HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had a moving company fall through over Labor Day weekend and desperately needed to find moving help - I called Just4U and Nate was so helpful and made time available on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. The movers who came to help - James and Dave - were SO amazing! They were incredibly respectful, treated all my items with respect, wore masks, and wrapped my most fragile goods. They even helped me drop some unwanted items at Goodwill. Not to mention they were FAST - totally worth every penny and took the headache away from moving, definitely went above and beyond. I've used Just 4U Movers twice in the past and attempted to hire them for the third time recently. They did a no call, no show on our agreed upon date and time. Their reasoning was that was cold outside (Last week of March). They should have at the very least gave me a heads up the day before so I didn't have to waste a PTO day. I rescheduled with them a few days later when the weather was better and they did a no call, no show again. I wasted a second PTO day. Currently attempting to get a refund to no avail. Nate who I presume owns the company claims to have refunded me but after a week no money has returned to my account and there are no pending refunds. He won't answer the phone. I called from a friends phone and he picked up right away. As soon as I told him it was me. He hanged up. Mind you this company required you to pay at the time of booking! Which is crazy now that I think about it. read more

Worst experience moving ever! They took 3 days to move me when they promised to be done in 1/2 a day. The buyers of my house delayed closing. They put my wool Persian rug in a puddle of water in the garage and the dyes bled. I had to do a lot of the work myself. They kept leaving things unfinished. They took a $375 deposit to move furniture from another place and will not refund it. They will not respond to my complaints. read more

We hired just 4u movers through Groupon. They said they'd be there, but an hour after they were supposed to arrive we finally got ahold of them. They said they were having issues with their truck. Said they were renting one and would be there by 430pm. At 5pm they canceled completely. NEVER use just 4u movers. They also would only text and wouldn't answer phone calls. They left us stranded on a Sunday night not being able to bring any of my things to my new home. read more

I hired Just 4 U movers because they are a small company. I have used large companies in and was very unsatisfied for multiple reasons. Just 4 U showed up on time, did a walk around to see what iwe wanted moved, then quickly got to work. They finished in no time! Because I work from home and my spouse can't take time off during the week, we were very limited on our move-in window. Emmett set us up on schedule - on a Sunday afternoon! - and Nate and Darrell (?) delivered! They wrapped all the furniture in blankets and kept our hodge-podge sized boxes in order and in good shape from start finish! We tried our best to be accurate in describing our move, but we still had a few asks that weren't accounted for in our initial estimate of needs. My husband and I purchased a Groupon for our move from our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment to a house 9 miles away. It is well within Just 4u's service area. We have a 2 week lease overlap, and have been slowly moving the smaller items ourselves, but need assistance with our large furniture. My husband called to schedule an appointment after purchasing and was told via text the secretary was not in and would give him a call. He told me he had a bad feeling about them, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The next day, he got a text saying that they do not accept Groupon and are trying to get their listing removed. We were willing to pay their premium fees of $55 for Friday/Saturday moves plus $70 for moving between the 25th and the 5th. Currently, their listing is still active on Groupon, AND they ran an additional promotion through the day after we purchased the Groupon. They are available for our requested time, but want to charge more than we would have paid through Groupon. Needless to say we are going another route for our moving needs. read more

Moving time was scheduled between 3 and 4 pm. No show at 4:30. I called the mover and they asked for 2 more hours. No show at 6:45. I called and they still had at least an hour more work to do with previous customer. Although owner was very apologetic, I canceled their service. If a client (previous client before me) misleads the mover on how much needs to be moved, the mover should tell the dishonest client that they will move what they can in their allotted time frame. They should then stay on schedule with the next client (me), and reschedule with dishonest client at the convenience of the mover and dishonest client. Not at the inconvenience of me. Being late to a move by 4+ hours, when client has taken time off of work, and then forcing the firing of moving company, does not a good review make. read more

Unapologetically canceled my move, an hour or two hours after they were supposed to be there. Wouldn't even offer me another day. Extremely unprofessional and rude and immensely unkind. Just left me stranded on a Sunday with no help no alternative plan no discount less than no notice. I had to ask him twice if we were still on for Sunday, no text confirming our move, nothing, then they just dont show up. I felt robbed and absolutely mistreated. He never even said sorry, just hung up on me when I called him 15 times because he was an hour late. Don't book with them or you'll be stuck like me....stranded with a house full of boxes. read more
