I'm honestly incredibly disappointed with how this move was handled, especially after reading so many positive reviews and choosing this company because we thought we could trust them during an already stressful move. Before the move, we specifically communicated that my husband is disabled and that we needed help with packing. Somehow, that information apparently never made it to the actual movers. When they arrived, they seemed completely unaware that packing assistance was part of what we needed and told us they didn't have time to help. That immediately put us in an awful position because we had planned this move around the services we believed we had arranged. What happened from there was even more frustrating. They left a HUGE amount of our belongings behind, including things that were already packed and ready to go, claiming they had run out of room. Yet the truck was barely stacked or organized in a way that made efficient use of the space. We were left wondering why anyone would take our TV but leave behind the stand they had literally removed it from, or take our daughter's crib but leave her crib mattress behind. We arrived at our new home without basic things we needed because only portions of sets and essential items were moved. At the new house, things were brought into rooms but not actually set into place, and THREE separate bunches of used packing tape/trash were left in our yard for us to clean up. After paying a professional moving company, I never expected to be picking up the movers' garbage outside our new home. The part that has made this even more upsetting is that when we called to arrange for the company to come back, finish the move, and provide the packing help we originally needed, suddenly the price was nearly DOUBLE. Instead of anyone acknowledging what happened or trying to make the situation right, the person we spoke with came across as extremely arrogant and seemed more interested in adding charges. He even wanted to charge us for additional boxes for items that could easily be protected with the moving blankets already being used. At this point, after having half of our belongings left behind, the last thing we expected was to feel like the solution was simply to charge us substantially more money. We hired professional movers because we needed HELP. My husband is disabled, we have a young daughter, and this was already an exhausting transition for our family. Instead, we were left at our new home with only portions of our belongings, missing essentials, pieces of furniture separated from the items that go with them, trash left in our yard, and the prospect of paying almost twice as much just to get the rest of the move completed. What makes this especially disappointing is that we chose this company because of all the good reviews. We genuinely expected a completely different experience. I would have much rather been writing another great review about how your company helped make a difficult move easier for our family. Instead, we were left feeling like once the first job was over, nobody cared that our move was only half completed. I truly hope management looks into what happened and makes a genuine effort to correct this, because this is not the level of service we believed we were paying for, and it certainly isn't the experience your reviews led us to expect.

My brother-on-law moved 3 trailers full of stuff, going back and forth from Hugo to Blaine before they even got to my house the first time, we all left at the same time. I think they were intentionally slow so they could charge us 4x's the amount quoted to me for an entire day (which is only 4 hours for them). They also broke multiple items, even with their "insurance" I was not reimbursed for anything. I also had to have them correct the contract 5 times before they actually got it correct. This company is horrible, if I could give them negative stars I would. This company is so crooked they are a circle! Response: your crew did not take an unpaid lunch break, it was included in the time they added to my bill at the end. They also very much pressure me to tip them because, as they put it, "This company does not pay us very well." Not only was I quoted roughly $1500, and it ended up costing me almost $5K for the service, I ended up tipping them because they know where I live and I didn't want anything to happen to my wife, and your crew took more breaks than they actually worked. Regardless of what you say, your company is crooked, incompetent, and needs to be put out of business. My next report is to the BBB!

Worst movers EVER. Listen to me when I say DO NOT hire AAA Movers. I dealt with a guy by the name…read moreof Scott. He was very pleasant and called me several times to make sure I got the quote, if I had questions and eventually he matched our lowest bid from Matt's Moving. In hindsight I wish I had gone with Matt's Moving. I had a couple of friends that recently paid less than 1k to move a 5 bedroom house. I was quotes $1100 from Matt's Moving and Scott from AAA told me they could do it for $1100-$1600. I asked why the $1600, and he said he didn't think it would take that long and that it would be closer to the $1100. All they had to do was pick up my stuff from an inside storage facility. My unit was 10'x25', but I only filled 10'x20'. I moved all of my stuff without breaking anything in 3hrs to this facility back in the summer. My 18 yr old son helped the 3 guys from AAA. He ended up carrying more than half our belongings to the truck while the 3 guys sat on their phones, drank Gatorade and took their sweet ole' time. The moved like sloths. The longer they take the more money they get because you pay by the hour. They wrap ever piece of furniture with plastic and/or furniture pads and tape them up like mummy's. So on the bright side your furniture is well protected, but it is totally overkill. So keep that in mind, they will wrap everything and take their sweet ole time doing it. So I would recommend getting your own furniture pads and wrapping it yourself. one hour of the movers labor would more than pay for your supplies and then some. 4.5 hours later they finally finished loading the truck, but they couldn't get everything, so my son had to pack his car. why...because they bring all of this crap in their truck including a 4'x4'x4' box filled with their supplies...so keep that in mind too. They even left even more of their supplies at storage facility of which I got a nasty call from telling me they were going to charge me for all the stuff they left behind. AAA didn't sweep out my unit, my son did that too while they sat on the truck. Clearly one of the guys never had done this before because he was totally lost. Then the came to my house...nope...they went for lunch. Even though I told them not too. When they finally arrived at my home I only had them bring a few items in the house...about 5 things total and decided to do the rest myself. But they unpacked all of the rest into my garage. But did they do it neatly...nope! They placed furniture and boxes all over, I had to move stuff just to get the furniture out, it was a mess. SO I called AAA and asked what they were going to do about these lazy, worthless movers and very unprofessional workers they sent. They told me they never got a call like this before but from reading the other reviews here it appears this is a common experience. They charged my almost $1600. Then the following day they charged me another $260...I was livid! Worst experience, and the absolutely worse movers. Just so you understand my stuff came from a 2 bedroom 1600sf townhome...so you can see it wasn't even even close to moving a 5 bedroom house...and I moved it out of my townhome and into the facility in 3 hrs. When they finally left they took almost 8hrs...and didn't move hardly anything into my new home. And yes they broke something, and did they clean it up...nope...my son did! They absolutely suck, stay away from AAA movers! Update: SO below is the owners response. Did he address his slow movers, or how long they took, which wasn't part of the initial quote, nor the conversations that I had with the booker, which is that he thought they could do it for $1100. Nor did he address how they broke my stuff and didn't reimburse me for it, or clean it up. Class act is all I can say. Clearly read reviews of this company on legitimate sites. Not their site or their Facebook page where I'm assuming the reviews are fake. But look here, Reddit, and several other review sites...which is other people with similar experiences. BOTTOM LINE...THEY ARE NOT GOOD...PERIOD! That is all you need to know!
