The bigger WOW here was when I hung up the phone from you blaming me for me being frustrated with you, I then called my husband and he said he had just hung up from Roman (who is not your technician but rather the owner of the company) and he basically told my husband that he doesn't have time and to call anyone else in the valley to do the work. So we did! We look forward to someone coming tomorrow to fix this mess! Maybe the best way to get ahold of you is through a yelp review because you sure responded to that quicker than almost a month! Hahahaha We have had our control 4 system w CinemaScope which used to be Modern Home now for 2.5-3 years. The install went good and we're promised the world when meeting with Roman and he and his guys came to set up our TVs and internet. But fast forward to when you need someone to come out and fix something or you need a service call...then you have to wait 2 weeks or more to get your service completed. OR you message them and they don't even call or text back. With this last set of problems I first text them on May 4th. Then the problems have gotten worse and worse and now the whole system is not working. We try to reset, doesn't work. Then we call cox because they like to blame everything on cox, that doesn't work. Then when we are upset that it took almost a month for them to call back, they say I know you are upset and you're taking it out on me! Uuuuuhhhhhh yeah!!! I'm taking it out on you because you don't answer the phone, you don't answer texts, and then when we do finally track you down it's going to be 2 weeks before we get someone out to look at it! I have 2 businesses that I run from my home and 2 weeks is a long time to be out of business!!! Hire more people so you can live up to what you are selling people!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Attached are the communications the last few times we have needed assistance. Sometimes you are communicated with and sometimes not! He got here and started the work and said he needed to go to the store to get a new circuit breaker. Right there I thought that was weird. If you are an electrician, I would think you would have electrical stuff with you when you go do your service. But, he came back with nothing and finished the job. Then he said that for the extra time he spent going to the store he had to charge us an extra $100 above the quote. That is wrong. He did nothing extra and waisted his own time. I will never use them again.
