He responded with a quick - "we can do it - let me find a driver" Jim, the Director of Ops did the drive. He is where I say they go above and beyond... On Monday, Jim and the crew had the house emptied in no time and loaded. We did a walk through, and coordinated our schedules. He then told me his itinerary and that he would text me each night. I was leaving Tuesday Morning and we both planned on being in MA on Wednesday evening. It went seamless. I heard from Jim each night, and again Thursday morning as he was headed to the new home with my furniture and goods. Like the loading of the truck, the unloading went just as smooth. In the end, not even a glass was cracked, everything was put where I wanted it, Jim was communicating the whole time, and the final price was within the quote. When the movers arrived there were three, really? They handled the move well however at the conclusion my electric fireplace doesn't work anymore AND the bill I was given was for $784 and change. I said I'm not paying that because that isn't the amount I was quoted and there were supposed to be two men not three. The gentleman insisted that was the quote he was given by his boss. We went back and forth and then I said I was going to call his boss and ask if they had made a mistake. When I said that he said fine you can have the move for $500 plus tax!! I haven't put a claim in for the fireplace yet so we'll see what happens when I do. Will I use Good Stuff Moving again? Probably not. Would I recommend them? Not sure.

They asked that we update our review, and we told them we would do so once we actually received the refund. The refund showed up today, so here we are updating the review as promised. That said, the company continued to be somewhat pushy after our original review, repeatedly asking us to change it. We understand that a negative review isn't helpful for their brand, but our original review was simply an honest summary of our experience. Ultimately, I personally would not recommend this company. After three attempts to schedule and complete the work, they contacted us at the exact time of the third rescheduled appointment to let us know they would not be coming. At that point, we went with another company that completed the job within 24 hours of us reaching out, and for a similar price. We're not going to say you should completely avoid this company, but we would recommend being cautious and having a backup plan in case things don't go as expected. We ask that the company stop contacting us regarding our review or expressing their dissatisfaction with it. Our review reflects our genuine experience, and we stand by what we shared. All we can say is to do better for the next customer. We do appreciate the response and the refund, but at the end of the day, the service we originally requested was never completed. Original Review: We hired this company to remove some junk from our home. Before we signed up for their services, they were extremely responsive, almost to the point of being pushy. Unfortunately, once we signed up, the communication became very lackluster. We had to reschedule multiple times because they either canceled on us or were a no-show. Each time, there seemed to be another excuse. After several failed attempts to get the service completed, we informed them that we were going with another company. Despite this, they still have not refunded our deposit. At this point, we are considering taking legal action to recover the money we are owed.

I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.
