After driving across the state and encountering a wind storm that flung huge tumbleweeds on the road and under my car, I got into Bothell to find the splash guard was dragging on my Jetta. My sister said, go to Evergreen Autoworks right away and they will fix it. She and her son live in the area and will only go to Evergreen for their car needs. I went in and immediately had a service person, Phil, assisting me. The part needed to be ordered so I left my car there to be picked up the next day. Even though the part ordered came in incorrect, they were able to get the correct one that day and put it on, performed an auto inspection and washed my car. Communication was great! I was treated me right from the get-go, I enjoyed my latte and popcorn as well as viewing all the interesting displays and antiques in the shop. Very comfortable shop, which is not the norm for me! I believe the price was fair, the time period was excellent, and my car was back to cross the state for me to go home free of any problems! There is nothing worse then having to find a new auto shop and walking in with that pit in your stomach, wondering how badly are they going to work me over this time. I had gone through the internet, checking out the shops and their reviews. Can you ever really trust the reviews? You never know. But Evergreen Autoworks stood out way above the rest, almost to good to be true. I have to say Evergreen Autoworks lives up to their reputation. Friendly, helpful, personable, nice employees, with a great shop and waiting area with lots to look at while waiting for your car. They were clear and worked with in my budget. Even they admit they're not the cheapest, but I have brought my cars to Evergreen Auto Works for years, and I know they have saved me money in the long run. Just one example: We brought our car in for an oil change. Evergreen mentioned a slight leak that might lead to bigger problems if not fixed. The car was still under warranty, so we brought it to the dealer. The dealership said they could find nothing. About a month later I began to see that oil had begun dripping onto the garage floor. I brought the car back to the dealership, and when they looked again, they confirmed what Evergreen Auto Works had told me from the beginning. these "MEN" (THIEVES) were going to get 4 stars from me till my daughter and i got my truck back. when i got in my truck, i was going to charge my iPhone but my iPhone charger, usb plugin, and new pack of gum were MISSING. we walked back in and told the lady at the front desk. she told me there was nothing she could do, i dont have proof an employee took it and shes never heard of an employee steal from customers. Im not mad that the things are missing except that iPhone chargers arent cheap! im hurt that 1. my trust was betrayed 2. i received no help from anyone 3. i received no apologies! I got caught in a hailstorm in Ft Worth in April 2016. I was in a Ram 3500 diesel. Insurance estimate to repair was $17k. I fought to have the truck totaled and replaced but lost that battle. I took it to Evergreen Autoworks and talked to Jeff Odom about my skepticism on whether it could be repaired to my satisfaction. Jeff assured me that it could be and that it would be. I have waited for one year (40k miles) to write this review as I wanted to see whether I would be satisfied. Doors and windows still fit and close correctly. No air leaks. Paint is perfect. My van broke down on the side of the road today with 5 kids in it. I called the shop and Phil listened to my description and advised me to have it towed in to avoid further complications. (thank you roadside assistance) I have gone to Evergreen Autoworks for for my vehicle repairs for quite a few years now. They treat me respectfully and explain what they found, even showing me the broken part if I'm interested. MY review is 5 stars because of the professional service I have received on a regular basis. Evergreen Autoworks saved me! I was hit by another driver while stopped at a red light. I did not have car rental covered by my insurance cause I never thought I would need it. Evergreen was the only shop I visited that offered a loaner while I waited to figure out what would happen to my car. They got me in right away, got the estimate to my insurance in no time and even took their time to explain to me how the whole process worked with the insurance company when it was determined that my car would be a total loss. Of course I hope I never get in this kind of trouble again but if I do, I am calling Evergreen Autoworks right away. read more

The service at Evergreen has always been wonderful. Yes, the warm greeting and leaving your car for service is a good beginning. Then the service continues. There is a phone call to advise you when necessary. The car is always ready on time. When the service man brought the car around and I was on crutches, he held my belongs when I was getting in and settled so I wouldn't have to juggle them. He was patient and wished me a good day too. Evergreen Autoworks just repaired a fender and a couple of door dings in my Lexus. They did a great job for a reasonable price! A headlight was also out so I asked if they'd fix that while in the shop. I was so happy to get the call that the connection was only loose and there would be no charge for it. I had an oil change and windshield wipers replaced. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. There was one mishap. The rear windshield wiper broke during replacement. I was told right up front, no beating around the bush. I like that. They had to order a part for the repair. They replaced it the next day and I was back on the road in all working order.
