Bluefin is owned by Eurasia 2. The owners are Indonesian. They used to own Eurasia in Oak Hill, but they sold it because business declined after the overpass was built. We always loved Eurasia 1. Bluefin is consistently just as good for the price. Happy hour only cost $9 including chicken skewers and a Philadelphia roll. My husband and I both ordered the bento box. Portions were large for $17, including miso soup, edamame, salad, tempura, California roll, egg roll, pot sticker, and chicken teriyaki. There was also no wait to be seated!

Soooooo...I am a frequent flier at La Madaleine, and one day I thought "how many times can I have Tomato Basic Soup ? Then In look to my left and "Blue Fin Sushi! Open till 10:00pm!!! So the inside is beautiful classically decorated with hints of blue and reminders of how classy a beach front property can be. The track lightning adds perfect light for the sake of taking pictures! The tables are well designed as they take us on a break from those terrible square tables that can poke your eye out. The edges are rounded and smooth and the tables are strong with a neat slick black tone to the plates and chairs. The Staff is wonderfully nice, and highly accommodating: The Music is classy, instrumental, eclectic. Perfect come to have a conversation but still drift off when decide to stop listening to your dining bu And Now... The Food! 1.) The Krab Puffs!!!!--- The flavor of the cream cheese is well seasoned, reminds me of an older Austin favorite Sushi Sake. However I note to the chef that they should cut the green onions, as the long stalks of green onion can be off putting 2.) California Roll- perfectly made! 3.) Negihama -Tori- sooo good...however they really need to chop the scallions instead of putting long stalks of it in the sushi. The Scallions take away from the texture and the flavor of the fish. So I highly recommend they consider this. However that being said the fish quality is could be improved. I recommend this place as a late night Ramen snack wet.

Lured in my another now open sign... After a heavy workout, I needed nourishment. I stopped by Bluefin Sushi & Ramen later in the evening as they are open until 10 pm. There are total of 8 Bluefin Sushi & Ramen in Texas. Sushi lovers probably already know this, but for those who do not...Bluefin tuna is often considered the best tuna for sushi as a result of its rich, buttery flavor and velvet-like texture, making it a premium sushi choice. I like the interesting concept of combining different food genres within one restaurant. Staff at Bluefin are super friendly and treat you like you're a member of the family. My glass of water kept getting refilled as of I was in a fine dining restaurant. Vina provided outstanding service! I ordered the crunchy crab roll, Brussels sprouts and edamame. All were fresh and tasty. The edamame tasted as if they were picked today with large pods.. The Brussels sprouts were made with balsamic vinegar and garlic...couldn't put my chopsticks down. The crunchy crab roll had the ideal balance of ingredients...yummy. Music was playing in the background creating a groovy vibe. Look forward to returning to try other menu items...

Absolutely thrilled that Bluefin opened up in northwest Austin! I was first introduced to Bluefin at their south Austin location but being a north atx girlie, never found myself there often. Look no more than seeing Bluefin and stumbling upon grand opening excitement, hubs and i had to do date night and take advantage of a buy one get one free BOGO offer that evening! We ordered ourselves a glass of wine and Sapporo on tap, both were amazingly priced, our bentos came with miso soup, tempura and our entree of an assortment of foods. So much noms and such great service on their A+ of opening crowds and volume. Can't wait to go back and support them, and abundant parking to boot, what's not to love?!

Great meal at Bluefin Sushi & Ramen! Nice interior atmosphere. Nice waitstaff, personable individuals who take their time to not make you feel rushed. We got fried tempura, shishito peppers, sushi roll, ramen soup. Everything was above average and made us happy to eat.

