Excellent food, great service. I've tried the beef ramen (with a massive beef rib in the broth) as well as the black oil ramen with chashu; both were scrumptious. Lady-friend gets the veggie ramen and she swears by this place. The shu mai was great, too. Each dish was served in a timely fashion and by very polite servers. 5 stars, but I'll leave this bit of feedback - the appetizer boats have a _tiny_ reservoir for soy sauce - not big enough to dip shu mai in. Make those dipping pots bigger and I'd give y'all _6_ stars ;) read more

Finally got a chance to try Ramen Eurasia's ramen thanks to a 75% off DoorDash credit. Got the miso ramen with double chashu and an extra ajitama egg and the subtotal was just under $20. Even without the extras, their ramen is a tiny bit pricier than it's competitors. But they definitely win with some of the best tasting chashu around... the Yelp reviews are true! The flavor of the ramen was tasty, but I had wished I had gotten the spicy miso ramen. My problem is I never know how spicy it'll be. Anyway, I kicked it up myself with some Yellowbird ghost pepper condiment and it reheated great. I don't care for corn in my ramen so I'll have to remember to remove that next time. read more

I was skeptical since this is a fast casual place but I have tried their sushi and ramen and both have been great. The ramen was honestly the best I've ever had and I've had all the big name places in Austin that are way pricier but this was so much better. I always order for pick up and I appreciated that my noodles, toppings, and broth were separated for transport. The staff is friendly and ordering online is super easy. Highly recommend! read more

So good, so clean. Definitely a new favorite of mine in North Austin. Delicious food, low key chill vibes. Very diverse playlist, music is not too loud, not too soft. Everything is just right. *This review is to provide feedback in hopes that your business will benefit from an honest customer presenting this information. read more

I was really impressed with this place! I hadn't ever heard of anyone talking about Eurasia Ramen but the pictures looked like exactly what i was wanting so i decided to give it a try and i'm glad i did. I got the Miso-Hot & love everything about it. the broth was rich & flavorful, meat was perfect, and the extra toppings including mushroom, corn, & bean sprouts really added something to it- all for a very fair price (~$15). The one thing i'll note is i'm surprised you cant specify a spice level like at other ramen establishments. This was the perfect spice level for me but that may not be the case for everyone. Quick service, casual vibe. read more

The black tonkatsu ramen was amazing! The chasu was ridiculous--tender, perfectly carmelized, and they give you two slices! Great noodles, great ajitama egg and bamboo shoots. The broth was excellent. It could have a tiny bit more depth of flavor, but honestly, that's just splitting hairs. I really loved the way the black garlic commented all the other flavors. They are currently doing both dine-in and takeout, and there weren't many people eating in, so we felt pretty comfortable doing so. Friendly service too. This just made the list for one of my favorite ramen spots! read more

Eurasia is awesome because it's the best of all worlds for a group of picky eaters. It's my go to when a group of friends can't decide on food. You can get ramen, sushi, or poke all in one spot. Raw and cooked alike. Their quality is not bad (not the most top notch in town, but I'll take it). The best is that it's really fast - pick up or in person. It's not the best for giant groups but 3-4 is fine. Food recs: - All their sushi rolls are huge so you really could be okay with one. Fish quality is not too bad either. - Ramen: on the salty side so beware. I always add in a bit of hot water from their dispenser. My pork lover friends get the black ramen and my sister loves the cheesy ramen. Their spicy chicken is not bad either. Good flavoring. To go: ramen is not as good to go, but still decent. read more

Whoa! Was blown away by their ramen delivered earlier than expected. Maybe my expectations were rather low bc delivery can be hit or miss, but I was super impressed with the timing, packaging, and best of all taste of the red tonkatsu. Perfect amount of spice (I don't like a ton) and creamy umami broth. The chashu was awesome because they seemed to have grilled it which gave an amazing char. The ajitama egg was so flavorful too. I wish the noodles were thicker but I suppose they chose this combo for a reason. Def will keep this in the rotation! read more

My husband and I ordered takeout from DoorDash this evening and it was our first time to try Eurasia Ramen. We ordered the black tonkotsu ramen, adding corn and substituting thick noodles. This was some of the best ramen I've had in a long time. They packaged the food very efficiently so it didn't feel excessively wasteful - they had the broth separate from the noodles and the other items that go into the ramen so everything would be ready to eat once delivered. Delivery took nearly 45 minutes (including preparation time) but the food was perfect temperature-wise. I am looking forward to getting takeout from here again! It was seriously amazing. It looks like they have vegetarian and gluten free options too so I'm excited that my friends with dietary restrictions will also enjoy this place. Thank you for the amazing meal! read more

Best ramen I've had in Austin. I've been coming here multiple times and this place never disappointed me thus far. The prices are pretty decent too I think it's like around 12 dollars for a bowl of ramen here which isn't too bad. I think on here the average price says it's around 15 dollars, the prices on here are inaccurate it's cheaper than that at the actual restaurant. No idea why the prices are incorrect here on Yelp for. My favorite ramens I've had so far is the Tan-Tan Ramen and the Miso Hot Ramen. Least favorite was probably the Curry Ramen but I even enjoyed that one too. read more

