They do not tell you the price upfront and would give you a surprise billing with a simply explanation "we have to live too"

Slow, rude, and incompetent. Oil change took 45 minutes and the crew kept arguing with each other. Waste of time.

They always check the tires and filters (never been hard sold on filters/wipers) and give me a free car wash.

On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Best of all, he comes to your house and works on your car in the driveway or whatever free space that you have! My workhorse car aka a 1998 Infiniti I30 was in need of a new starter. I wasnt ready to give up my "baby" over a starter issue, so I was lucky to have found Moj. He was extremely punctual, took pride in his work and worked quickly. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I asked him if there was anything else that he thought needed to be repaired, and he recommend that I change my spark plugs and drive belts. Knowing that I had not changed those in years, I arranged for him to come back the following week to get those done as well. As for prices, Moj is EXTREMELY reasonable and fair. His prices cannot be beat by any other mechanic/garages in town. If you have an older car that just needs repairs, Moj is the guy! TIP: Moj does not supply the parts, so all you have to do is go to your favorite auto parts store or dealer and buy the parts that you need. He will do the rest! I have now found my new mobile mechanic for my older car! Thanks Moj!

Well, this turned out to be quite the job!!!!! The changing of the oil/filter was no problem as usual and that all went well!! The tech came to my car and hooked up his code reader and had cleared all my lights that were on that made my dashboard look like a Christmas tree in December!!!! I gave him a high five I was so happy. As soon as I drove out the bay the lights all came back on!!! :( Another tech came over and looked at it, connected the code reader and I could see he was getting frustrated but kept at it. Finally, he came over to me and we discussed exactly how I changed the pads and what I did during the process, etc. Then he explained to me about the ABS pump and the workings of the system. He then told me to take the car out for a short drive, get up to about 40mph and then SLAM on the brakes. He said to make sure there wasn't any traffic around me when I do that. He told me that I should hear a squeal of the tires when I do that. This should take care of the issue. He told me to bring the car back. I did as he asked and brought the care back. KEEP IN MIND THIS WAS NONE OF THEIR DOING!!!!! I brought the car as requested after doing the brake thingy. That poor guy must've worked on my car for another 1/2 hour!!!!!! After another discussion, he told me to take the car back out. He told me the codes, and lights were all off but he couldn't promise they'd stay off!!!! He told me to drive it around the block a time or two and bring it back again. I took the car out again and the lights stayed off and having to pick the wife up, I just kept going. Sorry guys, happy wife....happy life!!!! This is my way of letting them know that all of the Tech's hard work paid off and once again, I'm a very, very happy customer and I don't give out kudos very often! THANKS YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK GUYS, I'LL BE BACK

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and chose their Signature Service with full synthetic oil…read more According to their website, this includes an oil and filter change, topping off essential fluids (coolant, brake, windshield washer), and checking components like air filters and belts. However, when I received my report, the cabin air filter check was marked as "declined," even though **no one had asked me** about it. When I pointed this out, one of the staff (only one not in uniform) said it was a "system glitch" and that they had already checked it -- but when I asked the woman assisting me, she seemed surprised and said, "Do you want us to check it?" They then inspected the cabin air filter and told me it was bad -- and someone had apparently already started replacing it **before I even agreed to the work**. I approved it anyway, but this really made me question whether they had performed the rest of the "signature" checks or just marked them off on paper. Next, they told me my front and rear brakes and rotors all needed replacement right away and quoted me $1,600. I decided to get a second opinion -- three other shops in Bothell quoted between $700-$800, and one quoted around $1,000. When I took the car to one of these shops, the technician informed me the rear rotors didn't need replacing and the rear brakes still had 6 mm left. I ended up getting the front brakes and rotors replaced for $350, about **22% of Jiffy Lube's quote**. Between the inaccurate report, dishonesty, and upselling based on misleading information, I don't feel I can trust the quality or integrity of their service. I won't be going back, and you shouldn't either.
