Also you admitted to me this morning that you "lost" your receptionist and that is why you didn't respond to my texts. But go ahead and lie on yelp. That will ALWAYS help you get more business! The bigger WOW here was when I hung up the phone from you blaming me for me being frustrated with you, I then called my husband and he said he had just hung up from Roman (who is not your technician but rather the owner of the company) and he basically told my husband that he doesn't have time and to call anyone else in the valley to do the work. So we did! We look forward to someone coming tomorrow to fix this mess! Maybe the best way to get ahold of you is through a yelp review because you sure responded to that quicker than almost a month! Hahahaha We have had our control 4 system w CinemaScope which used to be Modern Home now for 2.5-3 years. The install went good and we're promised the world when meeting with Roman and he and his guys came to set up our TVs and internet. But fast forward to when you need someone to come out and fix something or you need a service call...then you have to wait 2 weeks or more to get your service completed. OR you message them and they don't even call or text back. With this last set of problems I first text them on May 4th. Then the problems have gotten worse and worse and now the whole system is not working. We try to reset, doesn't work. Then we call cox because they like to blame everything on cox, that doesn't work. Then when we are upset that it took almost a month for them to call back, they say I know you are upset and you're taking it out on me! Uuuuuhhhhhh yeah!!! I'm taking it out on you because you don't answer the phone, you don't answer texts, and then when we do finally track you down it's going to be 2 weeks before we get someone out to look at it! I have 2 businesses that I run from my home and 2 weeks is a long time to be out of business!!! Hire more people so you can live up to what you are selling people!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! During this meeting, we discussed every detail of my vision, including the design, speaker locations, wiring, and internet cabling. Roman seemed attentive and excited to work on the project. He requested my permitted blueprints, which I promptly sent in October 2024, fully expecting him to use this time to prepare a proper proposal while I finalized construction. Communication Breakdown: After weeks of radio silence, I had to chase Roman with several phone calls and messages to get any kind of response. When I finally got through, he asked me to resend everything because he had trouble locating the original emails--an early sign of his disorganization. He eventually visited the site to take final measurements and confirmed the design once again, referencing pictures and details I had repeatedly shared. We scheduled the install for two days, and I thought everything was finally on track. Install Day 1 - A Mess of Miscommunication: When Roman and his team arrived, it became immediately clear they were unprepared. They were discussing a design that completely deviated from what we agreed on, involving lowering the ceiling and reducing the projector's range. When I questioned why the plan had changed, Roman dismissed my concerns, claiming the documents I had sent were "too long ago." It was clear he hadn't reviewed any of the materials or conversations we had leading up to the install. At one point, Roman said, "I showed you the install at our office," as if to suggest I should have known the plan was different. He seemed surprised I was confused. I had to remind him of the multiple pictures I sent via text, as well as the emails and phone conversations we had, which clearly outlined my expectations. Regardless of what he may have shown me at his office, we had agreed upon what I sent him in writing. This should not have been up for debate. After some tense conversations, we managed to salvage the situation and move forward, but this could have been entirely avoided with proper preparation on Roman's part. Install Day 2 - Another Blunder: The second day of installation brought more frustration. We had previously agreed on speaker locations within the roof eaves, which would later be covered with wood and fitted with cutouts for mounting. However, when I came home, I found the wiring improperly placed on the exterior walls instead. Earlier that day, Roman had texted me asking if I was satisfied. I wasn't home yet, but I assumed we had moved past the Day 1 issue, so I said yes. What frustrates me is that he texted me this fully knowing he had already spoken with his installers and given them completely different directions than what we had agreed upon. Why didn't he say anything then? When I confronted him about it, his response was another excuse. He told me we had discussed the speakers and then claimed he "didn't know" if I was covering up the eave. But we had this exact conversation previously, and he had even gone as far as saying, "No problem, the speakers will fit in there." His text made it seem like there was some outstanding question that needed an answer, but if that were true, why didn't he ask me about it before deciding to change the install? Instead, he only brought it up after I pointed out that the wires were in the wrong spot. Rather than accepting that he had messed up, he tried to cover himself by saying he was "waiting for my answer"--an answer he never even asked for. Another Minor Concern - Install Timeframe: Roman assured me that the work would take two days. The two-day timeframe was important because it aligned with the next phase of the casita build--stucco and drywall. Roman himself set the two-day schedule and picked the install dates. However, on Day 1 of the install, he casually mentioned that it should actually take three days. I immediately questioned it, saying, "Wait, we talked about two days. When did that change?" Roman then claimed he had previously mentioned that it might take a third day. That was never discussed, and because I had relayed the two-day timeline to my contractor, it created unnecessary scheduling issues. This was a several thousand dollar project, not a small job. Roman's disorganization, lack of follow-through, and unwillingness to take responsibility for his mistakes made this an unnecessarily stressful experience. Update. It's mark m. read more

We are now over $3K into a home wifi set up that doesn't work. We have a ridiculous amount of hardware and no end in site to our poor wifi. We paid another king's ransom recently to have them come out and fix our issue, but no resolution (despite a criticism of the previous set up that they emplaced a couple of years ago). The worst part though is that Roman and Angel will not return messages about why it is not working. Look elsewhere for someone more professional. read more

Had Ethernet ports in the house that were not active and wiring system that has been haphazard for years. Wanted all Ethernet ports active and clean up the main board. They were timely in scheduling the appointment, although they were not available for almost a week. Come appointment time, the guys showed up right on time, were very professional and worked diligently throughout the time. Labor was for both for two hours each. Ended up being a little over $500, with 10% discount given as a new customer. So far everything works great and the area is vastly cleaned up of unnecessary parts and wires that had been original to the wiring box. Again, very professional, courteous and diligent.
