That, a high back armchair that has seen better days, an old Sleep Number mattress that has been replaced by a new mattress, and some miscellaneous foam strips that I tried to use to stop the trough in the middle of the Sleep Number air chambers had to go. I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

Wonderful, I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround but grateful for it! Tariq and Jay arrived about 1:15. Got off the truck, introduced themselves and asked "who's paying?" I replied "not me! The listing agent...who I was told was to be here" Them "that makes sense, we said we were on our way and they replied they were 20 minutes away...and...you're here" We told them everything in the garage was to go, locked the house and left for lunch. And then the cherry on top, I am now getting spammed text messages asking how the appointment process was, and to rate them. So here's your raiting. Junk King way over charges for work they claim they can't be bid ahead of time. A terrible business…read moremodel. I was blatantly lied to about the estimate process for removal of a hot tub. I booked a hot tub removal online and was confused when the pricing was not up front as promised. I called the phone number given and reached a call center in California that stated the estimate could only be given in person due to the pricing being calculated by volume. The crew of 2 showed up 3 days later (a day later than promised). They stated that they have a firm $650 if removing the hot tub in one piece and $750 for demolition and removal. By that time, as expected, they have you pretty desperate to get the project done. They needed to wait for 2 other trucks and 3 other guys to show up before they could load the hot tub. I felt bad for the crew who have to take the brunt of the disappointment in the company and told them so. I also tipped the crew well as they worked hard and did a good job. The communication concerning timing from the local team was good.
