly, efficient, and fast. They showed up ON TIME, seemed to know exactly what I needed before they even got out of the truck, and within 10 minutes, it was out of my way and loaded. I was charged what I was told I would be charged, so there were no surprises. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great experience! read more

They were amazing. I had an old pool table that needed to get hauled away. They came the same day I called, in less than a couple hours. They were cheerful and efficient. I think the pool table was disassembled and in their truck within about 15 minutes. They were careful to pick up all the screws etc, and were in their way. I will definitely call them again if I need their help. Mostly I just want to say the three guys who came were a delight. They were friendly and didn't act like their work is a drag. I'm thankful for the positive experience . read more