Been looking for good ramen. This is my new favorite. The Tonkotsu Red (spicy). Delicious. Broth was excellent but the pork was cooked perfectly. Friendly staff. Clean place. I can't believe I haven't heard anyone talk about this place before! Ramen and sushi are my favorite foods so I had high hopes for this place. Luckily, my expectations were met. I got the black tonkonso ramen which was creamy and had a rich garlic flavor. I also got the Dang Good roll, not knowing it was fried, and it lived up to its name. We were the only ones in the restaurant and the workers were so nice and really accommodating. I'll definitely be recommending Eurasia to my friends! read more

What a wonderful lunch experience! I have no faults with the service or food. The order process was a bit different than what I'm used to. We could order using a self-service touch screen, but fortunately there was staff to take orders as well. They have a nice assortment or Ramen and Poke on the menu as well as several choices of Bento Boxes and an assortment of Sushi Rolls. I ordered the Miso Ramen bowl and couldn't be more satisfied. The broth was rich and piping hot with little bits of fat floating on the surface. Yum! The noodles were perfectly cooked and the egg, oh the egg; it was amazing. The yolk was not quite runny and with can only be described as umami. Another yum! My lunch companions had bento boxes; one was the chicken katsu and the other shrimp tempura. Both was very pleased with their selections. The service was very attentive and polite. The time between food order and it being on our table was fast enough that I didn't even notice. Highly recommended!! read more

Pulling up to this place, I was expecting Americanized mediocre food, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was quite delicious. The sushi pieces were pretty cheap at 2 for $5 and were quite fresh. The spider roll was very good although it could've done without the unagi sauce. The black tonkotsu ramen had delicious broth. The curry mozzarella ramen had delicious ramen in a creamy curry sauce that was also hands down probably in the top 3 for ramens in Austin. Our tempura dessert was also really good. read more

At first was skeptical at walk in. Smell of deliciousness didn't hit me through the door. The vibe was good however. No one was in on this gloomy day as many came in to pick up and leave. I decided to dine in. Menu was simple and easy to choose. Tried a few things and it was all good. Very good flavor and the best part didn't have to wait too long. Just what the doctor ordered. You won't be disappointed. Satisfied my Ramen cravings. Oh the sushi was fire as well. read more

I had a hankering for some casual Japanese food but didn't want to pay much. Thankfully, this restaurant recently opened up in the Rosedale area to fulfill my craving! I ordered the takoyaki ( this place is one of the only few that offer it in the city btw) and chicken teriyaki bowl for pick up. The size of the teriyaki was huge, its definitely shareable. Both dishes were delicious and I'll definitely be back again to try their ramen as it appears to be their specialty! Also the employees were super friendly which is always a plus! read more

I came here with my friends today and we all enjoyed the food immensely. The shrimp tempura in the Reaper Ramen was so crispy and flavorful, and the broth itself was delicious. The rice in the Bento Box had some type of seasoning in it that was amazing and complemented the meal well. The So Dang Good sushi roll was also crispy and had a great flavor. All in all, the food was great and I'm definitely going here again! This place deserves more customers. Also just wanted to mention the workers were very sweet and accommodating. Tonight we tried three different ramens from Eurasia - the miso, the basic (light chicken broth), and the reaper. All three were excellent - and each was distinctive and different in its own way. A special shout out to the chashu pork - it was flavorful, nicely grilled, and was neither too fatty or too lean. The ajitama eggs was cooked just right - hard whites but soft yolks. Mmmm. We got takeout - everything was ready right on time and super hot. I particularly liked that they do not use styrofoam in their packaging, and they followed our instructions to not provide utensils or napkins. Yay! So pleased we have this great new ramen option in the Rosedale hood! Next to try - poke bowls, bento boxes, and rolls. read more

Ramen was really salty. Strange ordering system that's a bit crowded when multiple people are ordering.

If you want some of the best underrated ramen take-out in austin, this is your place!! I am a die-hard Ramen-tatsuya take-out fan, but i got to say Eurasia is giving ramen tatsuya a run for its money. It was fairly quick, and absolutely amazing. I got the pork ramen and soft dumplings, and everything was full of flavor. The pork was perfectly cooked and tender, while the broth was thick and well seasoned. It tasted top of the line fresh and authentic!!!!! 100% my new go-to for ramen take out. read more

We ordered almost $100 takeout, and everything, literally, was, at best, meh. I'm shocked that this place gets such positive previews.

I eat here at least twice a week. The spicy chicken ramen is on point and the salmon roll. Great service and food.

Really great poke bowls and nice staff! Large serving size and good quality food. Highly recommend!

It was surprisingly incredibly good. Their restaurant gave off an Asian Fusion vibe, but I am glad we tried it out anyways. Their ramen wasn't too heavy yet very flavorful. We will probably skip out on the poke bowl next time read more
