This company quoted my husband 1 price and then when I called to schedule (just a few months later…read more- our piano move was contingent upon a sale of a house) they increased the quote. They claimed they didn't know about the stairs or location when they quoted my husband (there were 5 stairs) and they did, my husband provided that information. We had no idication there would be a price increase in the quote if we waited. My husband made it clear we were not looking for the piano to be moved right away. Be warned, they mentioned their prices fluctuate through out the year. So apparently you have to keep getting quotes regularly in order to get an accurate idea of cost. It's strange to me they would site the price increase because, their "prices flucatuate throughout the year" for the first reason for the change in quote and then tell me it was also becuase of the amount of the stairs and location (even though they had that information to begin with). The communication/customer service I received via text message was extremely poor. When someone is moving a piano and will be working with my parents, customer service is key. I can't afford to gamble with their level of service, especially if my first interatctions were below reasonable standards. A company that can't take accountablity for their quote process and places the blame back on the customer makes no sense to me.

I significantly underestimated the amount of time our move would take. The move took over 10 hours and filled 3 trucks! The team of 4 guys who came out were on time, very polite and worked their butts off the whole day. I only saw them take one break the whole day! One of the guys told me he thought a mirror may have cracked, despite being wrapped carefully. He was very apologetic. I told him stuff happens. I saw them being very careful with all of our items. The mirror was a bummer, but could have happened to anyone. The owner had indicated he would give me a discount when we had first talked. However, there was not a discount at the end. I emailed the owner the next day and asked about the discount. He got back to me right away and said he would look into it. Frankly, that very minor issue does not change my review or opinion about this moving company. If we had to move again tomorrow (God forbid!) I would call these guys again. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone and everyone!!

In light of the last few months of having friends move and thus having bad experiences with other companies, I felt compelled to make sure that my review was out there so if you have to move, this is the only company I would use!

The bigger companies also cautioned that a marble tabletop is both fragile & extremely heavy, so they couldn't be responsible if it was broken in transit. Luckily I found Rashad instead! He accepted the job on very short notice, showed up on-time, had plenty of space in his truck & got the table professionally wrapped & loaded up in no time. He even transported the chairs for me without an added fee. On top of everything he was extremely cautious with my item, courteous & friendly. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, highly recommend!

All my questions, prior to committing, were easily answered. I could tell he had experience and was prepared to handle the move. He asked questions to help us better plan and to understand the cost involved. The estimate was delivered in writing and there were no surprises at the end. He called the morning of the move to confirm and showed up on time. What a hard-working, experienced team! Items were packed and boxes efficiently moved into the truck and carefully unloaded at the destination. Completely satisfied!

They even helped me drop some unwanted items at Goodwill. Not to mention they were FAST - totally worth every penny and took the headache away from moving, definitely went above and beyond. I was in a rush to move and didn't wrap some fragile things and nothing was broken, they were so careful - which I really appreciate! Excellent customer service - I'll be using Just4U for future moves!

I would have given them 3 stars for working such a long day but they broke a cardinal moving rule - THEY TOOK OFF WITH SOME OF OUR STUFF WITHOUT TELLING US! They could have easily asked us if it was ok if they left some of our stuff in their truck and they'd drop it off the next day bc it was so late. Instead they didn't say anything and we thought they'd stolen or lost our bikes, TVs and other easily sellable stuff. I just had their help again today moving me into my new home! I worked with Chris, the owner, directly. He was easy to communicate with over the phone and quoted me a great price! Based on the amazing reviews, I was looking forward to hiring a small local business to move us…read more Unfortunately I was less than satisfied. We hired two movers with a truck for an 11 am arrival. We did not hear any confirmation until I reached out at 10 am. They said they wouldn't make it until noon. No biggy. Three men arrived in a U-Haul truck shortly after 12pm, with one making a comment about how he just woke up. I was surprised they sent out three, but know their contract states that they can if they feel its necessary. I was expecting professional, on time, careful, efficient movers based on reviews but received the bare minimum. They dropped several boxes and a small weight set, luckily nothing was broken. They also scratched our new stairway with our crib. Our home was 1 master bedroom with a decent sized nursery and a small office. We had everything boxed and ready to go for them, but they only arrived with one dolly, making the time it took to move things extremely prolonged. We expected the job to take roughly 5 hours, but when the movers arrived, one stated that the load up shouldn't take more than 3 hours! We were ecstatic. Unfortunately that was not the case, as it took them 6 hours, even adding another mover towards the end. I wish I could be empathetic, however the time they spent on their phones was problematic. We sent them home before they finished due to the time lingering on, and after complaining about their service, they asked us to cease communication and have threatened legal action, which we plan to take. They offered a small discount after arguing with my significant other, but told us it expires in four days. I wanted badly for my first experience hiring movers to be great, and I thought that the decent price and reviews were enough to earn my trust. I wish I hadn't. I'm sure many people have had great experiences, but the hostility towards us and the poor service we received makes me second guess the legitimacy of some of the reviews, especially after 10 years of business.