Had an overall great lunch at this spot! I was pleasantly surprised to see this relatively new spot down the street from us especially since we enjoyed their south location back when we lived in that direction. We came here shortly after they open on a Sunday and were immediately greeted warmly and seated at a booth. The interior was very pleasant and cute with its decor and some lo-fi music playing in the background. We were the only ones there at first but not for long as a few other parties trickled in. We ordered the spicy garlic edamame, ramen, and some sushi. Dare I say, the edamame may be some of my favorite in Austin with its nice cook, delicious garlicky flavor, and perfect spice level that's not overwhelming. I got the tonkotsu black which was a great big bowl of a portion - it would definitely be beat out by some other ramens in Austin, but still hit the spot with great overall flavor and a comfort on a cold day. The nigiri and unagi roll were served beautifully with a lovely touch of dry ice to give a cool smoking effect. All the nigiri passed with flying colors and the unagi roll was satisfactorily yummy. We saw that they also had a promotion for buy 2 get 1 free boba and decided to take advantage - the brown sugar milk tea was probably our favorite, with the original having a strong tea flavor reminiscent of coffee and the Thai tea being exactly what you want from a Thai tea. The boba pearls were also decent with an interesting shape but great chew. The service continued to be extremely friendly throughout, with the server being diligent to refill our glass waters without being prompted. All the servers had a warm smile. It may not hit #1 on any sushi/ramen spot list, but definitely meets the mark for a good meal and friendly service.

The service is delightful. Family friendly and quick service. Amazing flavor. We loved their miso soup and the rolls had a great flavor. I'm really surprised how great everything tasted. My toddler was in love with the spicy garlic edamame. Overall, pretty tasty

One of our favorite sushi spots! The service is always phenomenal and they have a great happy hour! Live music on the weekends sometimes too. The menu has a wide variety of options that you can't go wrong with and great drink options as well. They even have seasonal options! The plating here is so fun! So whimsical and I actually love munching on the decorative veggies.

I went back to Bluefin after the manager complimented my review. My challenge on the last visit was slow service. On this visit, service was great. I was greeted warmly when I entered and immediately offered the choice of table or booth (solo diners are usually offered a table or the bar) and I compliment Bluefin on spacing out the appetizer and main dish timing. This time I ordered the fried roll bento, not the lunch portion. It was a 3-course value with the miso and tempura vegetables preceding the bento. Along with the crab handroll appetizer, it was a great meal and wonderful way to break up the Christmas shopping.

I'm a huge fan of Bluefin so when I saw there was a new resteraunt open in Arbor hills I knew I had to go! We went during their soft opening and got a free apetizer of spicy edamame which was delicious. I love their spicy chicken ramen so I had to get that again and it did not let me down! My friend enjoyed her bento box with chicken teriyaki. We love bluefin because it is very tasty for a super reasonable price for ramen which is getting hard to find in Austin

Vegan ramen- delicious!

We had a great visit! I was surprised this location is so different than the Round Rock one. This one is full service and even had live music the Friday night we visited. It was crowded but we were seated in 5 minutes. Our server was so kind and helpful. I already knew I love the vegan ramen from a past visit and wasn't disappointed-it's big and always end up with leftovers. We tried the oyster mushroom sashimi without eel sauce thinking it would be vegan, but 99% sure it's cooked in butter. Totally my fault as I did not ask. Appreciate the vegan ramen on the menu and would love more vegan options in the future

