On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I clicked the button to get an estimate and it schedule an appointment instead. I then had to call to get my price estimate and then cancel this appointment that I never wanted in the first place. And then the cherry on top, I am now getting spammed text messages asking how the appointment process was, and to rate them. So here's your raiting. Predatory company will harass you just for trying to get an estimate.

In addition, to my great surprise, instead of me going through my life's work and agonizing what to throw and what to keep, they said I could go and they would do it all for me! They arrived within the allotted time slot and got the job done in about an hour. Had a huge, heavy and old 36 inch TV that is just a beast to move. Took four people to move it the last time and these two guys pulled it off by themselves up a stairway. Bravo, fellas! I applaud you. They charge by how full the truck gets plus recycling fees for certain items such as mattresses and TV's. $29 for a mattress and up to $89 depending on the size the TV. $89 for my old junker. No complaints on the pricing from me. So happy to be rid of that antiquated, useless piece of garbage. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I arrived to my new home on a Thursday morning pre-closing, entered the garage "what is all this…read morecrap in my garage?!" The home was an estate sale so it was items their parent had had inside that they hadn't removed in the five months since the house was listed. It was decent stuff, hutch, daybed, sewing cabinet, tools and various other items. But nothing I wanted and in the way where I was potentially going to put unloaded items. My realtor contacted the listing agent around 10:00 a.m. who reached out to 1-800-Got-Junk who said they would be there between noon and 2:00. On the day they were scheduled we had a snow storm so it was rescheduled the next day. They gave us a time but never arrived so we kept calling and finally they said a truck ws on its way. It arrived around 6:30. It was very dark, the temperature was very cold and much of our driveway was snow packed. The driver was alone and the truck was packed with junk, so much so we were sure he wouldn't be able to get out two items in. I handed him the lounge which he lifted from the side and put it on top of the junk pile. He opened the back door and we had to do everything we could to keep other junk from falling out, Trying to get the BBQ up and in was very difficult. The driver was on top of the pile trying to lift it and my daughter and I were trying to push it up to him without other junk falling out. It was very difficult and this 81 year old man should not have been doing it. We used them once before with no problems but now we need the service again and will be looking elsewhere.
