I forgot to move our trash can out to the curb due to heavy snow. After the 6 inches of snowfall accumulation overnight most garbage haulers would not have bothered to get my trash, however the Vierkant guys ran through the snow and grabbed my garbage anyway. Thanks so much for going above and beyond!

Everything is great, unless you have a problem. The first order I placed did not have issues…read more However, the second order I had to replace the hard drive to get the next PC they sent to boot. There is also some issues with the power supply voltage. I requested a return Saturday on eBay and was told no problem by Kim. All I had to do was follow the steps on eBay and she would send a label. I did not here back from them and received an email that OceanTech escalated the case and the refund was denied. They told eBay it was not in the same condition they sent it. This is surprising since they have not sent a label, so they have not received the pc back yet. Apparently they are well versed in telekinesis. Luckily these were just test orders as I was considering using OceanTech to order cost-effective computers for local clients. Use at your own risk.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel this one is necessary…read more I would highly advise against using this company. They are unprofessional and careless when doing so. So I bought a groupon for this company with intentions of having some junk removed from my garage. I called the company and set up an appointment for a week out. I was told by a guy named John who claimed to be the manager that they would be at my home on a Saturday morning at 11am. That Saturday came and they never showed. I waited around for them and never even received a phone call. So I called them and John told me they were busy and would come the next day at 11 am. Sunday came and went and I never heard from the company. I called and left messages but I never heard back. I called groupon and advised them of the no call no show from the company and asked to have my money returned. Instead of putting my money back into my back account Groupon gave me "Groupon Bucks." On the following Monday I called the company and spoke with John and told him how disappointed I was. He said, " I'm sorry we get busy sometimes. Some jobs are bigger then others." I told him I understood that, but they could have called instead of standing me up for two days. I told John that I would leave a negative review of his company and he said whatever.

There are usually one or two huge front loaders pushing debris up the giant piles. I have yet to see the giant thrashing maws in the center working. I am sure it would be spectacular to see. This time I found a half dozen. Usually there aren't any.
