I've used them twice and they're quick to respond, very flexible with their schedule, reasonably priced, and very communicative. They work hard and show true care for your belongings. It was easy to get a quote and they were sure to get all the information for accurate pricing. Very happy with their business and would use them again if needed in the future. read more

Awesome company the move crew I have Bob, Tristan, and Kei great really . They made it look easy. I know it wasn't. I recommend them to anybody. They are totally great. read more

We used the Move Crew for a move from St. Cloud MN to Minneapolis MN. They called as scheduled to check in and give us an ETA. When they arrived they took a quick look at amount of items and then got to work usually taking 2-3 boxes per trip to truck. They wrapped items in blankets then plastic wrap to keep safe or just plastic to keep drawers in place. They even moved and loaded all the extra random items like packages of toilet paper and a bag of canned food. At the new place they laid down rugs and plastic to protect the floor as they moved items in. They made sure furniture was placed in the area we wanted and even helped adjust as needed. Overall a job well done and it ended up being on the lower side of the estimate. read more

Very efficient and helpful. No damages. Jesse, Randy, and Tim were great! Highly recommend.

A small move and went perfectly. The two young men treated my stuff like it was theirs

The Move Crew did an excellent job for me! They were friendly, efficient, and we came so far under budget that it gave more wiggle room for a better tip! Great service, smooth move, and I highly recommend them! read more

We've moved a few times in the last 3 years and the move crew was by far the best experience! The movers were friendly, efficient, and did a great job! All our stuff was handled with great care and there was no damage to anything. They made this stressful time so seamless for us and we're so grateful! Would definitely use them again and highly we recommend them. read more

The crew was great! got me moved quickly but with great care! The price was reasonable and they gave me a range based on hours needed. Some other places gave a much higher estimate and the down payment was only $50! read more

Excellent customer service. Crew arrived promptly and worked without taking a break. Very personable and helpful crew. This was most reasonably priced service we found. read more

Great service. I was impressed with the attention to detail. Also they saved my cat from escaping.

The Move Crew have moved me twice. Once for my office and now my home. They are outstanding. Professional, courteous and efficient. Everything went like clock work. Each crew member answered all of my questions and addressed any worries I had. They were careful with all of my treasures accumulated over 33 years. The BEST. read more

We needed help moving my daughter into a moving truck from her 3rd floor apartment, after friends backed out 2 weeks before her move date. I spoke to James on the phone, and he was helpful as well as professional, giving us a detailed quote after asking us questions about her apartment. The movers- Nick, Tim, and Tommy, called as promised before arriving, and were quick, efficient, as well as friendly and great to work with! We had all the big items stored well in the truck within about two hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area looking for movers. read more

We used Move Crew to move our furniture back into a remodeled first floor of our home. Sam, Randy & Kei served as our crew. They took great care with our furniture, walls, and newly installed hardwood floor. They treated us with professionalism & respect. They were efficient and expert movers. They arrived on time and moved our furniture in the time estimated when we contracted with them. I highly recommend them! read more

We were very pleased with The Move Crew. They arrived on time and were very efficient in moving my dad from one senior apartment to another. I appreciated the pre-work/quote with Logan over the phone as he was very thorough in asking the right questions to provide me an accurate quote as well as knowing what to expect on our scheduled move date. Bob (lead) and the 2 gentlemen he had with him were great! The only minor hiccup was they put my dad's box spring on upside down which we didn't notice until the week after. But that wasn't that big of a deal as it was a minor missed detail. They were very attentive to ensuring they took good care of his furniture when they wrapped and moved it. I would recommend The Move Crew to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, fair priced moving company. read more

The move crew that assisted us in our moving deserves a solid 5 stars. I hired the move crew to move us from our 3rd floor apartment where there are no elevators to our new apartment across town. They were able to quickly wrap our furniture so that there were no scratches or dents and bring it over safely to our new apartment. Andy, Tim and Brian were thoroughly calm and very patient in the whole process, even when we changed our minds about where to put items. I highly recommend The Move Crew! Their professionalism helped me remain more relaxed during this stressful time. Thank you! read more

Mike and Daniel were prompt and very courteous. They took care of everything and would not let me help carry the things I paid them to haul! I'm sure this saved my back unneeded wear and tear. Would recommend. read more

