When I signed up for security and solar panels. I was not told that ADT would be taking over the contract and I was not offered senior discount or military discount. ADT took the lead on this and informed me that I was going to receive both senior and military discount. Now about the solar panels, instead of informing me that would be cheaper buying instead of leasing. Dylan Johnson said it would be better and cheaper to lease. What a joke. Isaiah Perez serviced our Wisnet system today. wisnet has stopped supporting their products in 2022 anywhere in the US. Isaiah was able to get the system up and going in an hour! He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable and extremely patient. He went above and beyond what a "service man" would do, answering all of our questions and eliminated all of our concerns! I made the decision to install solar panels with Envision, and I deeply regret that. Just few months after the installation I had multiple failures on the system, but I was still trying to be positive. Few months ago I had a meeting with them to evaluate the system production after one year. They promised me to install two additional panels to get the expected results and then they just stopped the communication and have been ignoring my messages. This whole process has been very frustrating and consuming a fair amount of my time. I do NOT recommend them if you are considering to install a solar panel system. read more

These guys can't take a hint. New build house, before we moved in I came 4 different times and had cards/door hangers, I wrote not interested on them and they continued to leave more. Finally moved in and wouldn't you know it, they stop by as we're carrying boxes in. I listen to the pitch, politely decline and walk away. The very next day 2 more sales guys, 1 was new, 1 from the day before. I'm not interested in your products, I made that clear, next time I won't be polite about it. read more

Pretty disappointed in Envision at this point. We had issues with their pest control not following their own contract. Now we find out after 90 days Envision doesn't even service the product they're selling. So you don't get Envision customer service or techs, you get ADT. We were also told that their products are covered, if something breaks they fix it! It's the only reason we let them install a front door lock. So when the front door lock didn't work causing my child to have to climb in a window, I call Envision and they direct me to ADT who charged $169 JUST FOR THE TRIP OUT! That doesn't cover any repairs, which are in fact not covered. Not to mention, a 30 minute hold time just to talk to someone. Been in sales my whole life and see people constantly do this to customers. Eventually people figure it out and you lose business. So while you're thriving from commissions now, you're losing business on the back end because you aren't being truthful and you aren't fully disclosing things. read more

I understand as a sales representative of a company, you sell your product and get your name out on the market. What I don't respect is coming to houses unannounced. If I was interested in buying your product, I would seek from others or look into it myself. Stop coming to houses offering one time only specials because it not only wastes my time but yours. The respectful way is to book an appointment IN ADVANCE with the home owners to talk about these opportunities. Instead of bum rushing us and peer pressuring us into buying your product because you happen to catch us at home. Not only that, not one sales representative from your company, BUT TWO approached me in my home within 15 minutes of each other. As a company, you should also talk to one another before sending out your employees because I had to speak to both stating I'm not interested at the moment and to book an appointment next time to speak. read more

Our system stopped working, we called customer service and were told because we bought the system it now belonged to us and we had to service it. I was given an instruction to take it off the wall and take it apart and by that point I was upset. Nothing else they can do they said because the broken alarm system we were paying $45 a month is ours and they cant touch it....to cancel our contract we had to pay the remainder time. I paid up front in full $2,500.00. Everything is done digitally I got a receipt for my payment but when they came out to install they could not install one of the cameras. I was told I would get a refund for that portion. Waited a month to see credit did not receive. Tried calling but the only number I had was installation department. I never received a copy of the contract. Last week truck was broken into called to see if they had the video as was not working. This us where the nightmare begins. Spoke to Lorene I have never heard such bad customer service. She wasn't listening just kept saying you signed the contract. I was trying to tell her that I never got a copy of the contract. It sounds like she does this alot so she just keeps saying signed a contract. BEWARE THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR SYSTEMS. And they are going to be very disrespectful if you need help. Envision is a third party company of brinks. They're basically a used car dealer selling security equipment. After 13 months none of my camera equipment works brinks will not warranty. I was told by envision at the time of purchase if I had any issues please call. my tech after 3 months was no longer with the company. when I called envision and made them aware of the issues I was told to call brinks directly Brinks customer service is located in India I do not recommend this to my worst enemy buyer beware. read more

We signed up with Envision Security after meeting our rep Adam from him being in our neighborhood going door to door. We liked that the company was small & local. We were told that ADT would be the official monitor of our devices. No problem. The problem came about 9 months into our contract when we got a letter from a collection agency on behalf of the Buckeye city police saying that we were in collections for failing to register our device. We were not told about this by our rep Adam in fact when we called Adam he assured us it was a scam and to not pay anything, and that city of Buckeye didn't require a registration fee and this wasn't stated in the contract. The letters and calls from collections kept coming, until I called Buckeye police myself and confirmed that there is a registration yearly fee with the city, we were In collections from failure to register and there was a fine. When I called Envision back and spoke with Adam he just said oh well- when I asked to speak with a supervisor she assured me that this was an oversight on their part and they'd cover our fee, but couldn't do anything about us being in collections. Thankful they covered our fee, however this shouldn't have happened in the first place. A security company should be aware of all city policies. They have been a headache to work with since. read more