Shrimp Tempura Bento Box

I visited Bluefin Sushi & Ramen twice in the past few days and enjoyed the food and service both times. On Friday I went in for lunch initially, anticipating getting Ramen, however after looking at the menu and hearing that during the soft opening, they were giving away an appetizer I decided to try a Bento box. For my appetizer on the first visit, I did their version of a crab puff as others have noted. This is an eggroll with crab, stick cream cheese, and scallion. I'd rather enjoyed this version in the eggroll wrapper, but did find myself wishing that those rap stick or at least the scallion had been chopped up and mixed in with the cream cheese. I liked the use of the crab stick because it seemed like there was more crab than I typically experienced. The bento box also comes with miso soup, which was good. The ento box comes with gyoza, bella spring roll salad and half crunchy California roll. I enjoyed the entire bento box. The salad was lightly dressed with a flavorful dressing. The gyoza and spring roll had good flavor the shrimp tempura also tasted good. Since I was still curious about the ramen, I returned on Saturday for an early dinner with a friend. The soft opening was still going on and we picked Brussel sprouts as the appetizer this time. They were tossed in a garlic butter and balsamic vinegar and had good flavor, but I prefer my sprouts well roasted and a little on both of the caramelized but softer interior side. Since it was dinner, and I knew that I would be staying longer and eating more, I thought I would try a cocktail. I ordered the blueberry lemonade which my server said was their favorite. It was a well balanced enjoyable cocktail, and I appreciated the fresh blueberries. This time I did order Ramen and because I enjoy spicy Ramen, I opted for these fire bomb ramen. The description mentions that it comes with a spicy crispy pork. The server offered to bring a little bit of a pork out for me to see and try it. Was literally tiny bits of the pan fried pork that was spicy and it sold me on trying the Ramen. I asked for Corey to be added as I know that when I eat spicy Ramen, I like bites that have something a little sweet and not spicy. I believe it was described as a level three in spiciness and I will say that it was spicy enough to make my nose run, but I don't eat fairly spicy food all the time. From a Ramen perspective, the broth was rich and flavorful. The spice factor did not overwhelmed the flavor of the Ramen or any of the other ingredients. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a great spring. I thoroughly enjoyed it my friend ordered two of the sushi rolls a Buddha roll and the Negihama-Toro roll. She enjoyed both. Her only complaints were that the rules were a little bit bigger around and she's used to making them a little challenging to eat and she realized she doesn't like taro. I just thought last isn't really a complaint though. I found the service to be coordinated and prompt on both visits. I did going during the soft opening and lunch on Friday at only a couple other patrons in the restaurant when I arrived on Saturday early dinner there were actually many tables occupied, but it wasn't entirely full. In both instances. I was welcome to as soon as I walked in the door seated promptly created by the server with drink orders, and appetizer order is taken very quickly. The appetizer was promptly and was warm. My drink was delivered to my table, pretty quickly and five bartender who also stopped by a little bit after I tried it to make sure that I was enjoying it. The server was attentive without hovering and was very helpful throughout. The restaurant has sort of a pop Asian feel to it. I found a booth that I saw that at lunch on the table that I sat at for dinner comfortable enough. It wasn't too loud. I could have a conversation with a person at my table without feeling like we were shouting at each other, but also not being overwhelmed by people talking at the tables around us. If you live in the great hills trail area I do suggest checking them out for lunch or dinner.

Really nice place. atmosphere is great. lovely artwork all over the place. Sushi was very good. Had a couple appetizers and mochi for dessert and a couple drinks for a reasonable price. we'll be back to try the ramen.

Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. #5 Tsukemen/Dipping Broth ($16.50): The dipping broth wasn't umami enough to hold up as a true dipping broth, so we ended up pouring it over our noodles and eating it like a regular ramen bowl. The flavors were really good and better than the MI-SO-HOT. The only complaint about the broth was that it wasn't warm or hot. The noodles were bouncy and thick like udon, which I loved. They only gave one slice of chashu, which was disappointing, so I'm glad we added the extra Goma Pork/Sesame Seasoned Ground Pork ($2.50) and Naruto Maki ($1.50). Chashu Rice Bowl ($8.50): Good, but not as flavorful or melt-in-your-mouth as last time. #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) ($16): My cousin got this and it was actually bulked out with veggies. It was good, but the flavors weren't anything standout. Not super spicy either, so the heat is very tolerable.

The bowl was loaded with a ton of lettuce or cabbage and piles of green onions, which totally threw off the balance of the dish. Before, the flavor was rich, deep, and spicy in a satisfying way. This time it felt watered down, overly bulky from the vegetables, and the overall taste just did not resemble what I remember at all. It felt like a completely different recipe. On top of that, the restaurant was dead at lunch, which was surprising for this place. The inside layout and seating have also been changed, and the space feels less cozy and more awkward than before. The whole vibe is just different. I hate writing this because this used to be the OG best ramen spot in town, but it has gone really downhill. Between the recipe change, the overload of greens, and the interior changes, it just was not the same experience. With so many new and better options around Austin now, I will not be returning. Sadly.....Check the last two photos for reference - time/date stamp.

We got one Austin roll ($22), volcano roll ($15), creamy spicy tan tan ramen ($20), teriyaki sesame tofu yakisoba ($20). I have had their sushi and yakisoba but tried their ramen for first time. I was impressed with their packaging. As you can see in picture, veggies and noodles box was on top and soup at bottom. Ramen came with all the veggies like grilled Chinese broccoli, tofu, sweet corn, marinated shiitake mushrooms, red onions and negi.
