They have not had the best interactions with our patrons. They are not the most proactive when it comes to communications.

We were highly impressed with the level of service provided by Veteran Shredding. Dave, who was assigned to help us was incredible. He was patient, thorough and made the whole process enjoyable. He went above and beyond which included providing tips for high efficiency, offered us another cart for ease of loading and even carried items from peoples cars. After my elderly Aunt was quoted almost $1000 to have a mobile unit come to her home and collect 8 super large boxes of documents to be shredded. I did research and found this place. While I had to drive across the Twin Cities to collect her items, this company is 15 minutes from my home. On Saturday mornings, you can bring the documents to their site and watch the papers shred in front of you. I did this, the cost was $90. It was well worth the peace of mind considering last time she dropped off her documents, a credit card was opened in her name shortly after. Certainly will be using this company again, the gentleman that works there was extremely helpful and helped me unload them into a garbage bin and let me take a pic of him shredding for the Aunt. These people are great! From my first phone call, to meeting them in person, I've been impressed. Very friendly, fast and efficient. I made two trips to their Saturday only drop-off shredding. Drove up to the truck in the parking lot. Employees came to the vehicle and started emptying 30 years of tax forms, medical forms and receipts into a rolling trash can, then wheeled it to the side of the truck, where it was lifted and shredded in seconds. Next I took an old, crashed PC hard drive into the building and moments later was shown a bag of ground up disk drive. We had 6 densely packed banker boxes of documents that would have taken me 2 hours to shred at home, it took Veteran Shredding 5 minutes to shred. I went on a Saturday morning, the gentlemen that took care of shredding our papers was awesome, amazing service and super quick! Definitely will be back. read more

During downsizing Dad found huge numbers of old tax records that were full of private info. He wanted to see the files shredded securely under his watch. We used a shredding truck at the Burnsville shredding location. The staff was efficient, but still took time to show my dad how he could monitor the process. We had been struggling to get another shredding company to come for purge service and finally decided to look for a new company. I am so happy that I found Veteran Shredding! Not only did they respond to my inquiry for a quote quickly (within an hour!?), but they were able to come and empty two very large, overstuffed containers the following day! They were fabulous in answering my questions and providing me information on the different shredding options they offer. They did not try to stonewall me into a contract and were more than happy to offer purge service.
