They could also install a wired mesh system which would then help the wired cameras. We are a tad rural and have to use Starlink. It will take a day or so for the owner to do the work and it wasn't cheap but it was 100% doable. We will also have access from our betas through a mobile app. Eagle said they could do nothing for us without an internet company like Cox. The estimator honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as he could. I am sure they are a competent company but if you want a system that isn't Google or something similar, look elsewhere. They also said we had to pay some kind of monitoring fee which I did not want as we have an ADT alarm system we have to pay for .

They were responsive, scheduled us quickly, highly communicative, and very kind and respectful. Here's the part that set Ben apart. One of the batteries died after about 4-6 months and I called Ben cause I had flashbacks of when my alarms were going haywire. He said it was probably a dead battery so I was gonna go grab some batteries and swap it out. Ben had Nick drop off a battery at my door within an hour at 6 pm on a Friday.