Also the lady was very rude and would not take NO I am interested as an answer. She kept pressuring. We already have an alarm system as the sign states outside our yard, she then proceeded to say you must have an old system that doesn't do anything but one door. She then kept pressuring to enter my house to look at my alarm system, I am sorry but when you are going door to door with a company I have never heard of you NEVER ask to enter someone's house. When we first signed my husband said he would only get the alarm system if we could have a key fob for free to arm and disarm the house. At the time I didnt have a smart phone and wanted a way to do it other than right when I walked into the house. They ended up charging us for the key fob... About 30% of the time when I go out back it won't say the backdoor was ever opened. Once my husband and I were at work and it said backdoor opened at 3 yet the alarm was set and didn't go off. Then it said backdoor closed at 545. My husband got home and opened the garage at 550. The house remained armed all day. Once the alarm company was informed of what was going on they came out and replaced the backdoor sensor and we received a second key fob for free. read more

It's a tough gig even for people who know how to build rapport with customers. There's nothing like a sleazy salesman hawking his wares to ruin an otherwise lovely evening. These tactics will keep even those interested in your services from moving forward. People want to work with companies they like and respect. So far I am loving this alarm system! The day I moved in, I was approached by Carl and James. Since I was moving in, I was fairly busy, but Carl and James were very patient and not pushy. I am glad they came by because I wanted a system set up right away. They were able to install 3 days later (today) so now I am able to sleep peacefully knowing I'm protected. Dylan did a fantastic job with the installation and showed me how to work everything. I love that this system uses cellular and not wifi, but I'm still able to arm the house from my phone and even control the thermostat! I didn't get the full package with the cameras, but that is an option as well. This system is more pricey than say Simplisafe, but for me, it is worth it with the extra features. It does require a 3 year contract, which was a downside for me, and possibly renters, but I'm hoping that they will consider changing that in the future. Be careful with this company. The sales rep stated that the contract would be for 24 months. "Sign here on the tablet". When I called Brinks whom provides monitoring service for this they have my signature from the tablet for 36 months. Additionally I found Brinks call center representatives to be unhelpful and rude. They also do not follow thru with their commitments without additional follow up phone calls. read more

I had Envision install a security system a couple months ago. Let me tell you, any company can sell you a security system. Any company can tell you they have the best system. Any company can do whatever it takes to get the sale. But it takes a real business with real morals and a fantastic staff to truly satisfy a customer's wants and needs. They worked with me on tweaking the system even after the contract was written and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before considering my install done. Where do I begin? These guys just don't know when to quit and not in a good way. I can't stand the aggressive sales pitch and relentless bothering, even though we have a NO SOLICITING SIGN! What part of that do you not understand? And still, they came by and tried to insist upon a sale even though we clearly have stickers in our windows and a sign out front with the company who does secure our house. My husband and I have said no a dozen times, and they still don't get it. He pulls up into the driveway after work and they immediately start in on their pitch like vultures circling prey... I can remember clearly the rep (Samual Godina), stated that Envision would always take care of me. If I had any problems to contact them and they would take care of me. Please save yourself the trouble. All they care about is taking your money. No moral and sense of integrity. They didn't even try to work with me on taking care of the problem. Where do I start? 1) Repeat cold calling door to door sales from different salesman who claim to be the only salesmen in my neighborhood and have no knowledge of other salesman. 2) Knock on my door at 8 p.m. while I'm trying to put my daughter to bed. Twice. They wanted to come into my home and got defensive when I said no. 3) Exceedingly aggressive sales pitch who won't take no for an answer. 4) Showed me an app that claimed to show me where all of my neighbors have their security. Insisted the house across the street was installed six months ago. I asked them if they were sure. They insisted. Not bad considering the house was only just built and the people moved in two weeks ago. Second person said the house next to me just signed up for it. Asked my neighbor and they told me no. 5) Pointed out all of the security flaws with my house and how they would break in. If I didn't know better I would think they were scoping the place out. 6) Was told it would be easy to shoot my dogs. Threats, harassment and lies are not how you earn my business. read more

Lesson learned, do not trust this company and read and re-read everything. And ask for hard copies immediately. We had a security system installed and I was told 2 year contract by the salesman. They have you sign everything electronically and then never send you copies. Flash forward 2 years and we are selling our house. Perfect timing I think because we want to use VIVINT at our new house. Call Envision, now Brinks, and get placed on hold for 40 minutes only to be transferred again and wait another 8 minutes all to be told I have a 3 year contract. I never would have agreed to a 3 year contract. Again, lesson learned, read everything multiple times and request copies on the spot so they can't change anything afterwards. read more

Hey envision here is a review I just MONI, the security monitoring company you work with that supposedly took over your garbage equipment that you failed at installing correctly then drug me along long enough to dump me on their warranty. Now I get to deal with this..... You can count on hearing from him as well. And I'm sure you can count on them not getting back to me to fix this so.... Hey moni!!! I'm still waiting!!! Stick to your appointments!!!!!! Unbelievable!! We need this system fixed and this is the last time I say it!! I demand this system to be fixed within the next 5 business days!! I own a home and have it CLEARLY posted on my door "NO SOLICITORS" - yet they still rang the bell. When I came to the door, I asked "Are you selling something?" They said, "No, we thought you might want some free advertising." I replied, "My door CLEARLY states No Soliciting." He shows me a "No Soliciting" sign on the bottom of his clipboard and says, "Yeah, I have one of those too." To which I said, "I am not interested." - If it states on my door not to solicit, WHY would you continue to solicit? That is one sure-fire way to make sure that you NEVER will get my business. Worst company ever! My service only worked for 2 months after it got installed. I've had a tech out here 2 times and still doesnt work. I was told it wasn't a contract and now that I'm trying to cancel they say I'm in a 60 month contract. They sent the docs I supposibly signed and you can clearly see that i signed only the page agreeing to what equipment was given to me. False information. and one of their employees got caught stealing packages in my neighborhood and was ALL over the news so goes to show what kind of employees they have.