Right out the gate I knew I made the right call in selecting The Move Crew. Their knowledge, proficiency, and customer service is astonishing! Beginning the arrangement over the phone, I speak with a gentleman by the name of Gunnar. This guy helped me understand their process for drawing up an accurate (in actuality a spot on) estimate: going room by room listing and describing the furniture therein, the number of boxes and size of said boxes, options for protecting furniture, when the company starts and stops charging for the day. On top of his wealth of expertise, Gunnar was quite personable, the two of us having some laughs amidst the quote. I informed him then and there I would be leaving a positive review. Come move day, The Move Crew arrives well within the time window I was provided. After a few clarifying questions asked of me, these guys are working harder than James Brown in showbusiness! Everything was handled with care; their speed and efficiency was uncomprehendable. In between hefty hauls, I spoke extensively with the crew: Josh, Lawrence, and Brian. Similar to Gunnar, these gents too were quite personable, having a good laugh or conversation with each of them. Most of the time spent was on loading the truck. Once everything was on board, unloading my stuff into a storage locker was done swiftly. In closing, this was my first time using movers from any company. From here on out, I will ensure to only use The Move Crew! I will be contacting them again when needed. This company provides fair and accurate pricing while maintaining a friendly and efficient staff that takes great care in their planning and execution. read more

We have used The Move Crew several times and each time has been a great experience. Most recent was yesterday. Jeremy, John, and Treydon were on time, professional, efficient, and did a lot of hard work in 90 degree heat and humidity. I'd ask for them by name next time. Five stars!!! read more

This was the easiest move we've ever had. Pete, Nick and Jordan were polite, happy and had serious hustle!! What a great, personable group of guys. The total cost came in under the estimate and we couldn't have been more pleased by the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend The Move Crew to family, friends and anyone looking for a pleasant, get it done moving day. These guys are pros! Don't look anywhere else. read more

Was not looking forward to my first move in well over a decade so I decided to hire movers for the big stuff. The Move Crew did not disappoint. They were friendly, efficient all the while careful not to damage the furniture or walls on either end of the move. I was not there and left my son and significant other at the home to help and supervise, it turns out that wasn't needed. Even though I wasn't there, I was kept in the loop as to what was going on which is always a nice feeling. Will definitely hire this company again for my next move. read more

These guys are total pros. They are extremely prompt, work very quickly and showed excellent care of all of our belongings. We used their service for 2 moves and came away very satisfied each time. I would recommend The Move Crew to anyone who wants a great experience at a very reasonable price. read more

On the coldest day in 25 years (-27, windchill -40s), schools were closed and USPS wasn't delivering mail, they still showed up and moved me. They were behind schedule because it took them three trucks to get one to start (from the cold weather), but they were honest and upfront with me, smiling and still happy to be at work. They sent five men (at the price of 3) in order to make the move quicker, since they were behind and worried the truck may stop running if idle too long. Even with all that, the final price was still within the original quote they had given me. Josh and his men were the most professional moving crew I've ever had and I'll never use anyone else. read more

We were so pleased with the service we received from The Move Crew in Minneapolis. Their explanation and estimate on the phone was helpful. The two-man crew (Chris and Cava) more than made up for a delayed start, which was out of their control. With great professionalism, they communicated concerns, took care to wrap furniture as needed, they moved as quickly as good care could allow and dealt with a couple challenges with knowledge and confidence. The move ended up falling within the reasonable estimate given on the phone as well! read more

The Move Crew were true professionals. They negotiated a fair price. They checked with us prior to our move several times. They arrived early with more people than we expected. They completed our move across a state line without any hitches. They handled our items with care. The workers were very courteous and respectful. They helped make a stressful move much more manageable. Our total cost was less than the estimate! Kudos to The Move Crew! read more

Hands down the best decision to hire the Move Crew! These guys were on time, professional and did an amazing job. I would not hesitate to hire them again!!! They finished 3 hours under what I was quoted due to how fast everyone moved and how hard they worked. First time I've ever hired a moving company and if I ever need to move again or have friends that need a mover I'll recommend The Move Cree any day!!! read more

AWESOME! Chris and David were great to work with. Last year we used Minute Men Movers (DON'T!!!) and were apprehensive based on that experience, but this was the total opposite. They arrived on time, packed the truck and unpacked the truck at our new home in 2.25 hours and that included the 11 mile drive in between addresses. Nothing was damaged due to their attention to wrapping and being careful. Chris even asked about a bedframe wheel he was concerned had been misplaced, but I had picked it up. We would highly recommend these guys and will use them again in the future if we need movers! Thanks, Chris and David, for a painless move. read more

We used The Move Crew for our recent move and they were fantastic! We got an online quote which was very easy to navigate, and their office was timely and thorough in getting us scheduled and answering questions that we had. They called to confirm a few days ahead of time which put my mind at ease given the crazy market right now. The movers did an amazing job - they were friendly, fast (they brought an extra person!) and handled our belongings with care. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again. read more

WOW! I am always leery of movers I haven't worked with because I have a lot of antique furniture, some of which is as crotchety as befits its age. Riku came over for an on-site estimate and I was impressed with his thoroughness in checking each piece for possible frailty. Larry, Tim, and Sam arrived on time this morning, and carefully wrapped my belongings and moved them with efficiency and cheerfulness. They finished well within the estimate range (and, may I say, at 65% the cost of my last move) and nothing is worse for wear whatsoever. I hope not to move again within this millennium, but if I do, I'll not hesitate to hire this company again. read more

We didn't end up using them because our original move date changed and they were booked on the new day we needed. However, they were awesome to work with. Very responsive - quick to get back to us, polite, thorough, asked questions that made it clear they wanted to give an accurate estimate. I was really impressed with their communication and attention to detail. read more

The Move Crew completed my move to my new townhouse. They worked hard to do my move in a fast manner while taking good care of my furniture. The guys were friendly and courteous. Without reservation, I highly recommend The Move Crew for your moving needs! read more

I used them for a move in July 2018. They were right on time, all three movers were great. I'd give them a shout out but I forgot their names. The cost was on the low end of the estimate and nothing was damaged. I highly recommend The Move Crew. read more

The guys were so helpful and careful. Prompt too! Would have no problem using them again.

The Move Crew did a two phase move for me. They picked up my furniture and boxes on a Monday and delivered on Wednesday. They put pads on the furniture and then shrink wrapped it. There was not one disaster, not even the smallest scratch. Just as important, they were really nice guys who had a sense of humor. I've had movers before, none can compare to the Move Crew. Jeremy was the lead, he and his crew were terrific. read more

We had a fantastic experience with The Move Crew. Everything from the estimate to final delivery went great. Chris and Kaveh were fantastic! They were experienced, efficient, professional and friendly. They treated each piece of furniture AND both houses with utmost care. We had a 2-day storage which worked perfectly. Chris and Kaveh traveled from Minneapolis to northern Minnesota to provide continuity in the move. The men went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us! We had very heavy furniture and a treadmill. This was the first move in 35 years and we were so thankful we called them. read more

These guys are fantastic! We needed to move furniture from my Mom's home to her new senior housing apartment. The two-man crew was friendly and helpful from start to finish - showed up on time, moved everything efficiently and with care, nothing broke and they placed all items for us in the apartment. Excellent and affordable. read more

Hiring The Move Crew was such a wonderful choice! Not only is their website very transparent regarding their pricing, but their move process. We prepared as much as they asked and we got WAY more stuff moved than expected, as well as complete under the recommended time. It was incredible to see Josh and Larry's feats of strength, but they also had a gentle finesse with all of our items. Thank you for helping us in our new home! We would definitely hire and recommend The Move Crew again! read more

Yes! Go with these guys!! From beginning to end, it was a positive experience. Booking was easy. They even called to adjust the time when an earlier time became available. The day of, the guys called me to let me know they were on their way. John, Ethan and Andre were polite, respectful of me and my things and FAST! We were out of my 2BD duplex in less than 2 hours. The load in took a little longer due to elevators being used by people moving themselves (and probably wishing they weren't). The boys readjusted and began taking loads up the 3 flights of stairs. Wow! There was a lampshade that broke when it fell from the top of a floor lamp. I felt bad for them because they were doing so great otherwise. It was not an item of any sentimental value (if it was I would have packed it in a box) and we filled out a report after the move. While doing this, I watched the guys clean up their truck. The truck itself is very impressive and has everything you need to make your move successful. Shrink wrap should never be underestimated...just saying. After a few days, Gunnar reached out to me to follow up on reimbursing me for the lampshade. He offered several options and then I promptly received a check so I could purchase a replacement. Fast. Polite. Efficient. Happy. I kind of wish they were still here helping me unpack. read more

We had a perfect move. Riku led a good crew with Larry, Tao and Gunnar. They were on time, put down carpet and floor protection and removed their shoes to protect our home. Never did they scuff a wall. They even moved heavy beds and furniture into a loft up over the wall. Amazing work. Thanks Riku and team. read more
